Over all my experience has been positive. I have used other programs before in the past and I have been ok here
Pros: Very streamline and its easy to see who has made appointments and add details that will be visible to all staff.
Cons: I dont like how when I go to a different screen after looking at the schedule and hit back space im not left on the same date i just left.

Frustrating that they are unwilling to refund being double charged for 2 account. It's another example of corporations and unethical practices
Pros: I had an account with them for 12 years. Difficult set up but when functioning OK. I used them because MYReceptionist aka Always Answer, used there software to take appointments.
Cons: Reports lacking easy import to Excel, etc., had to do a lot of workarounds. Very bad mobile interface for patient online booking. Did not have resizable web page, which was crazy. Finally switched to DaySmart Spa as they have a much better interface for mobile appointments, but it took them 6 months to work out technical issues, add something basic like a cancel or schedule option. But just when this system is finally working fine, I found they had been still charging for the Daysmart Appointments for 10 months, $1200, which they refused to refund saying I never cancelled, which if your switching service within DaySmart should be standard or at least notified to cancel it. Also the reports are very awkward in DaySmart Spa as well, having to do work arounds to get vital information. 12 years of loyalty means nothing to them.

Poor. Clunky, difficult to make anything other than a standard appointment. Want something different than their template? You are out of luck. Want to cancel? You are out of luck
Pros: It worked...most of the time. It didn't work well, and it was difficult to get the value for the money spent.
Cons: Clunky, it only fits a particular type of office. I am a solo practitioner, and they more than doubled the rate....with no additional value. I tried to cancel 6 months ago, but they seem unable to respond.

They are reliable, and provide a good service that I need for my business. As a solo attorney I need to have an easy system to do things and they help.
Pros: I have used this for years and it is invaluable. My answering service and I can all coordinate and access the format from different locations. They also have an app so I can get my data anywhere. It is vital for my business.
Cons: There is nothing I don't like. Everything is positive. I have lost contact a couple times but that was years ago.

Pros: 2 WAY SMS CONFIRMATIONS THAT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE THE CALENDARS STATUS ONCE THE CLIENT HAS CONFIRMED VIA SMS
Cons: THEYRE POP OUT WINDOW BUT THAT IS GOING AWAY SOON. YOU DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO EDIT YOUR OWN SMS MESSAGES - THEY HAVE TO DO IT FOR YOU

LOVE it. Daysmart does exactly what I need at a nice price point. I have used their customer service quite a nit and they are wonderful.
Pros: Ease of set up and use. Very user-friendly at a nice price point The customer service is outstanding!
Cons: I really cannot think of any single thing I do not like. Maybe the reports can be streamlined a bit better.

We have been using it for almost 10 years now with very few issues. Recently when I needed customer service it was top notch.
Pros: Very reliable and easy to program to fit the needs of my business as we navigate through the Covid crisis and changes to how we work.
Cons: Had some minor malfunctions when switching between browsers. Prior to the change in ownership, customer service was not optimal.

More than satisfied. Every time I would bring the concern or question, we would be served in timely manner.
Pros: Easy access to the app. We have our interpreters using it on their phones. They also like the fact user name and password can be saved and they don't have to type every time they need to use the app.
Cons: Few times the system was very slow. In our case that is downer because or customers call us and they complain, but Day Smart fixed the problem right away.

I felt DaySmart helped me to organize my clients and schedule. I would have liked to receive notifications and confirm/accept/deny appointments.
Pros: I felt DaySmart was well organized. I was able to manage clients and view my availability easily.
Cons: I had minor difficulty navigating the site by a monthly view, rather than daily.

It was adequate to meet the needs of communicating my schedule and availability, but some things felt slow and outdated. Primarily being able to cancel/change recurring appointments.
Pros: communicate schedule to other members of the team
Cons: It is very difficult to cancel recurring appointments It is slow to move from one week to the next - takes a long time to load the new page/calendar

For the most part it has been a positive experience, I would say when requesting some changes that would help all users, it has taken much longer than I believe it should have.
Pros: I won't list them all but it basically does all of the main things our business needs to schedule appointments.
Cons: Not easily customizable for a reasonable cost.

Our business doesn't need anything fancy, so our basic account helps streamline reservations for us. Tried and true for many years!
Pros: Takes care of most of our needs with a simple interface. Our business has used it with great success for years!
Cons: Some of the lesser-used features can be a little difficult to access. We use a more basic version of the software so there aren't any YouTube tutorials available. However, an email to the company usually puts us on the right track.

Very satisfied with our DaySmart experience and would recommend this platform. It has worked perfectly for our VITA program.
Pros: User-friendly, easily generates reports, daily/weekly ease of appointment availability access.
Cons: The initial setup was challenging but the DaySmart team was very helpful in guiding us through the process and has continued to be supportive with any issues that may arise.

On the surface, DaySmart had everything we needed but the more features we attempted to use, the more issues we found. Many of the functions were setup in a redundant way that made them confusing for our team to use, I can only imagine how many complaints we would have if we let customers interface with it directly. Also, while the support was usually helpful, we had one issue with a major feature that we intended to use quite frequently; overall I think support emailed me about 7 times to say they were still having meetings to figure out the issue, then eventually they just seemed to give up.
Pros: For the most part, the support team was fairly responsive.
Cons: The system feels old and outdated, and many of the features we attempted to use were far from intuitive.

Overall, we have been using DaySmart for several years and have had very few issues with the website. The support service has always been very responsive, if needed. All in all, it just works for us.
Pros: The flexibility to customize your site to best fit your individual customer experience. Also, the uptime for the website has been really good.
Cons: The only con I can think of is the recent price increases.

Pros: Ease of use and the customer service has kept me with the company! Prompt, helpful, and kind customer service reps will always equal loyalty.
Cons: Limited ability to create daily unique schedules based upon services offered. There are times my patients aren’t able to use the program at all because I have to block out a day I can’t be IN the office, but I can offer phone appointments. the program doesn’t allow this schedule exception. Big hinderence to my ability to run my practice efficiently and to my patients ability to access services.

It’s nice to have an appointment scheduling solution that sends confirmation, reminders and texts to our clients. That is a timesaver.
Pros: I have used this system for approximately 10 years when it was Appointments Plus. It has some great features for scheduling and client management.
Cons: The monthly calendar (on the left side of the screen) is not fully accessible without scrolling down so you can’t see the whole month or the options to look at the waitlist. I also don’t use some of the service options like online scheduling, payment processing, aligning with my Quickbooks or email marketing because I don’t want to have one system holding all my info. We have experienced times when DaySmart is down and I can’t afford not accessing my client files.
