Pros: Convenience Steady Connection- presented no problems accessing the system. The ease of use is fantastic.
Cons: No cons- recognized at this time- we have been using the program for many years and the connections are better.

Overall positive experience. I haven't had issues with it. It connects me and my provider for appointments and provides educational/informative videos while I am waiting. I think it is also the program that takes my co-payments and notifies me when my provider has questionnaires for me to fill out. Possibly does more but haven't seen or navigated beyond those things.
Pros: I like the ability to test your connection/audio/video prior to visit. The informational videos while waiting on your provider. Allows you to connect remotely when you can't physically be at appointments.
Cons: Could be user error but it doesn't connect correctly for me in microsoft edge so I have to connect using google chrome. Not a huge deal just an issue I encountered one day when I tried to connect from outside of google chrome.

It has been great so far.
Pros: Easy to connect. My doctor [sensitive content hidden]) is a great doctor. That helps with the entire experience.
Cons: Some of the commercials and the stupid fact that you have to leave lengthy reviews.

Cons: There's nothing like in person, in my opinion. So It does have a different feel, but it does work great with a busy schedule.

It’s been a very good experience. The therapist is very kind and caring and a good listener.
Pros: My therapist is wonderful! She’s caring and a great listener.
Cons: Everything has worked so well, the video and sound is fine, the link always works right away. I only feel that having a short text or note to take away would be a helpful addition.

I’ve had a couple of appointments and they’ve been really good. I’m able to see them. They’re able to see me and it’s been great.
Pros: Feeling the personal touch with my provider and being able to laugh, maybe even cry if needed

It has been amazing for me to keep attending my mental health appointments.
Pros: Mend is a wonderful online method to attend medical appointments for those who lack transportation, are out of town, or have any type of disability. I wouldn't be able to attend my mental health appointments without Mend.
Cons: I've been using Mend to attend my weekly therapy appointments for 4 years and I have no complaints so far.

Excellent experience. Very thorough with health questions and offered to contact cardiologist for me. Physician I spoke with had definitely reviewed my info and was prepared to talk with me!
Pros: The doctor was fantastic..very through and caring!
Cons: Nothing! I appreciate that I was allowed to do online versus house call as I have 2 yaooy dogs!

I get a text letting me know my appointment is soon. I log on, wait for a very short period with interesting videos to choose from while I wait, then get to do a normal visit just as I would if I were actually in the hospital.
Pros: It's fast, easy, efficient. I feel like it's a good thing for people who don't need to or cannot make a hospital visit.
Cons: No problems at all. No cons for me about mend.
