It has made starting a small business so much easier- from being able to accept credit card payments, to reminders being automatically sent to the clients, to keeping SOAP notes organized. I love having everything on one platform.
Pros: The platform is incredibly user friendly- for both the business owner getting everything set up and for the client while booking appointments online. Also, everytime I had a question the company responded right away with tutorial videos.
Cons: I wouldn’t mind if there was a way to receive a text notification when a client books an appointment online.

Overall easy to use with navigation tools and information windows that are self explanatory and allow me to insert appointments, take payment, send invoices and plan my schedule months in advance.
Pros: Navigation and professionalism of the program allows for all aspects of clinical practice to be performed with ease from intake to appointment scheduling and payment.
Cons: Two points. First. On my Apple phone the ClinicSense platform is undersized with restrictive sized pull down times of hours and minutes that make modifications tedious and unnecessarily time consuming. Second. The periodic updating of the ClinicSense platform has restricted my schedule input to a few months at which days that are bimonthly and put in manually were lost and required monitoring and redone at great expense to time lost repeating the task.

Very satisfied! Love the interface. Other interfaces I've used have glitched a lot and have been confusing to find what I need-
Pros: I love how easy the interface is to use- I use this for both my businesses. Booking, payment processing is quick- will definitely be using long term.
Cons: There is nothing that comes to mind- this software is miles better then other ones i use and never glitches.

I can't imagine going back to paper charts and I prefer ClinicSense to the other two booking/charting systems that I have used in clinics in the past.
Pros: I like how easy it is to use ClinicSense - for both myself and my clients on their booking end. I also like that customer support is very quick to reply to concerns, usually with a custom video demonstrating how exactly to navigate the system to answer my question. I recently started direct billing via ClinicSense and it saves a lot of time. Once I set up payment processing with Square, that was also a huge time saver and increased convenience for my clients.
Cons: Sometimes ClinicSense make changes to things (i.e. revenue reports) that creates more work me, not less. I'm all for evolving and new offerings, but it's important to not fix what isn't broken, and trust that things are working great.

Overall very satisfied and would recommend to other health care practitioners for electronic charting as well as calendar and scheduling purposes
Pros: The ease of use. I know exactly how to find information in charts, billing, uploaded files, etc. from the layout.
Cons: Sometimes, it can be a bit slow while navigating the website. Does not happen often but enough that I have noticed. This may also be depended on the internet connection of wherever I am, and therefore not an actual system software issue.

Overall very positive, I will continue to use ClinicSense and suggest it to my colleagues. I appreciate how quickly they respond whenever I have had a question!
Pros: They have great customer support and easy to navigate UX, I appreciate their price point and overall design and information, including end of year reports.
Cons: I wish reoccurring appointments could be saved for more than a year and that clients had a portal to access their appointments as they often get confused about how to cancel their appointments

I've never had a bad experience with ClinicSense. I highly recommend it for secure and thorough scheduling, notes, billing, intakes, and client communications.
Pros: There's so much to love about ClinicSense. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and business owner, ClinicSense gives me a space to do everything I need, from a seamless intake process, to thorough client notes, to easy billing and gift certificate sales. And of course, it's integrated perfectly with my personal calendar, so I don't double book anything... even personal appointments. ClinicSense also excels at their customer service. They respond promptly and are always helpful, and they have invaluable video tutorials and resources for their customers. You can tell they want their practitioners to succeed! Considering everything that I get with ClinicSense, the money is super reasonable. It is a must-have in my practice, and has been since I was introduced to it in school... over a decade ago!
Cons: The only thing I dislike about ClinicSense is that I haven't taken the time to explore all the resources it has to offer. I take advantage of the basics, but only recently did I implement the simple gift certificate purchase button on my web site (which was amazing for the holiday season). I really need to make time to explore it more.

I’ve been using ClinicSense since 2018 and it’s made my life as a business owner so much smoother, I recommend the platform to other massage therapists!
Pros: ClinicSense has a friendly, communicative staff and a very user friendly platform. Any issues that occur are addressed immediately and the customer service is wonderful. Appointments are easy to book and payments are straightforward! The cost is totally reasonable for all of the perks included.
Cons: While I’ve never had any unresolvable issues on my end, some clients have had trouble rescheduling appointments in the past; however that could be user error. Every time I reached out to ClinicSense Support Team, they solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Cons: It's a great platform. There is not a thing I don't like. I could say the perks are annoying but I like perks.

its great, its extremely easy to navigate and their communication with their users are efficient and necessary.
Pros: it is extremely beginner-user friendly and easy to navigate. it helps our bookings be completed at a drop of a hat.
Cons: there are sometimes system glitches where I am not able to add payments nor book appointments. this can be stressful as im not sure if bookings, payments and patient information are being saved.

My overall experience with ClinicSense is nothing short of amazing. The support, the ideas, the follow through, the ease of use, business is better with ClinicSense.
Pros: I love how easy the software is to use. The perks offered, SOAP note set up and usage, intake forms, custom email campaigns and so much more. ClinicSense has made it easy for my business to grow. The new waitlist with automatic text/email alerts sent out to clients really helps keep my schedule filled with very little effort on my part.
Cons: I sometimes wish that ClinicSense was a full service stop comparable to Square inc. where they have banking, transactions, scheduling, websites, etc. it would make everything much easier since it would all be within the same company. Maybe that’s a future venture for ClinicSense. Other than that, I do wish the waitlist feature would automatically ask clients after booking if they wanted to be re-added to the waitlist after booking. Or a “would you also like to stay on the waitlist for any other bookings?”

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The system is easy to use for myself and for my clients. The integrated marketing helps my business grow and thrive. The customer support is unmatched(shout out to Edith!) ClinicSense is one that I recommend to all my colleagues.
Pros: I love the integrated features they have like the square payment processing integration, email campaigns for marketing, clients birthdays, and client retention. The customer support and service is unmatched. My issues are responded to so quickly and if the issue is something about the software the team has advocated for change to happen. In looking for a scheduling service it was important to me that client notes were integrated and ClinicSense does just that.
Cons: The app doesn’t have a way to write client notes so I either need to have a laptop at my office or wait until I get home to enter notes.

ClinicSense has been exactly what I needed to demonstrate to my clients that I am a professional massage business.
Pros: Very easy to pick up, with tutorials provided along the way. Covers all the features required by software to take my mobile massage business to the next level. I recommend ClinicSense to all my peers.
Cons: I had to really think about this one, but if I miss one feature, it would be the lack of a tracker for current time on the calendar view.

My experience with ClinicSense has been very good and I appreciate the help and interaction and positive support.
Pros: I love that ClinicSense allows me to run my personal (only me) massage therapy business. It is easy to use and didn't take extra time to learn. It is consistent and help is available. The cost is reasonable and is scalable-- I don't have to pay for more than I need. It is also easy for my customers to make appointments online and communicate with me.
Cons: I was concerned about choosing a clinic management software because of all the necessary details. I also felt overwhelmed by the project. Clinicsense has it all covered and I was able to learn quickly.

I really enjoy ClinicSense as it is very user friendly for myself and clients. It is easy to find your notes and set up forms and notes.
Pros: It is very user friendly, the short codes when doing notes, appointment reminders to clients (they also enjoy that) and sending out forms to clients
Cons: When doing notes my saved templates don't always appear/ aren't pre-set; for waitlist clients theres no particular day or time to choose

Pros: Easy to use and the response time to my concerns are fast. ClinicSense is very easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. The customer support team responds quickly and resolves concerns efficiently, which helps our clinic run smoothly on a daily basis
Cons: scheduling. Clients found it so easy to make bookings. The scheduling setup can take some time to fine tune at the beginning. However, once configured properly, clients find it very easy to book appointments online.

I enjoy using it for my practice and think it's super user-friendly. Some minor tweaks would make it perfect.
Pros: The convenience of having an app to quickly access scheduling, client info, confirming/changing bookings. I also like the email/newsletter feature

Supportive, and comprehensive. If I have a question, I email them and they respond with a video! It’s very cool.
Pros: Clinic sense is well worth the money, everything I need is all in one place, their customer service is incredible and they are continuously improving their system according to what we need. Very appreciated!
Cons: I don’t think there is anything that I like the least about ClinicSense…maybe that they don’t do my laundry?

Pros: I have been extremely happy with ClinicSense! My clients can book easily, my appointment management on my end is seamless, and I can easily process payments through my 3rd-party processor. The customer support, although I haven't needed much, has been efficient, clear, and so friendly. I highly recommend!
Cons: The price is a bit high for me at the moment, but I will pay the extra to have text reminders for my clients!!

The security, customer support, and overall value are top-tier. A total must-have for wellness professionals who want less stress!
Cons: The only thing on my wishlist would be the ability for clients to book multiple services in one appointment—like a massage plus a facial—so everything stays in one smooth booking.

ClinicSense has made my tasks a lot easier and more efficient to complete. It has given me more time back in my day-to-day work hours and the automated appointment reminders and client prompts have helped to lessen my workload, not to mention having everything electronic streamlines all correspondence with clients.
Pros: I like the program for its ease of use. It stays up to date with the standards of practice we require as RMTs in Canada. I love the customer support team, they are responsive and helpful with any question! I think its value for money is one of the better options out there when looking for a reliable booking and charting system.
Cons: I would love it if there were a few more reminder options for sending the clients reminders and the time-frame options to choose from before the scheduled appointment time.

Overall the easy to use software has helped me balance my receivables, book or cancel clients, reschedule appointments and send receipts. It also sends emails or sms reminders. Overall it makes organizing my client information a lot easier
Pros: I love how user friendly this booking software is. It’s easy to make new notes and build your own treatments accordingly
Cons: I only have use this partime so a discounted price for the software would be welcomed. They do offer a 20 appointments or less fee but if there was an even cheaper fee for less then 10 a month I would be grateful

Pros: ClinicSense has helped transform my solo practice into a thriving multi-practitioner hub in my area for best in class service. Their ease of use to schedule for my patients has been a game changer and the fact that I can manage payments and patients can process their own payments online has been nothing short of seamless. The value for what I pay monthly is on point. It really is just a great company and product. Cannot recommend them more.
Cons: I would appreciate an option to have a patients last initial show up on the schedule for confidentiality.
