Very handy and easily accessible. I don’t have to have any assistance because it is so simply organized and self explanatory
Pros: The tracking, driver and vehicle management, meeting and customer support is definitely value for money. The ease of use for the vehicle and fleet management was amazingly simple.
Cons: There are no dislikes about Verizon Connect. Only likes and positives about this software so far! It’s a must try!!

It has been an issue from the first day of using until now. half of the devices go bad easily with no fixes readily available. it is a money grab because if you need support there is almost none. if i needed a new device that was sent almost immediately.
Pros: Simplicity of use when it works, if you need a new device it is readily available even though it may not work or it breaks very soon after install.
Cons: customer support lacking, a lot of features are missing that many other gps tracking providers use. Most of the issues cannot be solved on your own and you need to contact customer service in which they take days to respond.

This is a great tool that helps us keep track of all fleet vehicles within the company and ensures all employees are adhering to local laws and company policies.
Pros: This software allows us to keep up to date gps on all fleet vehicles as well as monitor speed and cell phone usage.
Cons: Sometimes there is a lag for gps location. Also depending on the maps, speed limits are not updated when new roads are constructed and speed limits have changed.

My overall experience with Verizon Connect was generally positive, but with a few frustrations. The platform is really strong when it comes to features, especially for tracking vehicles, monitoring driver behavior, and improving efficiency. It’s clear that it’s designed for businesses that need detailed data and control over their fleet operations.
Pros: The platform is strong when it comes to features and functionality, especially for businesses that need detailed fleet tracking and data. It offers tools like GPS tracking, route optimization, and driver performance monitoring, which can really help companies improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Cons: While the features are strong, these issues with support, contracts, and usability are the main things I liked least.

I have had a great experience with Verizon connect over the last 5 years and they are there to speak to me anytime I need.
Pros: I love Verizon connect. I have been with Verizon personally for over 5 years and they are a great company!
Cons: I love Verizon connect. I have been with Verizon personally for over 5 years and i can say that there is nothing that I dislike about it.

COULD NOT GET VERIZON TO CANCEL CONTRACT. THEY COULD NOT GET THEIR TRACKERS TO WORK SO THEY WERE USLESS
Pros: NOTHING.WE COULDNT GET THE TRACKERS TO WORK EVEN WITH THEIR OWN TECH SUPPORT TRYING TO GET THEM READY
Cons: TRACKERS WOULDNT WORK. WOULD NOT CONNECT TO SATELITE TO TRACK VEHICLES. THEN THEY WOULDNT CANCEL THE CONTRACT
Carrie L. · OFFICE MANAGER · Construction · March 19, 2026
Overall, our experience was mediocre. When trying to reach support, it was very difficult and took weeks to get a response.
Pros: I liked the ease of tracking vehicles. The main screen made it super easy to track a vehicle's route.
Cons: Overall, Verizon Connect was more expensive than other companies'. Support became a huge issue as well.

I would say the overall experience is decent, however not the best. Customer service is good, but need updating
Pros: Overall it does the job and its easy to use. Helps with Verizon basic tasks. Its very used at the beginnings.
Cons: Its not very handy for meetings or upper level tasks that need improved systems. Tracking is also a little dated

Overall, Verizon Connect is a powerful tool that delivers real value once you invest the time to understand it. It’s not the simplest system out of the box, but it becomes incredibly useful for improving visibility, accountability, and decision-making across a fleet. While there are areas that could be more user-friendly, the insights and operational control I gain outweigh the frustrations. For anyone serious about fleet management, it’s a solution that earns its place.
Pros: Verizon Connect has given me real peace of mind when it comes to managing vehicles and people in the field. I can see where assets are in real time, track routes, and quickly understand what’s actually happening day to day instead of guessing. The reporting is detailed and makes it easier to hold drivers accountable while also improving efficiency and safety. I appreciate how reliable the GPS tracking is and how much control it gives me over operations without needing constant check-ins.
Cons: The biggest challenge for me has been the learning curve and overall complexity of the platform. There are a lot of features, which is great in theory, but it can feel overwhelming and not always intuitive at first. Some reports take time to customize, and I’ve found that making small changes isn’t always as quick as I’d like. Pricing can also feel high, especially for smaller teams, and customer support responses can be inconsistent depending on the issue.

Pros: VEHICLE MANAGEMENT, TRACKING, COST. THE TRACKING AND VIDEO ARE GREAT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY HELPFUL
Cons: SOME TIME THE VIDEO WILL LAG. THE CHARGES A EXTRA FEE FOR USING FEATURES BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING IS GREAT.

I loved using Verizon Connect once I got the full version of it because I was able to keep track of all the trucks I have in my company.
Pros: I loved the fact that it has advanced GPS fleet tracking software so you can basically find whoever or whatever business you are looking for while you are travaeling.
Cons: I wanted to try to use the software just for myself but the company wouldnt allow it because you have to have a unit of 5 or more to use the software.
Bryan J. · Democratic Presidential Candidate · Airlines/Aviation · January 16, 2026
Pros: I like that Verizon Connect is so easy for the user and gives accurate, real-time tracking. It also focuses on safety.
Cons: If you start out with Verizon connect it can feel overwhelming at the start but once you work with it you realize it’s not so complex.
Loganne Y. · Ultrasound Technologist · Hospital & Health Care · December 25, 2025
Overall 7 out of 10. Their installers are horrendous, leaving wires dangling, but they are 3rd party and not Verizon direct. The desktop site makes tracking and IFTA easy
Pros: Ease of use with the desktop version combined with the app allows us to track assets. It also integrates directly with TruckerTools and TruckBase
Cons: The app is sometimes glitchy and does not show all changes made in the desktop. This can lead to confusion

Overall, I really enjoy using Verizon Connect for work. We are a small company so it's exactly what we need.
Pros: easy to use, able to keep up with everyone clocking in and out, the price is very affordable for small company, the fleet part is great, dispatching is easy
Cons: Verizon Connect did have a few glitches here and there. They could do better updates so it could perform better.
krystal B. · Office Manager · Printing · December 12, 2025
Since we set this up, I spend less time chasing drivers for updates. I glance at a map, confirm ETAs, and can reassure nervous shippers without dialing half the fleet.
Pros: I like how Verizon Connect lets me watch trucks move in real time and match loads to drivers quickly so I can keep customers informed and avoid messy back-and-forth calls.
Cons: What bugs me is when the mobile app lags or drops a driver; during the tight pickup window, even the shortest delay makes planning more stressful than it needs to be.

A complete waste of time and Money overall. Bad Business Practices!
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor customer support: difficulty in getting support, long wait times for problem resolution and a lack of follow-through. Hardware and software issues: unreliable hardware, persistent glitches, and slow performance. Difficult contracts: frustration with rigid and inflexible contracts, automatic renewals, and challenges in canceling services. They ignored us until after the auto renewal!!!!
Gerald H. · They ignored us until after the auto renewal · Construction · October 21, 2025
terrible, have been trying of a month now to get our account rep to call us about problem, so far nothing. dont get tangled up with this company.
Pros: only pro might be they do have a good computer cloud base program. easy to see tracking assets when they sometimes check in.
Cons: we have 14 asset trackers on semi trailers. have been trying to get this to work for 2 years now. But their trackers stop working at about 20% per month. They just dont read anymore. talk with customer service and go thru the trouble shoot procedure and then they send a new one., in which you have a 50% chance of that one working. and they just keep charging you every month if it works or not.

Other than the installation our overall experience has been great. It is really easy to use and the equipment seams to be holding up.
Pros: I liked how easy it was to set up. The online program itself is very easy to use and tracking is very simple to see.
Cons: The installation was a bit harder than the salesman said. We ended up having to pay to have it installed.
Bailie M. · Office Manager · Utilities · July 28, 2025
AWFUL! Even though they are on the less expensive side - save your money. Trying Bouncie or literally anything else. Like a cell phone plan, IMPOSSIBLE to get out of contract or a final buyout when you outgrow this group. Static software, frequently glitchy, and needs to updated - and guess what? Updating the trackers requires a NEW contract. Go elsewhere.
Pros: It was cost effective in the beginning, and years ago they had a live account rep you could reach to go over issues. Everything is outsourced & call centers now. Good luck finding anyone at this company that cares enough to follow through with requests
Cons: Customer Service, billing, troubleshooting, any time you had to deal with people. Easy to outgrow. You get what you pay for. Customer service is THE WORST!
Anonymous User · Manager · Utilities · July 17, 2025
Pros: Verizon, connect is great. I love verizon, all in all great service, little pricey, but great, honestly.
Cons: Truthfully, Verizon connect is great other than I despise Verizon pricing and the prices Are too high.

Worst Customer service ever. Almost all CS workers speak in broken English which makes it hard to understand them.
Pros: Dash Cams are so so. The only time they record is when there has been an infraction. Other than that you can't access a live view.
Cons: Customer service sucks and they wasted half my day on the phone by wasting my time. They will talk a few minutes and then place you on hold. When you want straight out answers they give you the run around and don't answer the questions directly. I called months ago to have the contract terminated and told them I would not be renewing it after my time was expired. They auto renewed it without my consent. Now they are telling me that they have no record of me calling to cancel but yet they sent me a return label to return the equipment. Now they want to charge me $1,200 for early termination fee because they claimed that I re signed a new contract which is a lie. I had no intentions of renewing and they knew it.

This platform caters to my small business but also will help much larger businesses as well. I highly recommend.
Pros: We love the real time GPS tracking its a very useful tool. No downtimes so far and its been very user friendly .I'm not that tech savvy so that i need all the help that I can get.
Cons: My distracted driving tool alerts sometimes when I'm not actually distracted .I don't really have any complaints about the Verizon connect.
Kamara W. · Processing manager · Real Estate · July 7, 2025
Poor customer service. Changed sales person every three months. Hard to get a tech on the phone to fix problems.
Pros: Their reports are detailed and easy to run. Connection to vehicle is great because the device is hardwired into the unit.
Cons: Their pricing is a little high. The years required for thte contract is a lot. Also when you order more equipment it starts a new contract.
Stephanie J. · Safety Coordinator · Transportation/Trucking/Railroad · June 20, 2025
The experience is overall really good. The team management is great and allows us to see everything that we have.
Pros: Verizon connect works great for tracking all of our stuff. It’s great for letting the team see everything in the inventory.
Cons: Sometimes it’s a little bit clunky of software. It’s user interface can be a little hard to work through at points.
