Pros: Keepnet seamlessly integrates with the Outlook experience. Feedback is swift, allowing IT Risk to respond immediately. The feedback from Keepnet is consistent and relevant, and learning with real examples in a low-risk environment is invaluable.

Cons: I loved what Keepnet offered for Smishing Simulation. However, we faced limitations in simulating smishing attacks from certain global regions due to international regulations. While understandable, this sometimes restricted our simulation exercises.

Pros: We faced phone fraud, with scammers targeting our employees to reveal sensitive information or install malware on their computers. Keepnet's Voice Phishing Simulator enabled us to simulate similar attacks to raise awareness. The Vishing Simulator tool, combined with security awareness training, allowed us to train our employees immediately during the voice phishing simulation. Additionally, we provided specific training on "voice scams" after the simulation. The metrics from the vishing simulation report are valuable, as we use them to score our employees based on users and departments.

Cons: We wanted to obtain phone numbers from China, but due to the Chinese government's policy, it wasn't possible. While this isn’t a product limitation, it would be beneficial to have Caller ID Spoofing to mimic a Chinese phone number.

Pros: The marketplace is the key feature of Keepnet. It offers a variety of training providers with different formats. We were stressed about choosing the right vendor, but now we have unlimited access to a diverse training library.

Cons: Keepnet’s original training content is fully customizable! However, some third-party vendors on the platform don’t allow customization or charge extra for it. This isn't Keepnet's fault, but third-party providers should offer more customization options.

Pros: The phishing reporter's ability to work across different platforms without requiring any manual installation was a major plus for me.

Cons: Coordinating updates for the button with our IT team was a bit challenging, but we figured this out internally.
