My overall experience with Cezanne HR has been positive. The platform is reliable and provides the key functionalities needed to manage human resources tasks efficiently, with strong support from the team whenever required. Although the interface could feel more modern, the system delivers solid performance and value.
Pros: I found the platform intuitive and easy to navigate, which made managing applications much simpler. The automation features saved considerable time by streamlining repetitive human resources tasks. Their support team was responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth implementation and user experience.
Cons: The interface feels a little old-fashioned and could benefit from a more modern design. Some workflows appear less intuitive compared to newer HR digital platforms. Updating the user experience would make the tool even more engaging and efficient.

I would recommend it to anyone that needs a basic HR function. Really good at what it does.
Pros: Cezanne is clear where everything needs to be. It accurately stores all of my documents since I have first been at the business and I am able to easily track my days off and holiday which enables me to plan effectively
Cons: Some of the documents are not quite categorised correctly, I am aware this may be how the system was set up. However some of the reporting that comes out of it is clunky and doesn't enable me to merge two reports into one etc.

The implementation process was good, although at times it was rushed. A lot was covered in a short period.
Pros: The easy of use, both from an admin point of view and also for users. Also being able to add modules over time. Support - emails are responded to very quickly and guidance is clear
Cons: Analytic reporting is not easy to use when wanting different criteria Account management support - We use to have good contact with our account manager ([sensitive content hidden]). I've been told this has changed to [sensitive content hidden] and I've emailed for assistance, but I've not received any response even though I've chased.

Implementation was relatively smooth, although there were some gremlins that appeared once the implementation process had finished, and some of our processes needed completely overhauled to work with the new system. However once we did this, and everyone got a better understanding of how to use the system to our advantage it does work well
Pros: The self service element of the system works very well, allowing our employees to make sure there details are all up to date and it allows them to check what information we have used before querying.
Cons: The date driven nature of the system is totally different to the way that our HR software worked, which meant that implementation of automation from the scheduled reports was more complicated than it seemed initially

Pros: Cezanne HR is a solid HR software platform, especially for mid-sized businesses looking to streamline HR processes. What stands out most about it is its modular flexibility and user-friendly interface.
Cons: although the design is clean, it can still be a little clunky or not as intuitive The reporting is decent, but building custom reports sometimes feels restricted or takes more time than expected

Over the past 12 months, our relationship with Cezanne HR has improved massively, and now I feel that our experience is great because of this. the support available day-to-day, and for more project-oriented work, is tremendous. [sensitive content hidden] is the Dev team is an absolute asset to the business, and on many of occasions has made what could have been challenging implementations feel seamless and smooth with minimal concern and stress/
Pros: The ease of use for end users, whether you're an administrator or an everyday colleague/user, the teams seem to get on very well. The various modules that are available and can be added in; these varying modules support all business functions,
Cons: The lack of workflows and management of Starter / Leaver process, however, this might well be how we are using the platform, and as a business will be looking at our workflow processes, and redesigning this from scratch, and utilizing both Cezanne and other internal tools to improve this process.

It's a relatively straight forward system to implement and use.
Pros: It's quite straight forward to use, and the modular nature of the system means that you only need to purchase the elements that you want to use. You can purchase extra modules as when when the business need arises.
Cons: The interface is quite dated compared to some of the more modern rivals.

Pros: Seamless First-Time HRIS Implementation - As our company’s first HRIS, Cezanne made the transition surprisingly smooth. Its intuitive design and user-friendly interface ensured quick adoption across teams, minimising disruption and maximising efficiency from day one. Our implementation manager was a true partner—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to understanding our unique needs. They turned potential challenges into opportunities, ensuring the system aligned perfectly with our workflows and culture.
Cons: While our experience with Cezanne has been overwhelmingly positive, we’ve noted a few opportunities to refine the system further: While basic reporting is strong, we’d love more drag-and-drop customization for ad-hoc reports. Employees love the Home Hub, but some mention notification fatigue. While we’ve tailored the appraisal process brilliantly, adding more dynamic goal-tracking visuals (e.g., progress bars, milestone celebrations) could boost manager/employee motivation.

Cezanne have provided a truly exceptional customer experience. We have had an amazing team of professionals working with us right from sourcing this product through to our launches for both HR and then Payroll and beyond. They have always been responsive to queries, extremely supportive in the training ready for implementation and their aftercare support. They have all gone above and beyond in equipping us with the knowledge, information and also confidence enabling a smooth and seamless transition from one provider to another. The positive feedback from our employees speaks volumes and supports how user friendly Cezanne is. This change has been easily embraced and welcomed by our Company due to the product itself but also the people at Cezanne who have worked with us to support this.
Pros: How bespoke the system is especially in tailoring security roles and profiles in addition to exceptional functionality across the board and the excellent customer service.
Cons: There isn't anything we don't like although a few enhancements would support the end user further e.g. availability of payslips on the app

Very positive so far, our account manager is very reactive and the whole process has been very smooth
Pros: Very customisable and easy to use, able to tailor to the needs of our business. Intuitive system that makes very logical sense.
Cons: The how to guides could be better and need to be updated, some of the screens need to be split out more so that access can be better controlled (e.g. allow view of contact details without allowing view of emergency contact details). It needs to link better with outlook for manager.

Overall the system and the support is far superior to what we've had in the past - woukld definitely recommend.
Pros: The system itself is easy to navigate, simple to use from an end user perspective and relatively simple (if not longwinded to implement).
Cons: The app needs a serious overhall, and the amount of manual transfer of documents from the old HRIS to Cezanne was way more than we imagined it would be.

Overall I have used Cezanne for over 10 years now and was an early adopter of the system. You must be doing something right!
Pros: I like the simplicity of the system and how clean the UI is and easy to use. I like that the system continues to evolve. The service we receive from the helpdesk are very good and answering timely.
Cons: It is set up for full time employees and we have constant problems with part timers and some of the ways you need to treat them differently. For example, we have a part timer and we cannot reflect her annual pro-rated salary correctly. Getting reports from the system can be difficult to understand.

We have had Cezanne since 2018. We have teams in UK, Lithuania, Netherlands and Scandinavia and all our employees are within Cezanne. This makes it easy for us to have the information at our finger tips. We have grown considerably since implementing Cezanne and it has grown with us. The development of the system is continuous and the support team are very supportive of our needs and will work with us to find the best solution.
Pros: We like the fact that Cezanne can be set up and designed in a bespoke way, so that it supports how your business is set up. we also like the fact that we have used the system to automate a lot of manual processes such as our appraisal, exit interviews, probationary reviews etc.
Cons: The reporting. Its doesn't have the best reporting capabilities, but the good thing is that it is always improving. Reporting in HR is critical, so this is the one area I would like to see more improvements in.

Its great! I can maintain records, send documents, obtain signatures, create forms, customise etc.
Pros: Its easy to use, excellent customer service, continuously improving.
Cons: There are areas that don't work for the business I work for but that won't mean that they can't work for someone else!

For our team in our organisation, we use Cezanne most of the day, every day. So having a platform that is user friendly and sleek makes our job easier. The recent annual leave implementation went very smoothly which makes a stressful time for HR a little less stressful, although explaining what Minimum Entitlement Adjustments are to employees and how they are calculated is just something we get every year.
Pros: Accessible and easy to navigate. Clear and straightforward absence recording for the less tech savvy. The reporting function is hugely beneficial to how we collect data and helps us spot gaps in our employee information.
Cons: Not a huge amount we dislike, although it would be a great addition if we could add multiple checklists at once, for if we have multiple new starters on the same day, instead of having to add them individually. We have the loading circle appear a lot so it could be slightly quicker, but it is manageable and not much of an issue at the moment. When using imports and batch spreadsheets, especially for large amounts of employee records, the log for unsuccessful entries is sometimes confusing and not entirely obvious what the error code means.

My overall experience has been great. The account manager is good, and the team in general are really nice.
Pros: It's a simple but effective platform for managing our People operations. The support is responsive, and the platform uptime is excellent. They are building out different integrations with different systems, and their "recent" managed payroll service is making a difference for us. Great system.
Cons: My only issue is that the customisation options are fixed, but that's with most cloud-based systems and requesting feature changes, which is a simple process that will take a while to implement.

Slow to pick up and understand more than the basic actions. With time (and time available) to learn more about the system, it will provide great insight into our people.
Pros: Cezanne has great potential to allow businesses to assist their HR management processes.
Cons: The training on implementation is limited to a few rushed sessions which do not allow time for users to follow on screen with their own system. It shows people what the systems is capable of but does not teach them how to use it. You are then left with a great system which you have to learn to navigate. The Help pages are not always helpful and a search can sometimes come up with either no options, or too many options to review. (Where the help team have been contacted for support, their responses have always been informative and resolved the queries.)
