The overall experience with realgreen has be sub par. Getting answers is like pulling teeth. Pricing always is going up and they make you do updates to your techs app all the time which cause downtime in the field.
Pros: The SA4 and old mobile app was great simple and well run. The app works good for 60% of the time and is decent. Decent security.
Cons: Tech support is terrible, cant get ahold of account managers, New SA5 and new mobile live 2.0 app is very clicky and hard to manage. Techs are forced to be on there phone or tablets more and the price is skyrocketing. Very frustrating for the outrageous price. Pulling invoices and route are some of the hardest and most painful things every morning. The routing system is very bad. Realgreen charges you for every email that you send!!

Poor! I fell for the sales demo. I asked a ton of questions up front and along the way. So many questions I would not have known to ask until starting up.
Pros: Trainers were nice. They were professional and kind. Dynamic routing and measuring property options were enticing, and potentially useful (if the rest of the software worked).
Cons: Product sold was not product received. $6782 dollars spent, completely unable to use it. Not only does the software not do some of the things they say it will, some of the features and processes are a bit antiquated.

I cancled mobile live a year ago . Three times .. even in Texas at the show !!! And still charges me ..no one will talk to me .
Pros: I’m giving myself false hope that I will get a phone call today.. and the original owner probably would’ve fixed this by now
Cons: Lack of communication - I would appreciate someone calling me. [sensitive content hidden] , really like I don’t understand.

I have had a good experience with realgreen, there are times with functions will not work and it can be frustrating
Pros: It is simple to use and I feel like many people can get the hang of it. Everything is always right in front of you.
Cons: There are some features that I would like to have. After the conference I have learned about the texting features which I am excited for.

We have been with RealGreen for years now and always resorted back to this software over competitors
Pros: What I like most about RealGreen is that it is easy to use and everything is laid out in front of you
Cons: What I like the least about Real Green is not being able to schedule one job over multiple days. We do some projects that take several days and need to be able to clock in and out of tickets without completing them.

When I initially inquired about the product, the sales representative assured me that a trial period would be available, which significantly influenced my decision to consider the software for my landscape and pool construction company. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn that the trail period was not provided, contrary to my understanding. Consequently, I found myself in a situation where I inadvertently signed an agreement that I did not fully comprehend, resulting in an unforeseen financial commitment of $8,000. This experience has been quite frustrating, and I strongly advise potential customers to conduct comprehensive due diligence before finalizing any agreements.
Pros: While my experience with RealGreen by Workwave was marred by factors related to the sales tactics, threatening demand letters, the software itself presented itself with several potential advantages that may have benefited me and other users. In my case, I never had the opportunity to truly review and weigh the software's capabilities as I was pushed into a decision, I never meant to make without a trial period. It is important for prospective users to weigh these pros (or cons) against their specific needs and to consider the overall reputation of the company, and the sales tactics they employ, when making a decision.
Cons: From the onset, I clearly communicated my desire for a trial period entering into any long-term commitment. Despite this, I was urged to sign a one-year agreement, which was contrary to my initial request. Following this, I received a legal demand letter from the company's legal representation, requiring immediate payment or threatening further action. To avoid any complications, I ultimately paid the amount requested ($8000) recognizing my oversight in this matter.

I had been holding out moving to SA5 for a year because I heard of these issues from a friend who had already switched and wasn't happy with these 2 specific changes, He had already been asking the company to make these 2 upgrades for a year, and now I have been asking for a year, and still nothing. This company does not care about their users!
Pros: I have used Realgreen SA4 since 2008 and was extremely happy with it. The software was easy to use and look at which is important for a greens industry pro who is not computer literate.
Cons: In 2024 I was forced into the upgraded SA5 which is not intuitive, and they have dropped some features which I NEED, the ability to use letterhead in emails and the ability to send an attachment with an emailed letter, both of which are common sense.

Generally real green is very user friendly and works well for our company.
Pros: I like the fact that real green is versatile and can be used for almost every task for our company
Cons: Sometimes real green has its flaws. Ie prepay letters not matching prepay amount, charging for each measuring license while also not offering a monthly license option. If a company has one measuring license, you should let them purchase a second one at a monthly rate.

It has been great to work with this company, besides the bugs they seem to always want to help when there is a problem. The conference put on each year is also exciting as it opens up learning experiences for me and staff that comes with us as well as networking opportunities.
Pros: Real green is easy to navigate and i like the features of having all the reports to check on the status of our company.
Cons: The bugs that happen that cause outages and downed business time.

Way to complicated for something you can't use without spending the day in the office on the phone with customers.
Pros: Routing and tracking of applications is pretty wicked and seems simple, being able to select jobs and get quick pricing is kinda cool too. Problem is we didn't get to use any of due to all the other issues.
Cons: Very expensive CRM that cant do what a CRM should do: Cant send an estimate - very simply put you cannot send an email or text with an estimate. (This is mind blowing but it gets worse.) Can't send an invoice - Honestly I wish this wasn't true. There is nowhere you can click and send a customer an invoice. You have to call and take a payment over the phone, or use the CAW (customer portal, that's the next issue) CAW Portal - Customers cant login without customer numbers or other issues, you have to send them a link manually for them to get setup. If they want to pay online this is the only option (that doesn't work) and the balance isn't correct, the discounts are not applied correctly, or better yet they have a list of services they are signed up for cant pay for all of them at once only maybe 1 or 2 on the list they could pay. Basically you have to call them to manually take payment.

Cons: Data services are expensive and slow. Need more developers. Leadership needs to align on priorities. Lots of ala carte pricing adds up.

I get all of my escalated issues taken care of, sometimes I have to wait for releases before a problem is fixed. I love that I have access to premier support. I love that some of Real Green I have come to know on a first name basis.
Pros: That I found something new from each class.
Cons: That there was so much packed into a short amount of time, I wish I had longer in some of the classes.

Pros: Mostly user friendly. Lots of capabilities just need to understand where and what.
Cons: Being new to the system, I am not seeing a problem yet. I am on the production side of the business so might have feedback once more involved.
