Overall, Zuper is a strong solution for mid-sized and growing field service businesses looking for an all-in-one platform to improve productivity, customer communication, and operational efficiency.
Pros: It stands out for its strong automation features, real-time tracking, and seamless integrations with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and CRM platforms. Many users appreciate how it centralizes operations into one system, making it easier for field teams and office staff to stay connected and organized.
Cons: A few mobile app reviews also report occasional bugs, crashes, and interface issues that can slow down workflows.

My overall experience with Zuper has been positive. It’s a robust platform that effectively supports task management, scheduling, and real‑time visibility, making it easier to stay organized and keep workflows moving smoothly. The interface is intuitive enough for daily use, and the automation features help reduce manual coordination. While there is a learning curve with some advanced configurations, once set up properly, Zuper proves to be a reliable and efficient solution for managing operations end to end.
Pros: What I liked most about Zuper was its ease of use and how well it streamlined workflow management. The platform made it simple to schedule tasks, track progress in real time, and keep everyone aligned, whether in the office or in the field. I also appreciated its clean interface and automation features, which reduced manual follow‑ups and helped improve overall efficiency.

Cons: What I liked least about Zuper was that some advanced features required additional setup or customization to fully fit specific workflows. While the platform is powerful, certain configurations weren’t immediately intuitive, which led to a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Additionally, performance could occasionally feel slower when handling complex workflows or large volumes of data.

Nothing really bad to say about it, the learning curve is tough but we were able to get through it and thrive.
Pros: Highly flexible with excellent customization capabilities for unique workflows, strong integration with CRM systems like HubSpot, and effective scheduling, which significantly reduces the time taken to manage jobs and dispatch technicians.
Cons: I feel like there is a steep learning curve, requiring significant training and onboarding time.....

The "Big Picture" Sentiment Most users describe Zuper as a "force multiplier." It isn’t just a digital calendar; it’s a central nervous system for field operations. The Transition: You likely moved from spreadsheets or a rigid app (like Jobber or Housecall Pro) to Zuper because you needed more control over your specific workflows. The Result: The "professionalism" of your business increases because customers get "Uber-style" tracking, and technicians have everything they need on their phones.
Pros: DIY" Customization & No-Code Workflows Zuper’s biggest strength is that it doesn’t force you into a pre-set box. Why it’s great: You can build your own checklists, custom fields, and automated workflows without needing a developer. Whether you’re in HVAC, solar, or cleaning, you can make the software speak your specific industry language.
Cons: The "Configuration" Learning Curve Because Zuper is so flexible, it isn't exactly "plug-and-play." The Issue: Setting up the specific workflows, custom fields, and automated triggers requires a significant time investment. Many users feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of settings and menus during the first few weeks. Review Tip: You could mention that while the "DIY" aspect is a pro, the initial setup can be daunting without dedicated time for staff training.

Overall, my experience with Zuper has been positive. It is a useful and practical platform for managing work orders, scheduling tasks, and improving communication between field staff and office teams. The system helps keep everything organized in one place and makes it easier to track job progress in real time.
Pros: Easy to use and simple interface for managing work orders and tasks Helps organize and track jobs efficiently in one place
Cons: Can take some time for new users to learn all features Occasional delays when syncing updates between mobile and desktop

Pros: What I liked most about Zuper is how smoothly it connects dispatching, technician tracking, invoicing, and customer communication in one platform. The automation tools reduce manual work, and the mobile app keeps field teams efficient and accountable.
Cons: The reporting customization feels limited, and advanced features have a learning curve that slows initial onboarding for new teams.

Overall my experience was not positive. Zuper leadership appears comfortable making commitments and missing them time and again. The [sensitive content hidden] himself acknowledged that we were de-prioritized and then in a subtle way explained how unimportant we are.
Pros: Attractive GUI and intuitive design. Software has a lot of potential if it continues to be developed for the US market.
Cons: The estimate platform is poor. It has very limited functionality and is inferior to most other products.

Worked with them for almost a year repeating the same issues over and over. We would have a zoom meeting i would tell them the issues then they would tell me they would fix it. In a week or two we would have another zoom meeting were they would ask if there was any issues and i would tell them YES you still didn't fix the issues i brought up in the last three meetings. When they did fixed one thing in the software then something else didn't work. Huge waste of time and money. Would never recommend this company.
Pros: They promised the world. Told me they could tailor there software to do anything we needed. Reasonably price for what they were offering.
Cons: False promises made they could not get there software to do what they had promised. Constantly repeating the same issues over and over.

I wish that there was a page that could show a list of all active trials, over due, started, not started, ready, etc. Maybe with a menu to select a block of dates. Like Jan. 1st - Feb. 15th.
Pros: I like the dashboard. Lots of info there and some areas I'm not even using yet
Cons: the search and filters. sometimes I will search up a job number and instead of it coming up first, it will be at the end of a list of many. The filters don't see to pull up everything, which scares me. I don't feel like I can rely on the information given to me from Zuper. For example, I felt like I had an active list of my Trials for Nanaimo and was checking them out and trying to update them. Then Sales reps came up and gave me Trial numbers that weren't even on my filtered list.

Pros: It connects with HubSpot and helps create a central platform to communicate with our entire team.
Cons: I sometimes have a hard time quickly navigating back and forth between pages quickly.

We are incredibly grateful for this discovery, as it has significantly advanced our team's progress. As we continue to evolve, we anticipate saving resources in other areas, all thanks to Zuper, which has truly propelled our department to new heights.
Pros: Zuper’s staff demonstrates an impressive level of responsiveness and availability, consistently working with us to resolve specific challenges and tailoring solutions to suit our distinct business needs. Furthermore, the user interface is meticulously designed, offering both clarity and efficiency.
Cons: I wish the master search bar functioned more freely. I want to be able to type in one term and have it show all results for that term, regardless of the custom field or category it’s in. For example, if I type the word 'door,' I want it to display all notes and descriptions where the word 'door' is used, with the ability to highlight it in context and easily jump to it.

Everything has been mostly great. Zuper has listened to our requests and most things have been situated.
Pros: Zuper helps us to keep all of our jobs organized and easy audit trailing.
Cons: We wish there was an integration with a scanner so we can better manage our inventory from Zuper for an all in one solution.

[sensitive content hidden] was awesome and very informative. We did not get to use ZUPER for long enough to express our PROS and CONS
Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was modifying the ZUPER application to the Perry Baromedical needs.
Cons: Repetitive fields. I think we could have worked out these kinks.

Our experience with Zuper has been great! It has been a work in progress to align Zuper with our business needs, but we are confident this will make a positive change to our department. We truly appreciate all of the efforts the Zuper team has put into developing this platform for our business. We can't wait to see where this platform takes us!
Pros: One of our favorite features about Zuper is the automated email notifications that get sent to our customers. This has been huge for our service department, especially because many different parties are involved. We also have benefited from the photos our technicians are able to submit, this helps our back office team get a better understanding of what we are working with.
Cons: Although the notifications has been our favorite feature, it has taken longer than we expected. One thing we wish we could do ourselves was setting up the notifications and having the freedom to fix/change as we go. We do appreciate the efforts from the development team! We also wish some of the features were more customizable:)

Very positive. Great people to work with and very helpful in finding solutions.
Pros: The flexibility of the platform. The integration between Hubspot and Business Central are a real positive
Cons: Some of the features we would like are not yet available

It has been great and would definitely recommend this for small companies like ours.
Pros: How user friendly it is and makes it so we don't have to jump between platforms to get out jobs scheduled.
Cons: I have not figured a way on how to save credit cards for our customers.
Anne B. · Office Administration · Construction · March 21, 2025
Amazing, easy to navigate. Love the ability to see the status of our jobs in a quick glance.
Pros: User friendly, so easy to train new employees. Customizable to fit our needs.
Cons: I really have no complaints, if I had to pick 1 thing it would be the ability to assign the job numbers instead of it autmatically assigning a number. That way we can have a consistant numbering through multiple systems that we use.

Superb, the Zuper tea has been a delilght to work with through all stages
Pros: It is a solid product with a comprehensive feature set
Cons: It is not cheap. It is a prodyctivity multiplier, but its price may feel high for a company with a modestly-sized field tea.
George G. · CTO · Telecommunications · March 20, 2025
From 1-10. I would say a 7, and it's only a 7 because of the time difference from California and India. When we need a fix, the time that it takes sometime can be to long. Other then that, I always am happy with the end results once a issue is identified and corrected.
Pros: Easy to navigate, customer service is top notch. Working with our customer support manager Abi is always a productive experience, working with out team to customize our experience is much appreciated.
Cons: Working between two plate forms, HubSpot & Zuper. The process to push information between the two plate forms has been a challenge but with that said, Zuper support is always working out the bugs once we addinify them.
Chris B. · Service Manager · Consumer Electronics · March 20, 2025
Overall it has been good, however the estimated updates or new features seem to slow
Pros: Real time activity and reporting. At any given point in time we can communicate to clients status of any of their requested work
Cons: Customization by End User is limited. A lot of Customization has to be sent to Zuper Support
Arlene N. · Vice President · Construction · March 20, 2025
Overall I love Zuper and the path that I see them going down. Like any company there is always room for improvement, but I have never seen a company more open to ideas. When there is a problem they are quick to fix it and the customer service is top notch.
Pros: The ability to really make Zuper what you want has proven to be invaluable to our experience. Vastly improving our user and customer experience.
Cons: While Zuper has amazing ideas the timeline in which these ideas come to fruition is not very reliable
Zachary C. · Technical Engineer · Construction · March 20, 2025
My overall experience is positive however there are some features that I wish we had to avoid using other software to provide those features like customer portal and more in depth project management features.
Pros: I love the all the job adding features from being able to break down clients by individual sites and locations under a sub client. I also like the ability to pull those jobs back and add a child job to the parent job for multiple calls related to the same issue.
Cons: Lack of a customer portal on my end has been a killer for me we have so many clients that want to be able to log in and pay invoices or view quotes that we have had to take our invoices and quotes to another software to provide that feature.
Stephen F. · Owner · Information Technology and Services · March 20, 2025
Since our team has begun utilizing Zuper it has helped organize our delivery and installation jobs and allowed our processes to be for efficient. I am very happy that we have begun to utilize this tool within out daily routine and processes.
Pros: The ease and functionality of the application with scheduling out delivery and installation jobs with customers.
Cons: Honestly, I have been happy with its performance thus far.
