Crew Control

Pros: Drag-and-drop scheduling for quick adjustments. Real-time updates to keep crews informed. Mobile accessibility so teams can access schedules from anywhere.

Pros: Before Aspire took over Crew Control it was totally reliable. Over the past year we've had a recurring problem which Crew Control cannot fix, so they are blaming it on our equipment.

Cons: Customer service in addressing a problem that they told us to see if our IT guy could diagnose. We paid him to do just that and he found nothing wrong with our system. In fact, CC worked just fine the first 2 years we used it.

Pros: Real time location of crews. This is a must for our industry and Crew Control is very seamless to track our assets.

Cons: You have to pay extra for additional features. This could be a strength for some companies that want the bare-bones, but if you pay for the add-ons then you should probably go with a more expensive option off the bat.

Pros: Crew Control makes scheduling and dispatching incredibly easy with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface. The ability to track crews in real-time and optimize routes helps improve efficiency.

Cons: Some advanced reporting features could be expanded, and mobile functionality could be more refined for on-the-go updates.

Pros: What I like most about Crew Control is the options you get when managing your business like cloud based flexibility and affordability.

Cons: What I like least about Crew Control is the limitations on affordability.

Pros: I love that with this tool we can adjust schedules in real-time improving on efficiency.

Cons: The tool works well and nothing is a miss about the tool so far

Pros: Scheduling interface was completely effortless. I couldn't ask for a more user friendly app

Cons: Limited customization and sporadic software lagging from time to time

Pros: This platform has everything you need to keep tabs on manual tasks and avoid confusion. The features are quite flexible and easy for everyone to understand and implement. My crew being new to this platform found it really convenient to operate and they have been using it quite frequently since. The Support is quite helpful for beginners to understand the process and the cherry on the cake is the integration that allows automation of the workflow. It's amazing to have everything kept in line on screen without having to worry about manually entering it.

Cons: So far the platform has been a boon for our business. We are new to the platform and we are still getting our business to pick the pace, so I'll come up with a criticism or suggestions when we have more experience.

Pros: With Crew Control, effectively fullfiling deadlines has become so easy, specially with the platform being accessible on the mobile phone. The features are quite flexible as they allow us to control overlapping of the tasks and with the frequency of use and easy implementation of programs reduces loads of manual work. The Support is quite user-friendly giving insights on the new features. The integration with Service Titain allows effective CRM management.

Cons: Crew Control is TATA's best service provider, we really don't find any drawbacks with it's implementation.

Pros: I love that i can keep.track of crew and time management. I love the w asy to use navigation and user friemdly platform

Cons: Just started using this platform inwill update later if i find that i have any issues later while using platform

Pros: This is one of the best app for influencers,brand ambassador, and creaters to build a relationship and campaign

Cons: Easy to use with excellent support and the part is strong focus on building campaign

Pros: The ability to send crew leaders their schedules directly to their phone is awesome!

Cons: The inability to shift schedule from phone, unless I just don’t know how to.

Pros: It fits most of our needs when we set out we were looking for something where we could do everything and send our tech notes and the clients we love it

Cons: I wish that it actually GPS tracing through a mobile app s we could track our techs and see who is the closest for a call

Pros: Easy to use, good customer service, has greatly streamlined our communication with our customers and our scheduling for our crew.

Cons: Some messaging functions are only available with a template and dont allow you to do a custom message

Pros: I enjoy the ability to be able to create and track our work schedule.

Cons: I wish there was an app to download for the crew to log into daily.

Pros: Super simple to use--has cut down my scheduling, routing, and estimating time by untold hours.

Cons: I do wish there were a few more visual tools, or other ways to see reports on financials and hours vs. budgets, etc.... and a way to bulk-download my photos from jobs.

Pros: Easy to use, versatile, and tracks everything we need all on one program!

Cons: Having some flexibility in notifications per customer instead of all in one notifications that can't be modified per service or customer.

Pros: Pricing is definitely competitive. Has a lot of functions that limit having to use various different softwares. Parent company is aspire so gives me hope for some improvements

Cons: Definitely not the best user display but functions like any other landscape software. Also I don’t like how “non-profesional” the estimating/proposal templates look so I only use them for residential jobs. Would like to see an update to the templates. Maybe something with color that is customizable.

Pros: I love how i can keep my client list all in one platform. I can keep my customers organized and i like how it reminds me about the jobs i need to do.

Cons: I cant say i dont like anything about it. Crew control has been a blessing for me

Pros: Features I want and a pricing plan that's small business friendly

Cons: Biggest issue is that there was zero on-boarding when I signed up. Customer support was always friendly and willing to answer questions, but I really would've appreciated someone walking me through setup. I felt like I was left to figure it all out on my own.

Pros: The only software I use for scheduling, billing And routing and keeping track of time in the filed by crews.No more paper to turn in or keep asking for.

Cons: A little costly depending on how many crews you have.

Pros: Crew Control has truly streamed lined our back office needs. Scheduling is so much easier to tailor to each customers needs and spells it our for our crews. Also making the quoting/proposal process much easier to organize!

Cons: Time stamps on the date a proposal was put into the system would be a nice addition. Just to make sure we aren't letting one go too long before getting to them.
