Honestly love it so much. I like that when I have questions, there’s a video catalog I can go to for help.
Pros: Super easy to use overall and makes a lot of sense. You can do so much on it. Scheduling and managing appointments is clean and easy.
Cons: More features. I’ve also noticed that when a service provider updates prices, prices for pre booked appointments do not update.

Very underwhelmed by Blvd. We were overpromised, under delivered by this company. The cost is far too expensive for the value received. Much better services available on the market. We’re mandated to use this system with our franchise or we’d have left years ago.

Pros: The ability to text in same system as scheduling appts and being able to make recurring blocks. Had to add to meet minimum requirements for this field.
Cons: The cost; lack of functionality in the mobile app vs online; reporting functionality and lack of auditing; inability to have client photos added to account profile, like Mind Body; inability to perform marketing actions and use AI within the service; etc

Started off strong, ended poorly. We’ve been using Boulevard for about a year and a half. The first year was excellent — no issues at all and it fit our needs perfectly. Over the past few months, however, we’ve experienced a growing number of glitches. In the last four weeks alone, the system has crashed twice, leaving us unable to schedule clients, check them out, or access previous notes. It’s incredibly frustrating and embarrassing to have to explain to patients that we can’t book appointments or process payments for services or products.
Pros: aesthetically pleasing program. First year with them things worked really well with almost no issue.
Cons: constant glitching, system-wide crashes, lack of improvement in software with requested changes or improvements

Easy and breezy, Boulevard has been a great tool for modernizing our business. I like the help chat feature and love that they often update and make changes throughout the year
Pros: Boulevard shines beyond other services because of its sleek design and modern menu that makes finding most things a breeze
Cons: The biggest struggles are reporting - it’s too difficult to find kpis and is time consuming to switch between locations etc. - and the lack of added features like advanced marketing options or AI integration… other issues are so minimal not even worth mentioning

Wonderful experience, from customer support to daily use, it is a very easy system to use. I have not had any complaints from my team and teaching new users has been so easy!
Pros: Very easy to use, customer support has been excellent, we have no complaints and love that we switched over!
Cons: If an appointment is checked out incorrectly, it is hard to change the transaction without making a new appointment completely.

Everyone has been helpful. Truly, my only complaint is the price. I think compared to other aesthetic software, it's pricey.
Pros: easy, safe to use. Support is fast and always there. I like how everything is easily accessible and very user friendly
Cons: The only con I have is the cost. I do need to reach out though- i was supposed to pay in full one time and i have been being charged monthly

I had quite a bit of help getting things set up and the training was good. If I ever need assistance I usually get help pretty quickly.
Pros: The forms and charts make charting easy for later. The checkout process is pretty seamless. The online booking is super convenient and easy for clients.
Cons: Being charges extra for any extra texts being sent. I feel like for the cost of this system, this should just be included into it without any additional charges.

Overall experience with Boulevard has been fantastic. Customer service is great. Our liaison is always very helpful in getting things answered. The software has really made our clients happy and in turn, made us a thriving business. Just wish on the back end, they'd hurry up with updates :)
Pros: I like most that Boulevard keeps the client in mind with their software. It's extremely easy to book as a client which has in turn landed us way more conversions than ever before.
Cons: What I like least is the speed of updates and requests. Boulevard could be so much more for so many people, our business included, but it falls flat on the updates. It seems like it takes months to just get one update and it's just not useful or will be something minor. They have an amazing user face for the client, just need to help us businesses that are looking for more. We are willing to wait a bit for these updates, but at some point they may cause us to look elsewhere.

Overall I like it. 8/10. Better than my old system for sure. Would still recommend. I did try to refer a friend but she was turned down because she was told her business was too small.
Pros: Ease of scheduling is great. Online scheduling and memberships have been a game changer for us. Notifications are very accurate and timely.
Cons: Reports. I have a hard time finding specific reports at times. But overall I still like Boulevard. Sometimes I have issues but I can usually resolve them with chat.

Great experience so far! I’ve worked with boulevard for 2 different practices and both were pretty seamless. The support staff is great and the communication turn around time is efficient.
Pros: It is a very easy system to use and the chat is helpful as well. I really liked the academy trainings and the links to trainings included also.
Cons: There is no easy option to quickly check a price for a guest. It seems like a multi step process to look at pricing.

Boulevard is definitely a highly recommended business platform and I would recommend it to nearly everyone looking into getting a great user-friendly, customer supported, all-in-one platform for their business!
Pros: Boulevard has been a wonderful online platform for our medical aesthetics company! It is user friendly, the features it offers are exceptional compared to many other platforms, the appointment scheduling & management has been so easy, payment processing is easy, and the customer services has been exceptional at communicating with us when needed!
Cons: Boulevard has just a few minor cons about it, there isn't a way to communicate between other staff members as other platforms allow, and certain discounts and memberships that we would like to have aren't available (at this time), but they can be put in the "suggestions" cue and might be available for use one day if enough customers are in agreeance on certain needs/wants!

Pros: Boulevard makes the appointment schedule easy to access online and the layout is clear and colorful.
Cons: The appointment confirmation text messages that Boulevard sends do not indicate the duration of the appointment. For example, the text does not say if the massage that has been booked is 45, 60 or 90 minutes long. It only tells us that an appointment has been booked but provides no details.

From the sales department to onboarding and on going support they have been amazing. I am so happy we switched just wish we did it sooner.
Pros: I love the ease of online scheduling, the modern look and feel of the system, tracking prepaid services, memberships, and the detailed reports. We love being able to market to our patients using the same system as well. This system covers it all!
Cons: Charting needs to be more detailed when trying to mark up the face images and I would love to have a grid system for patient photos.

Our experience with Boulevard has been exceptional from day one. The onboarding was smooth, customer support is outstanding, and the platform itself is rock solid. We’ve seen a huge improvement in organization, staff communication, and client retention. As a busy salon owner, I can confidently say our business wouldn’t function the same without Boulevard. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our company.
Pros: Boulevard has completely transformed the way our salon operates. The system is beautifully designed, intuitive, and reliable everything from booking to checkout feels effortless. I love how organized it keeps our team and how professional it makes our client experience. The reporting tools, marketing features, and automated reminders have truly elevated our business. It’s more than just a software, it feels like a real partner in our day-to-day operations.
Cons: Honestly, it’s hard to find any major downsides. My only wish is that Boulevard had a public marketplace or discovery feature like Booksy and Fresha, where potential clients could browse and book services directly through the app. That would make it absolutely perfect! Another challenge we’ve experienced is the pricing structure for multiple locations. As we continue to grow and expand, having to pay full price for each additional location makes it difficult to scale affordably. Other software platforms such as Vagaro, Fresha, GlossGenius, and Mindbody offer discounted or tiered pricing for multiple locations, some even allow you to manage several under one plan or charge only a small add-on fee per site. Because our long-term goal is to continue expanding, we’ve started to explore these other platforms for the future. However, Boulevard still remains our top choice for its quality, design, and exceptional client experience.

great overall experience with system, form building, organization, team management and flexibility. Reports are bad.
Pros: Overall the product is great! There are very few outages, it is easy to use, and they have a very responsive customer service team.
Cons: The reports are so very very bad. please look at Square Report structure and fix your reporting. Or have a CPA or Bookkeeper give you advice on what business owners really need on the reports.

I love Boulevard. It's such an easy and convenient business experience from admin to front desk to booking and to clients!
Pros: I love that Boulevard is so user friendly for clients and staff members! The features Boulevard provides are second to none when trying to manage register close out, patient packages and online booking services! The payment processing for clients is unmatched and incredibly easy to set up. You are able to link multiple devices to check out clients whether it be at the front desk or in a treatment room! The security of the system is great, and HIPPA compliant as we need for medical services and more!!
Cons: The only thing that I don't love about Boulevard is when you check out a client for a package with a voucher, it doesn't "zero" out the balance. Instead, it takes the package price and divides by vouchers to see the "discounted" price, but it messes up my end of month numbers :(

On boarding was systematic and nice. Launch was bit hairy as had not figured out some things prior, like all charting is done on ipad b/c as aesthetics practice THIS is where pics must be taken! Would LOVE to see a BIG follow up say 2 mos after launch. This meeting would be say 45 min long and allow practitioner to cover all the pop up issues that occurred after launch. Questions answered etc. THEN another follow up at 3 mos to again ask questions etc. I think of Bouldvard as Nordstroms (and I like NORDSTROM because I can ALWAYS get help. THIS is what is most important to me!) I will pay extra to have great service!
Pros: Boulevard’s integration with “the whole package” is lovely. Already gotten compliments on how easy it is for clients to book. Love being able to view the client’s total profile, including avg spend, products purchased, photo gallery of all pics on profile page, etc. Ability to compare photos so easily in gallery is AWESOME! GAMECHANGER! I am still playing with some features and learning the system. It is thorough. Looking forward to the future as I get more and more out of the system. Also, getting help is not too difficult. The AI integration to provide help is actually HELPFUL and on point. Was able to schedule a phone call for help as well w/ease. LOVE this. Seems that managing appointments is easy! Company is consistently implementing upgrades to make system perform as best as possible.
Cons: Not being able to simply change price of a tox unit easily to do so when I desire is frustrating. Learning the go around. ALSO, med spa MUST know up front: Definitely NEED TWO iPads, one client facing and one for practitioner to use. I was told definitely need ONE ipad but really need two, otherwise it becomes confusing. Start w/TWO! ONE dedicated to client and ONE for practice for charting etc. Little frustrating check out must be done on computer and can’t process all way through w/ipad. Not sure why this is but again, getting used to it. Service is not cheap. MUCH more expensive than the competitor. Once I am fluid with system I think I will not mind. Not fluid yet so bit frustrating at times. I will look forward to doing another review in a year. I suspect I will be much further along in my understanding and use of entire system. Am now trying to tweak my forms and such and having hard time. System not allowing me. Will figure that out today on phone call.

Our experience with Boulevard has been amazing from the start. They had a team help us import all of our data and appointments from our old booking software which was very helpful, and it’s been smooth sailing ever since we started using it. It’s made managing our appointments so much easier, and our clients love it too!
Pros: Switching to boulevard was the best decision we’ve made for our business! The UX is intuitive and seamless, managing and booking appointments is so easy, and the support staff is incredibly helpful! It is also great to have payment processing integrated into our booking system. We love the texting feature as well.
Cons: We honestly don’t have any real cons, we have been extremely happy with it since we switched over and have no complaints! They are happy to take requests on new features you’d like to see added which is nice.

Once signed up, its a breeze from there. Boulevard is easy access, updates regular, changes in schedule is instant, which gives me heads up on my appointments and services.
Pros: I love the convenience of Boulevard, because I have access to my schedule at anytime, known when and what time my appointments, and with who. Being able to greet my clients by name and well prepare for the service.
Cons: I have mot had any bad experiences with Boulevard. This is my first time using Boulevard, and it is user friendly and convenient.

My overall experience with Boulevard has been positive. It manages the appointments, notifies me when my clients have arrived, and makes it easy to schedule them.
Pros: I enjoy using Boulevard because it is easy to navigate. Any problems that do occur the customer support team is there to assist.
Cons: I actually do not have any cons for boulevard. It is better than the last system we used at the business.

Pros: I love that I am able to chart and document all patient information in the same platform (POS, charting, photos, forms).
Cons: Photos must be added to the patient's chart individually. It is time consuming and if we could add multiple photos at once it would be much more efficient.

Pros: I love that Boulevard is a fully integrated platform! It truly covers all the bases — scheduling, HIPAA compliance, charting, marketing, inventory management, and Point of Sale — all in one seamless system. The team is constantly improving functionality, which makes a huge difference in daily operations. Over the past 18 months, I’ve especially appreciated the enhancements to the voucher system for client packages and the improved membership management and processing. Boulevard just keeps getting better!
Cons: The reporting tools work well for standard insights, but creating customized reports can be a bit tricky. I’d love to see more flexibility and an easier way to tailor reports to specific business needs in the future.

Great experience, easy to use and I am always recommending Boulevard to any business to give it a try.
Pros: Very user friendly on both sides and super easy to learn the system. They also are constantly making updates to the system to make things more user friendly.
Cons: There is not anything with Boulevard that comes to mind that I don't like and if there is every something less user friendly or something that doesn't make sense they always are making improvements.
