Overall, I thoroughly enjoy using the system. It provides excellent training resources that simplify the process of training staff, making it incredibly efficient. This marks a significant improvement over the past three years, offering enhanced capabilities for staff training.
Pros: One of the best features of DASH is the control it gives you in creating your own registrations. Other standout features include a fantastic POS system, in-house reports, and a quick and easy-to-use user dashboard. Over the past three years, DASH has efficiently managed all the registrations for our multi-million-dollar multi-sport complex, effortlessly handling the entire payment process through its user-friendly POS system, putting you in charge of your cash flow.
Cons: The refund processes can initially be somewhat confusing until you become familiar with the DASH system. However, with a little time and experience using the platform, it quickly becomes second nature.

Dash has been great for our business, helping grow our usage of our ice rinks. The online bookings have helped us reduce the amount of staff needed to work the Administration desk.
Pros: Dash is easy to use and gives us a wealth of information. Training staff is easier and there seems to be way less mistakes.
Cons: Getting small changes made to invoice look and a couple of minor operational styles. Dash has been receptive in most of our requests.

Overall, Dash was easy to use, customizable, and frequently rolled out new features! Their support team was helpful, particularly at the setup and launch of the system.
Pros: Dash's reports were customizable and easy to find specific information to keep my business on track!
Cons: Occasionally system updates made login unavailable. Thankfully, we received advanced notice of such outages.

Great. Would recommend to other facilities looking to start up. Their support is also very quick when needed
Pros: Ease of building out schedules and classes for guest. Makes managing very easy to do on the back end.
Cons: Will make some update features without running by and letting users know. Some of the updates are forced and no option to revert.

I find Dash to be the best rink software we have used or researched. It is not perfect, but they keep making improvements.
Pros: I like how all bookings and leagues post to the calendar so you do not have to do more entries for each event.
Cons: Not having a monthly view of the calendar is really an issue for us. We keep waiting for this function to be resolved and it seems to keep being pushed back as a priority to resolve.

Pros: I like that all of our functions are under one database and the ease of using it on the backend is a lot to learn because its super complex but once you know it its great
Cons: not user friendly from the customer side. missing some key feature that are important to our business. Does NOT integrate well with quickbooks

Its the best rec software I have used and I have used 3 different types.
Pros: I like the ability to quickly view reports and schedules
Cons: When a customer doesn't pay their monthly bill, the system doesn't expire their membership and allows the customer to come in and continue to use the facility. When you have 2000 memberships, suspending all of the past-due customers is very time-consuming

It was a long onboarding and the ownness was on me to set everything up. Sometimes training was great, sometimes not do great and it dragged. Need more demos. More answers in help articles and speed. Way too slow loading for us and our guest Need a lot more hands on training once the system is set up.
Pros: It’s easy to learn most features. It allows for the multiple different rates, programs, etc that we have.
Cons: Too many different ways to do things like invoicing or searching. Not one process is clear cut. Support needs to be there on weekends when we are busiest. Too many things not working correctly.

Cons: Sticker printing has many issues despite us buying the specified equipment. Format of publicly available schedule needs more customizable options like fonts.

Pros: Very clean design. I like the ease it gives our users who sign up for classes. I like utilizing the reports. The customer service has been helpful when I bump into issues.
Cons: The process to create a new event or class to display on the schedule feels very tedious. Lots of hoops to jump through to line up seasons, then levels, then the class. And you can't delete any of the levels after creating them either if you make an error. I like the quick ticketing, but it's frustrating that filters don't apply to it. I would have our whole facility set to quick ticketing and it would greatly ease user experience if that were possible. We also had a large issue with membership renewals where none of our customers card information was stored correctly and the auto-renewal system completely failed us. The scan-in kiosk also does not work for our facility. Customers can't scan multiple times to use a pass twice.

Pros: Ability to manage the facility space and manage leagues and other group program based programs.
Cons: Currently there is no way to do private lesson appointments in the same software as leagues, etc. That will be needed for our business.

Cons: I can not think of any cons to this software at the moment.

Pros: It's hard to name one. The customer search and email functionality makes it simple to target an audience and send an email.
Cons: The ability to schedule free trial classes through DaySmart (but that is coming soon).

Training was good, support the guys are nice.my locker rooms still don't pop up and when you say its becasue i am doing it wrong it should always be active.
Pros: online is great for the customerCONI can't believe you have no print button accessable when we run location reports
Cons: scheduling and priceing set up is too slow. You operate slower than a 2001 program I have at another rink.you are not easy to load programs, less steps the better.make it easier you can tell this was written by engineers with no real time expereince.Hoped for a star got a dud

Pros: It's clean and somewhat easy to use. Customers have commended out change to DaySmart.
Cons: There are too many features to learn. I think Daysmart should provide more guidance about change over (on the marketing side).

I am neutral on the programming. It is much easier for me because I use it on a daily basis and have for almost 3 years now. It is somewhat difficult to train new users (especially customers) that are unfamiliar with the product. The older pages were much easier to understand and navigate.
Pros: I highly prefer the old versions of the calendar and team page. Not sure the newer versions are user friendly or accomplish their intended purposes.
Cons: The Online Experience is quite difficult for customers to use. We have customers who choose not to participate in our programming entirely because of their problems with the interface. Team managers and their ability to add players is the biggest issue I see. They have just given up and send me their rosters via email so that I can enter them manually. In the older version, the team dues were very easy to see - now you have to hover over the question mark next to people's names to view this information.

Cons: Difficult to implement. I almost canceled the software because the training was too expensive but Mari saved us.

Pros: Customer profiles are easy to navigate and create/update. Team rosters are also easy to manage for leagues.
Cons: Entering game scores from event page would be a great feature to add.

Pros: I like the calendar feature the most about Daysmart, specifically the drag and drop option for events posted on the calendar. It is easy to see and organize all of your resources and events.
Cons: I think the scheduling application could be improved.

Besides the customers that I have to manually help myself, it is a great software.
Pros: I like the employee side of the software, it is visibly clean and organized and easy to use.
Cons: I think our customers struggle to understand and often dislike the usability of the software from their side of things.
