I have been using Magazine Manager for about 15 years. The program has grown with us and has become a powerful database tool our team uses every day for increased productivity and client tracking. Once set up the production module has been a time-saving asset to our team.
Pros: Magazine Manager has been responsive to our needs, and it has become a powerful tool for our team to combine multiple other programs and efforts under the Magazine Manager umbrella, saving us time, money and duplicated efforts. the new eSign feature is a tremendous time saver for our team. The production module has been a great asset to our team.
Cons: Over all Magazine Manager is fairly easy to use. Some of the accounting functionality can be cumbersome such as finding invoices and resending them to clients. The email builder could be a bit more intuitive. The poduction module was a bit hard to navigate and the set-up page for searching could be more intuitive.

Overall, I think Marketing Manager is a good system for publishers. There are still some "kinks" that need to be worked out.
Pros: Marketing Manager is user friendly and it is nice that it is connected to the CRM database as well so we can pull from both databases for marketing purposes.
Cons: At first it was a little intimidating compared to other marketing programs I have worked on. Plus, the contacts are not easily removed from the the database if they become invalid.
