Pros: Pricing seems to be competitive compared to other systems. However it does create a lot of issues so it could be a case of getting what you pay for. The customer service is okay and tries to help but I feel the system limits them from finding solutions.
Cons: There are a lot of glitches. This happens when you are updating hours. There have been multiple times I had to input pricing and hours over 5 times until it finally registered. It is not the most user friendly system. Their measuring tool imagery is also not the most up to date and does not allow you to toggle to winter months to see under tree coverage.

I enjoyed using it for the 4 years I was at my previous company, where I now use Jobber. I enjoy Jobber as well, they both have features that I prefer.
Pros: Being able to see account history and who had been in an account. Being able to schedule line items by crew and see easily what has been completed/invoiced/rescheduled/etc.
Cons: Formatting of text for emails, messages, descriptions, etc. Not having most recent notes/communication on the main page of the customer account.

After almost 3 months I never was fully functional. And they wanted to charge me more money on top of the three monthly payments I already made. And on top of the onboarding that I already paid.
Pros: Nothing except when I did a review on their Facebook page they blocked me. There is nothing to like after paying for 3 months of service and the onboarding fee I never was up and running. And they wanted to charge me more money. And there was no refund which is bs considering how much I paid and how little I got. We've actually hired a lawyer to draft a letter.
Cons: Before signing up, be aware that you’ll be charged the full monthly subscription fee—even during the setup period. I made three monthly payments, plus a setup fee, and still couldn’t use the software as it was presented during the Zoom sales meetings. Make sure you get written confirmation on whether all necessary forms are included. In my case, they eventually let me out of the contract due to dissatisfaction, but they refused to refund any money. Email responses were slow and inconsistent. I only received a timely reply after escalating my concerns up the corporate ladder. During onboarding, I completed all material uploads and created the entire list of services myself. I also built the full customer database in Excel to be uploaded by their team. If you decide to move forward, be sure to ask whether you’ll be charged monthly even if the software is not yet fully functional.

Overall, the experience has been great. It's an easy program to learn and utilize exactly how you need it to work for you. Administratively I would recommend this product to other service providers.
Pros: Arborgold had many different functionalities that made day to day administrative tasks easier. Running reports to gather valuable information was a key benefit to this program.
Cons: The only con I have is that I wish it had more automated features such as email reminders to clients about upcoming appointments, invoices, etc.

Terrible. Customer service is a joke. Emails almost never get answered. When they do answer, it is clear they don’t understand the question.
Pros: I don’t like anything about Arborgold. It is not user friendly, and most importantly, its chemical tracking is unacceptable.
Cons: Chemical tracking records does not meet expectations. You might need to use a separate software to track chemical logs so as to pass an audit from the department of agriculture. Software will trick you into thinking it tracks weather, but when you attempt to produce a report, the weather data is not available. What a disaster!

We have had a great time with Arborgold. Not only does it help us work efficiently, it also has partners with other companies, that will give you a discount if you need their services. For example, we received a discount when setting up our collections service, because we use Arborgold.
Pros: The ease of writing proposals and sending invoices. I do a lot of field work and am in charge of writing proposals and billing, and if it wasn't so easy, I don't think I could do it all.
Cons: Arborgold has frequent updates, and as tree people it is hard for us to navigate a new software. Once we get the hang of it, it is alright, but there is always a steep learning curve after an update.

Pros: We signed up a year ago on the basis that an Integration with Xero accounting was going to happen within 2 months
Cons: The xero Integration still hasnt happened and when we asked for a refund we were told that they would not refund anything - waste of time and money

Pros: There are many tools to help a tree company succeed and stay organized. Any time I am stuck with something I get immediate help and guidance. They have many webinars to help with everything!
Cons: Don't have any cons at the moment. Everything has been great!

Very positive
Pros: Customer support is quick to offer advice, solutions, or changes to improve functionality. Frequent updates and training videos are helpful to learn the variety of features.
Cons: Arborgold has many features of varying degrees of complexity. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate until familiar with the baseline functionality. This however, becomes extremely valuable once a business takes the time to really learn how to use the software. While it may be overwhelming at first, AG support is quick to offer guidance.

My experience with AG depends on the day. I do not like change so when they push out an update- seems a bit too much. Small change is good but the latest update was way to much for me.
Pros: I have to say I have relied on that little green "icon" to get questions asked and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has always helped me get my questions answered.
Cons: Updates that effect the way we do things here as opposed to others. When I asked about a few of the changes I was told because other companies requested it. So I am not as important?

Pros: I was really stressing annual renewals this year and Arborgold was there to help. After watching a webinar I saw that they could provide the support I needed. I was paired up with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], a support supervisor, he made the process so quick and easy and most importantly I am confident what got generated.
Cons: That I couldn't feel confident on my own.

During the times where I had run into those learning curves, someone from their amazing staff was right there to help me. (Sensitive Content Hidden), you all are awesome!
Pros: There are so many things that I'm enjoying about this software. One that stands out is their ability to make upgrades and changes that suit your company's needs.
Cons: Least thing I liked about the software was the learning curves. This software can do almost anything you can imagine.

Great. Love having everything organized and easily accessible.
Pros: Keeps all of my proposals and AR in the cloud. They can't move, get deleted or lost and are always there for when I bring on other users.
Cons: Nothing that can't be adjusted or tweaked.

The customer service is exceptional. They are all very helpful, just what you want in a software company. If you've ever had a bad experience with a software company, you know what I'm talking about!
Pros: The ability to use multi-day projects. The SCM is great, and this really helps with our inventory counts. The job costing is amazing.
Cons: We have a love/hate with the amount of updates, and new uses that they release. They seem to upgrade the program every couple of months.

Our company was very paper driven and re-creating information occurred frequently. Arborgold provides seamless transition through our processes. Have found history and tracking information that is available very helpful.
Pros: Seamless workflow capabilities. Can take customer information from initial call, create proposal, work order and then invoice. Large variety of reports available. Flexibility for setup to match company needs. Customer service is excellent. Great response time and very helpful creating templates and answering questions.
Cons: Large amount of flexibility for setup. Can be difficult to think through and transition from old processes to getting Arborgold setup and staff acclimated. Nice to have options - but need to work through some jobs and determine how you want services and crews to be configured.

Has helped streamline the work day and communications between the office and the folks out in the field. Anytime I have run into an issue customer support has been quick to help and easy to contact. They also seem to genuinely care about keeping your business running smoothly.
Pros: Many useful features. Arborgold communicates with many third-party apps and programs, such as Twilio and Google Maps, taking some of the work load off staff. Every single customer service representative I've interacted with has been top notch and incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cons: Would love to see more customization options with automated appointment reminders, such as changing or removing the time stamps.

AMAZING!
Pros: This product has changed the way we do business. It's helped us create a more professional look to our proposals, provides real-time information at the fingertips of the employees as they need it and is overall a very impressive software!
Cons: Not much, I would have liked for it to allow me to do my AP through it as well since I'm moving away from Quickbooks.
