J’ai une société de maintenance et de dépannage, et j’utilise l’application Synchroteam depuis 5 ans. L’environnement et l’application en général m’ont toujours convenu, même s’il n’y a eu aucune évolution majeure depuis tout ce temps, malgré une hausse régulière du prix de l’abonnement. Mais depuis environ 5 mois, c’est la catastrophe : bug sur bug, et le service technique est incapable d’apporter une réelle aide. Il faut sans cesse attendre de nouvelles mises à jour qui, au final, créent de nouveaux problèmes sans corriger les anciens. Honnêtement, j’ai l’impression que Synchroteam ne va pas bien, et je pense changer d’application très prochainement.

Cons: Les SAV sont débordés. bugs sur bugs de mise à jour en mise à jour. Depuis 5 mois rien ne va. La réactivité et le temps de prise en charge était déjà moyen, mais là s'est devenu impraticable.

It spared me an extraordinary amount of work after it was set up, yet some things requirred some time to figure out at to begin with. In spite of the fact that it's not faultless, it's verifiably a dependable tool for field benefit group supervisors.
Pros: I've been utilising Synchroteam for a while now, and I must say that it has incredibly rearranged field group administration. It's really good, just is need of some more advanced features and lot of growing to do. Steps are going in the right direction. It would be nicer to if they opened it up more to Zapier and the abilities that can be controled
Pros: The cusomability of the product. We have been using for 3 years and done 3 referrals now.
Cons: The worst part of Synchroteam is you can't really manage from the field, so for our managers they have to be an Admin to really do anything meaningful as far as change people around and stuff. Also the job pool is SUPER glitchy and needs to be redone so that its easier to pull from and easier to delegate. It would be nice for example if a manager could assign a job to a tech from the job pool in the field.

Good, it is need to modify with user aspect. Instead of email mandatory field, Mobile Number must be the mandatory field. After complete the booking, user must be able to view the Job Order number.

I work with synchroteam since a few years and the overall experience ist very good. There were nearly no outtages and the Support ist very quick and helpful.
Pros: An easy tool for nearly all kinds of Field service Jobs or similiar Jobs like electrical Installations. Nearly fully customizable Reports. You can create a very professional documentation of your work
Cons: A few functions are Missing for me: - read-only Text Type at Job Report Templates - Not enough report/ export functions for parts (e.g. a summary how many parts of a specific type are used totally in a specific time) - the designing of own report templates can be a bit difficult. - a more complex access management would be great, e.g. to set which job types or which parts categories are visible for a specific user

We are very happy with Synchroteam. We were able to do all the setup internally and as new functionalities are added the software keeps getting better.
Pros: Synchroteam is a very customizable software that allows us to have tailor made service reports specific to our business. It also helps us keep track of our field assets.
Cons: Would like to have a better solutions for recurring jobs that should not be scheduled on weekends.

Going digital has been a success. 1 click I can see if a job has started or has been completed.
Pros: template option is a big help, you can choose which template to use for a variety of jobs. Customer reports can be sent the same day.
Cons: Sometimes syncing the reports can take some time but this is usually down to poor signals.

Pros: aucun point positif, j'ai perdu énormément de temps
Cons: nous avons passé plus d'un an à essayer de mettre en place votre produit vendu complètement vide, et nous avons laissé abandonné nous avons payé pour un produit que nous n'avons jamais utilisé je pense que vous prenez vos clients pour des informaticiens
