I'm very happy. It's a good card reader that you can use for your small business. I used it for markets, but also I've started using it for my sessions and it's so much easier.
Pros: It's very cheap and convenient. You can easily connect it to your phone via bluetooth. The money transfer is quick and the fee transaction are transparent, you can see them on your app. You can send receipts. The payment processing is quick and safe.
Cons: The payment by QR code didn't work in Belgium when I tried it, so clients couldn't pay via mobile. It was one time so I didn't contact customer support. Once, a paiment by card couldn't be processed, and the Card reader didn't show why except "paiment failure" : I believe it was a wrong code.

Pros: Anlockend aber später nur abzocken. Es gibt keinen Vorteil wenn man das Gerät nicht benutzen darf weil keine Unternehmerdaten gewechselt wurden .
Cons: Sumup macht nicht seine Arbeit nicht Fachliches Personal

Pros: I like most that it's mobile AND compatible with Apple Pay. I didn't realize how many people use Apple Pay until I began operating and this was an awesome feature to have for those short on physical cash.
Cons: There is nothing that I don't like at this time. SumUp Pluse Card Reader is doing what I need it to do.

It was great until it lasted. Our 3g card reader is blocked and is no longer working. It seems to me, SumUp's main objective is sell as many card readers, they make a huge business selling the devices, which do not last long at all. It seems like a SumUp card readers are a disposable device, take few payments and bin it. I am not buying another device after researching the negative reviews online.
Pros: Easy to use mobile phone application, quick setup.
Cons: The reader is not very reliable, most of the times the signal is very low so connection to take a payment becomes an issue. We mainly used a payment link, which is easy to send/share with the customer. Unfortunately our SumUp 3g card reader is no-longer working. When I switched it on few days ago, the message on the screen was 'Blocked', basically, I was told by the customers support team that I have to buy a new card reader!!

Pros: Saisi facile et intuitive. Rapport listing de paiements et versements. Choux de l'échéance de versements par jour, semaine ou mois.
Cons: Les mises à jour parfois longues et impromptues dans la journée
