So far, great. We work with multiple service providers and have been able to test out multiple functions during the free trial.
Pros: Best feature: the automated reminders that go out to multiple service providers. This has eliminated no show appointments.
Cons: Difficult to evaluate all of the tools in the free trial. We can’t tell how the Stripe integration portion works.

Pros: The booking calendar and client management features are really top-notch. I particularly like how easy it is to set up recurring appointments and send automated reminders to clients. It’s cut down on no-shows significantly for our team, and the customization options for the booking page are pretty good too.
Cons: Honestly, the mobile app feels a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Navigating through different client records or adjusting schedules on the go isn't as intuitive as I'd like, and it sometimes takes a few extra taps to get where I need to be. It's not a dealbreaker, but an update would be nice.

5/5 This software is what I have been looking for, the price is great, support is good, and they listen to suggestions for new updates.
Pros: Only software that can calculate driving distances, it's a game changer. Clients can see available slots as the software blocks of the hours I need to drive from the previous or next appoinment. Whoever came up with this, is a genius!
Cons: Ability to directly open a booking via a URL as staff member without loggin in. And maybe the option to add attachments to message templates.

Pros: Le modèle utilise des beau couleurs qui ne fatiguent pas la vue et l’application ne consomme presque pas de espace

Pros: I liked how user friendly TimeTap is. I also like how I can tailor certain features to clients, and that it is fairly efficient for my scheduling.
Cons: Although it is user friendly, it did take me a while to catch on and I rely on my phone a lot to do my scheduling, the mobile version is not as refined as the pc version in my opinion.

Pros: Einfach und unkompliTimeTap ist eine sehr übersichtliche und zuverlässige Terminbuchungssoftware. Die Online-Terminvergabe funktioniert reibungslos und spart enorm viel Zeit im Alltag. Besonders gut gefällt mir die klare Benutzeroberfläche und die automatische Erinnerungsfunktion, die No-Shows deutlich reduziert. Auch die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und die Integration in bestehende Abläufe sind sehr gelungen. Insgesamt eine große Erleichterung für die Terminorganisation – absolut empfehlenswert!ziert

The customer experience has been really positive and a big upgrade from our previous manual processes. I like that payment can be achieved from the same platform as well.
Pros: The platform makes it so easy for clients to make bookings, receive confirmations and for us to then manage schedules. It saves a lot on admin time and helps us provide a better service. There are good payment integrations.
Cons: Not much, it has been a really easy to use platform and satisfied both the admin team, therapists and clients.

I am still on a trial, so I am unable to test the Stripe integration. It seems to be set up well, however.
Pros: It seems reasonably priced for what it does. It was able to integrate with Stripe, a requirement for me.
Cons: The UI is plain, and few options to improve it when embedded on my website. I may try a link instead which would give a richer UI.

Great customer support. Scheduling was very simple and times were readily available. [sensitive content hidden] helped very quickly and showed me a tips.
Pros: TimeTap provides multiple custom sites to meet different needs. I also like the reminders though I wish our company allowed the text message option.
Cons: I believe using TimeTap on my mobile device is very difficult. It would be impossible to use if I had eye or hand issues.

Very pleasant personnel. But they cannot dive deep to discover why our problem is occurring.
Pros: Ease of scheduling and ability to charge at the time of requesting an appointment.
Cons: Recall reminder messaging, a significant decision point for our initial choice, does not work. It took a year to discover that this feature does not operate as promised, and patients do not receive annual appointment reminders.

Overall, my experience has been very good on the free version. I'm actually planning to get the business subscription. And they do have personalized support, so I will get help to navigate the app and ask questions if necessary.
Pros: I liked the different options to schedule different types of meetings (1-on-1, group, different hosts, etc). I also liked the automatic email reminders and it's pretty user friendly on the side of the person scheduling with you. Also you can contact support, and they give you a nice free trial period.
Cons: I think it's a little complicated to set up. There are lots of things to check, and sometimes I get a little overwhelmed. But I guess that's part of them offering so many options.

Pros: Ease to use, but unsure of change made by myself I found the help and [sensitive content hidden] was great and helped to feel more at ease with my changes. I more confident in my ability to use system, knowing there is online support available to me.
Cons: Changes take too long to complete. Too many screens to manage one change, appts, reports, support, staffing, locations, etc.

Pros: After 10 years with another software we have change on timetap. Complete and power solution. Not easy to use quickly and from backoffice is not easy to manage appointment on mobile device. From this point of view, the older software is better..
