EZFacility

Pros: We have used EZ facility for 10+ years and it has been an effective programme to manage our schedules and invoice our hirers.

Cons: I am very happy with the service currently and there is nothing I would like to change.

Pros: EZ is very straightforward - if you spend a bit of time learning your way around the system you can soon learn to do whatever you need! It is so reliable - it has never failed me - I have occasional issues with my online coaching app and even my banking app when it is closed for work or they are having problems, but never with EZ!

Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about EZ! It does everything we need!

Pros: Ease of scheduling, has very robust reports and great customer service

Cons: Software is expensive and always short on number of resources for scheduling purposes

Pros: I can NOT think of any! They claim they have been in business for years and that the software is "cutting edge" yet after I had been told things and PAID for the service I discovered a lot of things were simply not true.

You want an email notification when someone uses a form? That requires a special ticket request. You want a drop down menu with multiple selections? NOPE, they do not and CAN NOT offer that, on their "cutting edge" software! The absolute WORST is they told me AFTER I PAID that people can not use the forms from their cell phones. Yes! In 2024 they have a product that is not compatible with cell phones!!!! I am in disbelief. Can they possibly be serious? Can any legitimate business really think they can operate like this? I tried several times to give them a chance. At some point you have to cut your losses

Cons: We have several applications we don't use. You shouod offer a smaller package at less cost to small operations as us.

Pros: Ez Facility is user friendly; I like the way that the client's profile are set up and i also like the tabs they have on the profile. or the fact that we have to refresh the page so much.

Cons: When a family comes in to sign up i know that we can connect them, but i dont like the fact that we have to create a whole new profile for them.

Cons: Puede que llegue el caso que se ponga lento este aplicativo o se cierre inesperadamente.

Pros: EZFacility est un très bon logiciel pour les évènements, les organisations et aussi la réservation pour des sessions de formation . Très amical et facile à utiliser avec les petits et grandes entreprises . Un service clients très utile pour l'accompagnement. Je le recommande

Pros: It works for small & medium charities, the training sessions are very well delivered by experienced staff, having the sessions recorded is very helpful to reflect back on, the cost of the product is very competitive, the software is flexible, the option for a branded app that links to the software to very good, the team from sales to training to support have been great.

Cons: We are new to EZFacility and haven't found anything that we don't like about the system. As we start using it more we may find that they are options that would be good that are not included, but at this stage we are very happy.

Pros: Among all the systems I have used EZFacility makes me feel that life can be easy then why other system are difficult to user. The first time they introduce me EZFacility was like I have used it for few months already, very easy to use and the next day I manage alone. This system is highly recommended for start up and even long time running business as it's super convenient and user friendly. Our clients are happy with the same as well. We never hear any complaint or bad feedback about EZFacility. All in all this is 101% best system I have ever used.

Pros: The scheduling and billing features are user-friendly and highly advantageous for our establishment. The scheduling functionality is particularly impressive, as it is effortless to use and comprehend.

Cons: No, everything is flawless. There are no downsides, and I am well-acquainted with the system.

Pros: We used the application for club management. It helped us to automate and speed up processes. Individual bookings were processed clearly, the software was intuitive to use. Dash boards and bulletin boards were easy to understand and automated. Membership management was used for administration, filled with functionalities. Integration was hassle-free. The application looks very nice and is easy to work with.

Cons: We occasionally encountered an error message if we wanted to edit groups. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, we liked the software.

Pros: One of the features I like most on this software is very easy easy to book classes and PT Sessions. Just few clicks and you will be able to book sessions for classes and 1:1 PT sessions or groups.

Cons: Nothing. I've been using this system for almost 7 years and I am so satisfied with the software.

Pros: EZFacility is expansive and very customizable. It would allow you to manage any type of sports or fitness facility. There are many options for setting up memberships, training, rentals, POS, etc. It's fairly easy to learn for all levels of staff. Customer support will eventually fix errors on their end and will work with you over the phone to straighten things out.

Pros: The booking of sessions is very easy. Also it helps when booking with a package for a single client.

Pros: It is easy to use and the staff learns it quickly. The self-service portal was an outstanding solution during COVID operations and we have continued to use it for program registrations and to publish a general schedule

Cons: Would love to see a more robust registration process for group classes; if not possible, having clients be able to cancel registration processed with Groups would save us some precious workforce resources. Figure out a way to show registration in classes using Groups in "MY Schedule

Pros: Intuitive set up on the admin side yet user friendly on the front end.

Cons: Sending out our onboarding email series has to be done manually. We haven't been able to find a place to do this or see what emails have been sent in the new EZF experience.
