Pros: Top notch customer service and a great product that helps streamline my business operations!
Cons: Closed on weekends, but that hasn't affected me much

Ok, but there is better out there.
Pros: It was good for a few years but their team is the letdown. Many of the features you pay for or that are promised aren't working properly. Inflexible customer service.

Cons: I paid for a year in advance (with no discount given to me for giving them my money up front). I've been let down by the software and have finally decided to move to Booking Koala instead. I am enjoying Booking Koala, it has more features and is cheaper than the L27 plan I was on. Long story short, I exited 2 months before the end of the year and they refuse to refund the unused months (even if no discount was given for paying a year in advance). I've never experienced this level of inflexibility with any software company. I think it's rude and poor customer service. It's the final nail in the coffin for me.

Pros: There are so many things that I love about Launch 27. The ability to book a cleaning and it sends the clients and staff emails and text with notifications, that I can collect payments and also track how my business is doing. When I email [sensitive content hidden] with questions, she responds in a timely manner and she is so kind!
Cons: i cant think of anything at the moment. I have no issues at this time

It has been amazing! Particularly the customer service. Each time I have had to use the "chat" box, every service rep has been prompt, kind and efficient. Special shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! She held my hand through the process and got things done for me.
Pros: The software is very easy to use, and is intuitive.

started off well and then promised the world and updates for 2+ years then they did it and was horrendous and did not work and removed key components.
Pros: simple and easy to use dashboard for a very small business who does not want to grow

Pros: Easy to use when it works properly, it was the beat software when I first started using it.
Cons: Since a new company bought this software everything went downhill!! Customers being charged multiple times, email send to customers without owners authorization, app does not work and now to complete the whole mess my schedule completely disappeared since yesterday. This is not right!! We pay so much for this software and it does not work!!

Frustrating the repairs and down time never stops

I am writing here as, sitting in our office for more than 1h30 with 3 colleagues, we have nothing to do but stare at a blank screen. Launch27 has been offline since 730 PM yesterday. Before that, 4 other times L27 was offline at the start of the working day for at least 30 minutes, with some kind of maintenance. Friday the 18th of September, we had almost 4 hours of downtime in the middle of the afternoon. This adds up to the fact that we cannot do our accounting anymore because of the recent .csv export changes, and that our booking form (when it will be up, lol) will have some uneditable text in english (we operate in a french speaking country). We are really desperate and losing time and energy with support making us feel like all this effort is worth much more than the monthly price of the tool.
Pros: Initial willingness of team to accept feedback and improve software
Cons: Terrible SLA, unhelpful customer support, development going the wrong direction

Pros: Online booking features are second to none! Online payments and automated emails/texts really make for an impressive efficient process! L27 delivers a self-serve model where the customer is in control! Our customers enjoy ease of use, booking online, rescheduling or cancelling, if necessary. They also love using the email feedback loop! We love it, too!
Cons: All customer support is handled through web chat and email. Occasionally, someone will call you if you are dealing with a difficult issue.

Overall, I have enjoyed using the service on a daily basis. Out of other services I tested, this one is the easiest to use giving us exactly what we needed the availability to offer recurring services.
Pros: What I like most about Launch27 is the capability to use its online form on my website so that clients can book their services online. I also like that we can send confirmation emails and reminders to our clients. We can also see how many sales we did in a certain month.
Cons: The feature that I like least is that the sales tax percentage can not be set into a decimal instead it's rounded up to a whole number which in turn, makes it difficult to collect the correct sales tax.

Launch27 was confusing for my carpet cleaning company and customers didn’t use it as willingly as House Call Pro.
Pros: I liked the support, the story of the founder, the concept and idea for the software. I tried this concurrently with housecall pro.
Cons: The setup is incredibly complicated. Even though there is great support it’s much like computer programming.

I attempted to set it up three years ago. This month I was excited to give it another go and realized why I didn't go through with it the first time. Absolutely lousy customer service and awful setup process. I highly discourage anyone from using this service. I wanted so badly for this to work but I can honestly say I don't feel valued as a customer. I don't usually feel that way.
Pros: It would've been an amazing service if we could just get through the setup.
Cons: No phone support! Everything is through chat and email. I need to speak to someone! Setup is very difficult. I paid for a consultant through them to help me set it up because that's what I needed. I know what Launch27 is and does. The consultant wanted to talk more about what they offer and charge an extra $500 to set it up for me on top of the $100 I had already paid. I can't say it's a lousy product because I've never launched with it. If you want to spend hours and hours setting it up and months tweaking the program, then do it. I just don't have time for the awful customer service and lousy setup process. I think they could have customers for years paying $125 a month if they'd just spend more time helping with the setup.

This is an awesome product that is integrated with an awesome credit card processor (Stripe) and I am so happy with both!
Pros: Absolutely love this product. It saves me time by allowing my clients to easily book their own appointments online. I can block off any days / times I don't want bookings and set limits to how many are allowed in a single space. The features are also improving all the time - you can now change which credit card to charge right on the charge screen, and process refunds there as well, which is a relatively new improvement. They really listen to the user suggestions to make the product better and better all the time!
Cons: I wish I could set different locations within the schedule, so that certain areas could show availability where others are blocked off. I cover all of Southeast michigan, so sometimes we have availability in one location but not another. Not a huge deal though.

It’s a love hate relationship. I keep getting told an upgrade is coming and I have no idea when. But I love L27 because of all the things I said above.
Pros: The things that I like the best about L27 is the customer service. I love the ease of access. Most of the things are built in which is amazing. It’s very automated and makes life very easy
Cons: There are a lot of things I think would make it better. For example, proper syncing with google calendar and quickbooks.

the booking and scheduling is amazing
Pros: if you run a basic cleaning business it has all the bells and whistles
Cons: the fact that the app that compliments the software is expensive and is very limited. Also, you cannot access the app through the computer which makes it difficult to input information like a checklist. the system should have a place where you can put detailed information on the client and pictures of the unit they need to have cleaned as I have a vacation cleaning business and I have to find another way to get the pictures to my staff it

Allowing customers to self schedule really helps.
Pros: Launch27 is very intuitive and quite easy to use. Support is quick to assist with any problems.
Cons: It can be difficult to find out how to use certain things. There are certain features that are missing.

It's been okay. By far not the best although Omar spent some time with me in the beginning I feel if the company really cared about it's clients who are paying them every month that they would be willing to spend more time helping them with the system free of charge.
Pros: The appearance of professionalism with our clients
Cons: Unable to speak with someone directly. Seems like there are many kinks I am unable to work out but I feel could be worked out if I spent some time with someone from the company learning how to better operate the system. I definitely feel I am using half of it's potential due to this reason. And for this reason I hesitate recommending this product to others.

Along with the software, I keep it open on my phone and if my phone rings I have my wireless headset so that I can be on the page talking to the customers and booking at the same time while I'm at a job. I don't have to wait until I get back to the office to make any changes or send an invoice at all. I am able to be working and doing office work all at the same time. I just love it and the customer support has been amazing!
Pros: Being a one-woman show for the time being, this has transformed my operational capabilities immensely! I am virtually able to keep everything organized, and it even helps me remember things that I forgot.
Cons: Drawing a blank here. When I have any issues or problems that I need to work through, the team at launch 27 immediately responds to help me through any troubles I might be having.
