This is not a company that operates in integrity, and therefore I would not recommend it to anyone. They are stealing money from me after I've tried to cancel.
Pros: I used the WellnessLiving software for almost two years. While using it, I didn't have any major complaints except missing functionality and complexity.
Cons: Once I decided to leave WellnessLiving, the cancellation process was a complete nightmare. There is no information about how to cancel listed anywhere. I had to get on a call and ask what the process was. I had to ask the rep multiple times because they kept dodging the question and trying to sell me on staying. I finally found out that you need to give written notice at least 30 days prior to your contract expiration or you will automatically renew. I did that and the email was completely ignored. I sent the notice on February 26th and it is now April 21st and they still have not processed the cancellation. I've tried emailing and calling the support number and I get NO response. I'm starting to think the customer success/support team doesn't actually exist. They have kept charging me so now I will need to file fraud claims with my bank to get the money back and stop any future charges from this company.

Customer service was poor in that I was paying for custom app, yet the company never came through with something that worked properly. Customer service was poor.
Pros: I switched to WellnessLiving to add an automated marketing email to my customer experience: welcome emails, reminder emails, refresh emails.

I feel I have had a good experience with WellnessLiving. Even with long wait times and difficulty resolving issues, everything is taken care of!
Pros: WellnessLiving has good management tools for memberships, staff, and marketing and interfaces easy to navigate.
Cons: There were long wait times for support or difficulty resolving complex issues. the setup process is time-consuming.

It's a bit overwhelming at first but the onboarding is good, and there's good customer support. The AI assistant is solid and appreciated.
Pros: Wellness Living has a good AI assistant, [sensitive content hidden]. During and after completing onboarding, I have leaned heavily on Isaac for new issues, and reminders of things I've been show.
Cons: Wellness Living is quite extensive and not as intuitive as I might like. I'll get used to it but, for example, it would be nice to be able to duplicate appointments like I am able to in Google Calendar. You can duplicate appointment types, but not calendar appointments.

Pros: WellnessLiving makes scheduling classes and events very simple. Enjoy that they have a mobile app that we can customize to our own brand for the customers to easily use and access their classes and account. It also has text messaging so we can mass send texts or individual to each client.
Cons: There do seem to be frequent bugs and issues that are hard to get resolved. Typically when you submit an issue ticket it goes nowhere, had to learn a loop hole and submit a ticket a different way for it to work but most times they don't have solutions. It's usually a user that replies and suggests things that we've tried but customer service is very minimal.

Wellness Living was great when it was a new software, but now it is a money-hungry corporation. Right up there with the worst of them. High credit card processing fees, many software issues, horrible support, bad software updates, it gets very messy once you've been with them for years due to not being able to delete or archive anything. After 9 years with them, I cannot wait to be finally done; that is when they stop begging me to stay, and finally terminate this auto-renewal contract that I am stuck paying until the end of the year.
Pros: The look and feel of the software on the back end. Software was great at first now is awful. DONT GET THIS SOFTWARE.
Cons: I have been with Wellness Living since 2018. In the beginning, it was great I have now terminated my contract due to a lot of issues and loss of income and clients. You cannot delete or archive anything. They do software updates that will create more work for you and your team without addressing current software issues. The review integration has never worked properly to connect to your marketing pages. The rewards points have never worked properly for redemption. The contract that you sign is on auto-renewal. When you try and cancel it they will make it extremely difficult to terminate. Your actual contract is not what you sign its the terms and use located on their website. When they increase your fees annually, you don't get a notification, and you will not be notified when your contract is up for renewal. They make it extremely difficult to terminate and will refuse to remove your business.

Amazing! Couldn't ask for a better software partner! The software has all the needed functions and more.
Pros: I love their incredible customer service & multiple software functions that allow me to run my yoga & fitness studio.
Cons: nothing. Even when there is a issue or not a function that we need, that are always on it. The correct issue, offer incredible support and build new functions around what businesses need.

Overall, it was a fairly difficult package to set up - requiring lots of work around. Ultimately, it became less and less reliable and I had to move to something else. Even now, I cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service to provide my 30 day notice not to renew. This is a perfect example of what it's like working with these guys. Everything is a huge hassle. I faithfully paid my subscription fees until the agreement ended - but they make it impossible to get in touch and provide the required notice not to renew.
Pros: Originally, it was more reliable than our previous software package. As time went on, it became increasingly less reliable.
Cons: The product had too many down times, and the customer services was incredibly difficult to access. Even now, I've transitioned to a new software package, and I cannot reach anyone to provide my 30 day notice not to renew my contract with WellnessLiving (by design I'm sure).

I have not experienced any technical issues and am able to book and join my class without problems. It is a stress free experience each time from start to finish.
Pros: What I like most about the WellnessLiving app is the simplicity, speed and convenience when booking fitness classes.
Cons: I cannot say there is anything g I like least about the WellnessLiving app. It is easy to view schedules.

Overall I’ve had a wonderful experience with wellness living. Their onboarding team is truly exceptional, shout out to [sensitive content hidden].
Pros: I like the scheduling features in the calendar view. Also, the ability to take waivers and intake forms.
Cons: Their payment processing service, Paragon payment solutions, is cumbersome. Their customer service isn’t the best and I’ve been having trouble with them since August of 2025.

I have been using Wellness Living for over three years now for a small business and I absolutely love it! It is easy to navigate, and any issues I have are easily fixed with customer support. I also had the presence team design my website and it turned out even better than I envisioned it!
Pros: Wellness Living is easy to navigate. Plus you can set up the account for whatever type of business you have.
Cons: In Wellness Living it can be difficult to contact someone directly about solving issues. You typically have to chat with AI.

I am definitely satisfied with the overall functioning. I think it is user-friendly, and when I have questions, the A. I bot always offers me the right answer.
Pros: I like the weekly training virtual sessions so I can use the software to its full potential. I like being able to have multiple schedule widgets, and I appreciate the patience from the staff.
Cons: There is not much to dislike; however, I do wish the User Apps had fewer glitches. That has been recurrent but not terrible.

Overall, I enjoy using Wellness Living and I find it to be a great tool! It is convenient being able to make payments through the app as needed, users can be put on a wait list, and it is great for marketing.
Pros: Wellness Living is a great tool to utilize to market your classes/studio, as well as user friendly when booking a class. It also easy to make payments through the app and the layout is presented in an organized easy manner.
Cons: I have found the application can be glitchy at times, which I have found to be an annoyance. There have been times where I had to close out or redownload the app, which then fixes it.

I am a happy customer and would reccomend them to anyone in need of booking and billing software. I highlight the customer serviec.
Pros: I compared many software companies when I opened up my yoga studio and WellnessLiving by far had the best customer service.
Cons: I still have a hard time sometimes with freezing memberships and adjusting future billing cycles but whenever I call with my questions they are patient and walk me through the steps.

Wellness Living has been a great platform for our team at a healing center with a diverse membership. We provide access to a healing modality that requires specificity for each person. Scheduling them on an individual basis demands multiple levels of information involving dates and times, specific needs, special offers, short term and long term scheduling and more. What impresses me most about Wellness Living is the adaptability of their team as well as the software itself.
Pros: This crew is available and personable and are committed to providing the tools we need to organize our services and provide a great experience for our members.
Cons: Lately it seems the company has been expanding and support requests can experience temporary back ups. I am confident they will get up to speed in a reasonable timeframe.

My experience with WellnessLiving has been very positive. It’s easy to use, well organized, and the reports are helpful. The setup process was smooth and straightforward.
Pros: Easy to navigate and user-friendly. Simple booking and membership management. Helpful reports that show membership revenue and total visits. Smooth onboarding and setup process. Everything is organized in one place. Reliable and works consistently.
Cons: Takes a little time to learn all of the features but that is a normal part of the learning process. Wellness Living’s customer service had multiple meetings with me to navigate everything and was super helpful.

Overall it works and gets the job done. I just wish I didn’t have to force close it so often and that it loaded quicker.
Pros: It does get the job done and at the end of the day works. The data syncs quickly and my clients and sessions always get logged correctly.
Cons: The app sometimes freezes and loads slowly. Sometimes I need to force close the app and restart it to get it working.

Pros: The overall onboarding experience great. They really take the time to understand how we operate and took the extra effort to work with us on solutions.

Even if it's not the most lightweight or modern-feeling system, it offers strong functionality once you’re set up properly.
Pros: Very comprehensive platform for managing fitness, wellness, and studio-based businesses. The feature set is strong especially for studios that have multiple offers like classes, packages and recurring memberships. It also helped us reduce no-shows and admin work with some of its automated features.
Cons: The interface is a bit cluttered and could be fine tuned. Customization wasn't always intuitive for our team.

It’s been a positive change in my business. I was using a platform that didn’t feel professional or organized, i definitely got that with WellnessLiving once I switched.
Pros: I’ve been using the platform for my yoga studio for over two years now with success. My clients and staff enjoy using it, and any account errors are usually easily fixed on my end. Any time we need customer service we get a quick and efficient response.
Cons: Some features editing client accounts can feel a bit redundant. Sometimes I feel I’m not taking advantage of everything just because I don’t remember everything from onboarding, there’s just so much on the website to utilize.

I have been with wellnessliving for over 5 years now. They have done a great job at helping me thru the years to curtail the software to my business. When I need something to work differently, they have been really good about helping me make it work as expected or have worked diligently to get back to me with an answer so that I can move forward. I would rate it 5 star and hopefully can again in the future, however, I’ve recently had a few issues with reaching tech support. I have been assured this is temporary and have to trust that their tech support has always been 5 star. Response a little slower than normal, however my issues have all been answered and resolved to 100% satisfaction.
Pros: WL has a good overall product and thru the years constantly listens to their clientele and makes improvements. Historically tech support has been superior.
Cons: I have recently had some issues with slow response from tech support, however, given my past experience, this is not normal for them. WL has contacted me and alleviated all of my concerns.

It has been pretty great honestly. I like that I can figure most things out myself and if not customer service responds pretty quickly.
Pros: It is user friendly. They customer service responds very quickly. It is very open source. I can edit pretty much whatever I want.
Cons: There is a lot of manual work involved. there is not a select all button for anything. So that can get exhausting

From the testing phase, through initial setup, training, go-live and ongoing use and support, everything went as expected. This system is well thought out. When I began using the system, the software is very mature and as a result, I have not experienced any technical issues. The level of support is phenomenon, all my request for help are replied almost immediately. The technical support are personable and knowledgeable as well.
Pros: The most I like about this product are the complete and powerful features. The customer support is also excellent. The cost of using the standard package is already meeting all the needs for my school. Booking and appointment features are very easy to use.
Cons: So far, I cannot think of anything I don't like. I have not experienced anything that is not meeting my expectations yet. As an experienced ERP implementer (over 20 years), I can say this responsibly.
