I left bullhorn about 6 years ago and I very happy that I made the switch. It has benefited my business dramatically.
Pros: The ease of use, and the ability to search and utilize my database and find possible candidates with ease. The price is also big plus.
Cons: They have made a lot of improvements, and I don't always integrate them into my practices. I need to keep up with the changes and adapt to them.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Top Echelon. The features and functionality make it a wise investment for our agency.
Pros: The product continues to become more user-friendly and they have introduced a new feature where you can share on direct hire placements with other agencies.
Cons: There are times when I experience difficultly parsing a new resume to a candidate's profile in the system.

Pros: It works like I do. I have been using it for over three years and have only had to call tech support two or three times—that's incredible.
Cons: It lacks some of the features and functions of other ATS systems that I have seen in the market AND there are some very minor things that could be added that would be a huge help to the daily operation of my business.

My company has been using TE for more than two-decades and despite lots of competitors, none seem to provide the tools and the price to match the value I have with Top Echelon...and there are a lot of companies asking us to change.
Pros: It is easy and convenient for all of my recruiting tasks. I've been using it for more than 20 years and despite lots of competitors, none seem to provide the tools and price to match the value I have with Top Echelon. TE also provides live, timely support, ongoing training for recruiters and they are always looking to improve.
Cons: hmmm...maybe a little more convenience with the mobile version.

My overall experience is very positive, user friendly and makes texting directly to candidate quick and easy
Pros: Top Echelon is the best application for tracking placements.
Cons: The newest changes have some issues like the Placement report doesnt show Recruiter name.

I went to the First training Conference being brand new in this business and have been impressed with the overall comraderie and again assistance when needed from [sensitive content hidden]
Pros: The support from the corporate staff and team. Also the recruiting partners are helpful in sharing tips and ideas.
Cons: Learning the program as a beginner. No fault of TE , just a learning curve on my end.

Pros: The things I like most about Top Echelon's TE Recruit is the ease of use of the ATS as well as how frequently features are updated.
Cons: I really can't think of anything negative about the product.

Overall, a great experience. I am a fan of Training Tuesday and have often attended webinars presented by top recruiting trainers from around the country. I also like the ease and efficiency of tracking my progress with a candidate through each step of the interview process.
Pros: How easy it is to access information re: candidates, clients and prospects and the efficiency of entering notes in the system as I am interviewing candidates. Very good people at Top Echelon to work with, always helpful in answering questions and making suggestions.
Cons: I have had good experiences in using Top Echelon so I cannot think of a con.

since 2017 we've been using both the ats and the split network. it's been a learning process, but solid! The team is solid.
Pros: interchangeability with the ATS and the split network! its magical.
Cons: some of the functionality is overwhelming at times.

My overall experience with TE has been excellent. Customer support is always very responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Pros: I have been using BB since 2008 and have always appreciated its simplicity and customization options. I have also tried other CRMs, and nothing compares.
Cons: Very few complaints. Always looking for more automation and integration options. Would really appreciate a mobile app to make it easier when I am traveling.

I have no way to search for candidates listed from other recruiting companies' jobs. That is what pinched me on doing porfitable business. I jsut retired from my company but the last 1 1/2 years were tough,
Pros: I learned to hard way that just posting jobs on TEN is only part of the solution. Results from recruiter company initially high but the quality of candidates was low as they just hand the candidate apply to the job and sent to me. Have figured out how to do candidate searches for other recruiters who have posted jobs.
Cons: The searchers for candidates from the other recruiters doesn't work. I can't tell for what the candidates experience is for me jobs and that message I do send never get answered.

TE is been great to work with! I've used other platforms throughout my career, and I would rate TE #1!
Pros: I have been working with TE for 20+ years and absolutely LOVE it! It's easy to use and the format is very user friendly.
Cons: The only thing I can really think of is I wish you were able to text multiple candidates at once out of a pipeline.

Cons: There are times when parsing glitches. I don't like the way contacts tht are hiring authorities appear to show up as candidates as well. This should be separated.

Cons: I really don't have any issues with this platform. Maybe one day the ability to scroll right and left to go back and forth in open profiles on a list....It is possible for applicants for individual job posts.

The experience with Top Echelon is over quite a number of years, 5 days/week and 6-8 hours on the system. There have been a few times something went down or there was a glitch, but they addressed it right away and we all moved on.
Pros: I like Top Echelon for the ease of use, that they are always adding more value to the platform in how to source, how to contact candidates or clients, ease of posting jobs, add on to get the jobs out on other job sites, multiple ways to go about a task, quick and efficient customer service people who always have the answer, training resources, and webinars to help me be better at my job.
Cons: I do not have any issues with Top Echelon.
