Pros: Hitpaw, what a product!!if ever you have the requirement to convert and/or download music or video, this is the product for you. I have personally used this software for 5 years now and have to say it works every time seamlessly

Cons: It will randomly ask you to upgrade to a new version but I am assuming this is just a glitch in the application upgrade algorithm.

Pros: HitPaw’s customer service has been absolutely outstanding. Every time I’ve reached out with a question about the software, they’ve responded within a day—often faster—despite the time zone differences. Their team is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, always providing clear and detailed answers.

Cons: The software is always having to be updated but the Custom Support team are always on standup to help and provide updates and get you back on track,

Pros: The fastest and easiest converter to use on the market. I love it! I always use it “on the do” when I’m out DJ’ing a gif!

Cons: What’s not to like? Everything works well as it should! I don’t have a single complaint about the app!

Pros: I been using this app for months with no issue. The user interface is very friend and easy to use. The video I downloaded is very good quality and high bitrate. Definately worth the money. Audio and image formats can also be changed, which makes the tool so universal. The programs are updated regularly. It's also worth taking a look at the HitPaw image enhancer, an ingenious program that I use very often.

Cons: The price could be cheaper, but Hitpaw is no more expensive on the market than other providers. There are also subscription models.

Pros: I tried to use Hitpaw but found it wasn't able to do what I was trying to achieve. I have found an alternative video converter that worked more accurately for me.

Cons: The email spam. Oh my gosh, it does not end. I unsubscribe weekly and still receive email after email after email. I have reported them to the ACMA as they are breaching Australian spam legislation. It is relentless.
