It has been great they have been a great help to my tour business. Efficient, capable and prompt in solving any problem that occured.
Pros: I must say that this is no reflection on your service which has been fabulous! All of the booking system and user interface was easy to use and there was always very prompt help by email It was a very secure system to use and great value for money for the booking management it provided.
Cons: The only reason I am not using it in the future is because my business is expanding and I will have three websites and multiple tours which I wish to have all on the same system. The system I have chosen has given me a free website free hosting and is offering connection to a choice of 2,400 re-sellers which will expand my business hopefully. otherwise I would not have left Bookeo.

I definitely LOVE the new dashboard real time updates. It has been a game changer for me. Bookeo is definitely my pick.
Pros: I love the new real time dashboard. It tells me if someone is going to be late or if they rescheduled or cancelled their appointment.
Cons: I am not a huge fan of the social media integrations this year. I think that it distracts us when we are in our workplace.

Cons: Sometimes I wish they could do it for me, but ultimately, I like to learn the settings and I'm proud when I accomplish my goal.

Cons: The UI is a bit outdated. This especially bugs me concerning the client-facing interface. There are some possibilities with editing the CSS, but it requires a CSS expert to deal with it.

Overall very good bang for your buck, once installed was a much easier time dealing with reservations.
Pros: This booking and appointment management feature saves me hours a week. Booking is super simple for my guests and I feel secure with current setup.
Cons: Getting started gives a true learning curve and took some time debugging here and there. Otherwise it's good to go.

Cons: Customer service is only available during Australia business hours. Often hostile and rude "I sent you that answer in a previous email. You can just look it up." Well, I DID search before bothering you and it would've taken less time to resend than to scold...They always choose the latter. Then ghost you.

Pros: The monthly fee option was the most appealing as opposed to commission based.
Cons: I would echo the other reviews here who found the support staff condescending. I sent several emails and wasted hours trying to get a phone call with support or sales to iron out some issues and questions to no avail. They prefer to waste time by email instead when a quick phone call would suffice. Bookeo also do not do live one to one demos like most providers and refused all attempts at a phone call to find resolution. A terrible performer. There are better alternatives available

Awful just so awful from the start, it never got better, it just got worse. I just can't imagine how it can get worse than this

Cons: Bookeo is not good and there have always been problems but now they have deleted all our members. DELETED ALL OUR MEMBERS! The huge cost of time and money to our business is enormous. All we got was a 'Its not possible to undo, sorry' Not even the hint they'd tried to rectify the problem or a proper apology. Avoid this incompetent bunch. Its not worth saving a few pounds it will cost you huge amounts of time and maybe all your customers.

Bookeo was fine up until they did their last update and now I no longer receive emails from them. They are blaming me for the changes when my email address didn't change. There were no changes to my domain. The only change was their update and the fact that they are willing to properly assist in rectifying this issue is the reason for this review. I have also seen other comments from this company and they are just out right rude because they are only emailing.
Pros: The ability to allow my customers to book without speaking with a person
Cons: Bookeo customer service reps are awful. They are condescending in the emails and take the real responsibility for issues that arise due to their updates. The fact that you can't actually speak to a person is another con because there is no way to hold anyone accountable for the poor service customers receive.

Simply put, I'm so pleased that I have found Bookeo. I highly recommend it. There are other softwares that are specifically created for the counseling industry, and I still find that Bookeo is the best value for its extensive capabilities. I could expand my business to several new locations without having to change software. I think that speaks volumes for the software's capabilities.
Pros: I cannot say enough good things about this software. I tend to shop things to death, and Bookeo was head and shoulders above the other options. The customer support is prompt, and clear. The team has been very patient to point me in the right direction when I needed to expand the software's capability for my growing counseling practice.
Cons: Like any software, there is a learning curve on the front end. It took me awhile to get it set up, BUT I can't imagine another software being easier or requiring less time. The software is so robust, and I have yet to come close to using all of its features.

Pros: Easy to use. No customer service when you need it
Cons: Cancelled many months ago only to find out that I was still being charged. When questioned about it they stated that it was cancelled 3 days prior. I did nothing 3 days ago. Today is when I noticed the charges. LIES

Very good experience. Its ability to customize everything made it very useful and customers found it easy to schedule and manage classes.
Pros: We used this to schedule archery classes. It was very easy to use and I loved how customizable everything was. Being able to create private classes and send out the link for payment was very nice. I also liked the ability to ask if the customer wanted to buy add-ons at the time of registration.
Cons: Bookeo is amazing as an online scheduler but a little more difficult to use in-store. I wish there was an option to add waivers.

Pros: I like that Bookeo is easy for the customers to make a booking. I like not having to waste time answering calls and emails. Through word of mouth customers have shared my website and booked without any interaction. Sales without the work - is there anything better? I have butchered the system to create a booking service for an Airport Shuttle service. That this is possible is impressive. It then allows me to download reports so that I can then create runsheets for drivers- through excel and creating rules and formulas, this is quite quick.Its relatively inexpensive and easy to learn.Integrates well with Xero
Cons: There could be more features.... but this would cost more money. Changes to the booking system requiring a password. This has now been changed due to feedback.

Pros: The product looked great and was easy to use from a customer perspective. Openings were clearly shown and paying for the booking was easy. I got an email confirmation and receipt.
Cons: I actually used Bookeo to purchase a ticket myself before using it for my own business. The product went from easy to use to not at all easy. The customer service department is of little help and it really put a negative spin on my experience.

Mainly positive and the customer service is unparalleled.
Pros: I love that when I have an issue Customer Service responds very quickly and my issues always get resolved in a timely manner
Cons: It can be difficult to change a schedule if there are future bookings. For example when we go to or from daylight savings time it's a real chore to change tour times.

Customer service is great if you have an issue, problem or don't understand something with setting up or how something works, but as for suggestions or feedback, basically go around what your asking, suggesting, copy and paste a link or tell you it is what it is in a nice way in email.
Pros: Great for barbers, Clean and simple interface. Category dropdowns, next pages - no constant scrolling, Addition feature (to add add-ons with a service vs combos), Terms and Service included in Emails. The automatic booking cancellation, thank you message, Website integration
Cons: Does not work with service duration times, just intervals without a 45min time., No Sms Confirmation for Clients, Can not add additional wording to Reminders, Unable to check on multiple devices at the same time, Payment option choices not by Merchant.

I did a lot of research on different options. Bookeo by far is the best option. Other reservation companies want you to use their credit card processing system, or they want to design everything for you, rather than giving you control, or they make information hard to find without sitting through a demo and a hard sell. I love being able to use my own external apps and I appreciate being able to log in and make changes whenever I need to.
Pros: 1. Functionality. The Bookeo software allows me to customize so many aspects of my reservation system, including pricing, special pricing, discounts, customer communication, discounts, calendar syncing, website integration, and so much more. Whenever I have something new I want to add or change, I find that Bookeo has an option for it, and it is easy to find and add. 2. Ease of use. I set up my booking system on my own and found that it was easy to learn and use. 3. Aesthetics. I embedded the booking platform into my website. It is a seamless experience for my customers and it looks clean and professional 4. Integration with other apps. I sync my Gmail and Square with Bookeo and it works amazing. It makes my life so much easier!
Cons: Nothing! Everything has worked great for me so far.

Our clients really like making appointments with our system.
Pros: Easy to book appointments. Syncs great with our calendar. The email reminders work well and are customizable.
Cons: The customer support is a bit lacking. I wish they were a bit more knowledgeable.
