Overall, the benefits and usefulness of DocHub completely outweighs the problems I have with product "clunkiness"
Pros: DocHub is an excellent alternative to some of its competitors when it comes to simplicity and having a low tier of entry. Even the Freemium version of the app (which limits tools, signatures, and number of documents) is incredibly useful. Additionally, DocHub is still applicable if you work in an industry where security compliance (e.g. HIPAA) is necessary.
Cons: Some of the tools at times can feel clunky to use - particularly when utilizing the Templating feature. I still have yet to figure out how to fully utilize the tool when it comes to making reusable documents for things such as client intake and authorization forms.

I have enjoyed using the product. I only switched away from it because my project management software doesn't integrate with it. Otherwise, I would continue to happily use DocHub for contract and LOE signings. It integrates well with Google Drive, which is handy. And the template are easy to use or create.
Pros: I like that it integrate with Google docs. And once I got over the learning curve, it's quite easy to use.
Cons: I didn't like that everything is in icon form (rather than a drop-down menu with words), so I had to teach myself what all the icons meant in order to know what to use, e.g. how to add a text box or a date box, etc.

Extremely Positive experience. This app is very easy to use, and extremely helpful. Given that I do not have a scanner or Adobe Acrobat, this app (and site) allows me to circumvent those issues most of the time.
Pros: DocHub is wonderful because it allows me to access, modify, sign, save and send important documents. I use it most to upload, complete, and sign important documents such as contracts or work documents.
Cons: There is very little negative to say about this app. Every once and a while there will be a glitch, and a document will not upload. This is rare, but is frustrating when it occurs.

Overall, it is a very userfriendly signing software for sending documents securely through email and saving electronically.
Pros: I like that when I receive a file I can immediately open it in Dochub and edit where I need to before uploading it to send on email. There are lots of youtube videos to provide support if you are having trouble accessing a feature or you can chat with support quickly.
Cons: The cost is the only downside. There are lots of apps and software that do the same thing for less of a cost. I don't like that not as many people use it to sign pdf documents as other softwares.

I have been using Doc Hub for over two years, and it has significantly streamlined my workflow. It saves both my clients and me a considerable amount of time while enabling me to complete my tasks efficiently.
Pros: The document editing and e-signature feature, along with the ability to convert Word documents into PDF, significantly streamlines my workflow and saves me a considerable amount of time.
Cons: It would be beneficial to include an editing feature that allows cropping and adjusting of the documents I am working on. Aside from this, I am satisfied with everything else.

It’s incredible how easy Dochub is to use, downloading, editing, and sending documents becomes very easy, its user interface is intuitive which makes it simple to navigate; Dochub is a reliable choice for anyone who wants to manage their documents well.
Pros: It offers all the features of a document signing software, what I really like is that I can create a single document template and then share it with multiple people which saves me a lot of time. Also with such an affordable price it’s really a gem compared to other alternatives.
Cons: Not many downsides to point out, just that sometimes when I want to open certain documents it bugs, and if I mess up by sending a badly edited or badly signed document I can’t modify it anymore. I think they could add a feature to fix documentation mistakes.

My overall experience with Doc hub is a pleasure I am really enjoying it and keep learning new things about it there is always more to know!!
Pros: What I like most about Doc Hub is that it is so easy and straight forward to use. There is nothing that is complicated to use.
Cons: Something that I don't necessarily like about Doc Hub is that it's hard to move the documents from one organization to the other without deleting it.

satisfied with exception of some technical difficulties
Pros: ability to secure electronic signatures and secure business
Cons: recurring cost increases takes time to negotiate

It’s a great tool. Any beginner will find it easy to use. Not expensive at all. And very helpful with handling documents quickly and easy. Everything from editing PDF's, creating filling forms, signing documents. Great tool!
Pros: What i like the most is i can create reusable tempmates.and doesn't have to create a new document each time. Its so convenient and time saving.
Cons: It's very basi. For those who are looking for more modern designs might not be the best fit. I dont need fancy and visually appealing experience, so it's more than enough.

Over all I am a 7 out of 10, because of how helpful DH has been since I started permitting 5 years ago, but the last year has been challenging.
Pros: I primarily use DH professionally for Building Permits for houses, we have a business account with 5-6 users. So I am importing many documents into one. I appreciate the newer "divider" feature where I can minimize sections. I like how easy it is to request signatures from our team and from clients, etc. I also like how easily it integrates with cloud servers too, and easy to update existing files, etc. And though Customer Support is a bit "regimented", they are pretty quick to respond, but not always helpful if its outside of a simple fix.
Cons: $80

I love to speak about this tool with other colleagues.
Pros: Excellent tool for business transactions. Easy to use and secure
Cons: Having to subscribe to it because when you are not familiar with it you can't trust so easy.

Overall I have used DocHub for years now. It's one the cheapest document signing softwares available and allows us to easily send and receive signed contracts for new volunteers at our nonprofit. You can send as many documents as you wish!
Pros: Ability to send the same contract to multiple people at a time. For example, we can send multiple new contributors a contract at the same time and they only see one sign spot for them, rather than it making everyone sign one document where they can all see their signatures. I also appreciate the fact the signatures are legally binding and auto-reminds people to sign.
Cons: Setting up the contracts from scratch can be a bit confusing. It took me multiple trial and errors. Maybe they can include some how-to videos.

I use DocHub every day to write customer proposals and contracts. I don't know of anything else that I could use as a subtitute.
Pros: Convenient way to manage customer proposals & contracts
Cons: Limited drawing tools. For example it's hard to draw a straight line without adjusting it. However, the square icon is always straight. The program should automatically align adjacent items.

Pros: Convenience, PDFs user friendly. Good Tracking
Cons: would like more flexibility with the setting to make more automated.
Hayley W. · Accounts · Construction · November 4, 2024
Its a very useful tool that I use almost daily.
Pros: The ease of being able to complete forms/data entry without needing to print. The signature feature is a plus, as I sign off on many documents.
Cons: Sometimes you cannot get the letters/words you are typing in the correct spot on forms with lines.
Dawn C. · CREDIT MANAGER · Wholesale · October 30, 2024
Overall, it has been a good experience and has greatly improved the return of enrollment documents for our students.
Pros: Ease of use and ability to see the status of the documents that are sent.
Cons: I was confused about how to create the fields and move them around. Sometimes words get cut off.
Jennifer V. · Assistant Director · Education Management · October 29, 2024
I use dochub for all of my leases and most of my contracts.
Pros: I am able to create templates. E-signing is super efficient.
Cons: It isn't always super clear what some actions are in dochub, for example terms like 'rasterize' are difficult to understand.
Michael A. · Owner · Real Estate · October 29, 2024
It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and simple to use. It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents, not just a few large dollar contracts.
Pros: It is a very reasonably priced product, works great and has a lot o90f features. It is truly the perfect solution for us with the numnber of smaller contracts we send to clients.
Cons: Honestly, there are really nothing I don't like about this product. Even when there is an occasional glitch, it is fixed fast and the support tea, is extremely responsive in taking care oif even the tinest of issues, which are rare. like ionce in 4 years?
Darrell W. · CEO · Events Services · October 29, 2024
I love the company. Been with you for years now
Pros: I enjoy the ease. It’s simple and effective
Cons: Sometimes there are issues when using a tablet where multiple boxes appear.
Pracilla G. · Owner · Accounting · October 29, 2024
Excellent program and easy to use anywhere you want.
Pros: No longer need ppw and it is quick to send things to people.
Cons: It can be slow to catch up to where you are.

DocHub has been great for our business. Its very affordable and allows us to create, edit, and sign documents in just a few easy clicks. I've added the extension to my email, so when files come in I can open them directly to DocHub to complete my tasks quickly without having to download/upload every time. Its a great tool!
Pros: Its versatility! I can create docs & templates, fill out and sign forms. It's all very easy.
Cons: That I cannot upload multiple pdfs to create one single document.
Stephanie E. · Owner · Construction · October 28, 2024
I have used it for over 8 years, and can't imagine doing work without it.
Pros: I have used DocHub for years. Occasionally it has a hiccup causing the site to go down, but otherwise it's an amazing tool for collaboration, pdf editing, and signature receipt.
Cons: The occasional outages are inconvenient.
Kristen B. · CEO · Accounting · October 28, 2024
Overall, I have had a very positive experience with DocHub and plan on continuing to use it. I've also recommended it to others who I know are using it as well.
Pros: It's affordable and allows us to use both e-signature as well completing PDF forms.
Cons: Occasionally it does not recognize mandatory fields assigned to a signer.
Kim Z. · Director of Finance · Telecommunications · October 28, 2024
very easy to use and quick for someone to learn how to use it
Pros: ease of use, it is fast and very easy for anyone to use
Cons: security tags on signatures could improve
Adi R. · Managing Director · Real Estate · October 28, 2024
