Overall, I am happy with the software. It is so much easier to use than our last software. fairly easy to navigate
Pros: Customer support was great. Very responsive. The data entry part of it was easy to use. Once i got seet-up, I did not have many problems.
Cons: The "help" was not intuitive and current. I would try many ways to search for a solution but the response was never what I needed. Can't change an invoice once it was created.

Love it. The software is the best. And can be customed to what you need it to do very good and time consuming. But getting very pricy for a small team of 7
Pros: For a one or two person company it's amazing value and can't recommend the company enough. The software is really good and can find yourself adding more and more to it. Just love it.
Cons: Very Privecy for a company that wants more than 3 persons. Only beifits companies 3 with 3 persons or less or on the other scale isn't also quite reasonable. But now I'm upto £80 per month mark my sadly going to have to reluctantly look at other software 😢 I find this such a stressful thing as I don't want to use any other software.

I'm happy I chose it. My other company was going out of business and I shopped several. They were really accommadating and gave us a good price to switch over. it was fair.
Pros: Service Reports for clients, staff payout reports, invoicing, fairly easy navigation, great training, great support, able to get help when I need it,
Cons: It was tedious to set up all the services. If there was a way to do mass edits to multiple services at one time that would have been easier. I had to go in one at a time.

Fulfilling, good people running this business.
Pros: The Service is more than helpful. [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic with her knowledge and detail to help. When I didn't understand she went out of her way to explain further any queries I still had. Really happy with these guys.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of so far, there's a lot of features that need getting used to but the help is there so nothing really.

Pros: It’s really easy to use & it has so many great features which cut my work load down a lot
Cons: The fact that I can’t edit multiple dogs at the same time (to change the time to all the same time)

Exceptional service. I wouldn't use any other platform.
Pros: It allows me to schedule a variety of services for my clients. Without it I wouldn't have been able to expand my business.
Cons: It does take time to learn how to use the software however [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful. We scheduled a video call to help me understand some of the features. There are also clear step by step videos which helps massively.

Weve been with PS+ for 12 months, we love its all in one place and all notes and the layout is easy. Clients like that they can book directly.
Pros: It incorporates all invoices, bookings, pets notes, expenses all in one.
Cons: Cant block out days or times not available. Have to void the whole invoice and start again when make changes. Sending emsils in voice gorm or quote form sometimes dont attach the codes correctly. Cant remove / delete old or inactive clients.

Excellent. Daunting to begin with, especially considering we are mostly non-technical people; but after we took the plunge and got on with it, we would not be without it now.
Pros: 1) Onboarding support - Lyndsay was first class 2) Cost - it has more than paid for itself in the hours saved in admin time, and the collection of missed payments in the past manual process.
Cons: The appearance/UI is not as modern as some apps, and it takes a while to get used to the navigation. But, the functionality is so comprehensive - they have thought of almost everything!

Pros: I mainly use it for the scheduling aspect right now. It’s very easy to set up appointments.
Cons: That it doesn’t have an app. You have to use the website (like safari) on your phone.

I really liked the fact they pair you up with a coach to walk you through everything. It was really reassuring having that person we could go to with any questions. We've been using the system for about 3-4 months now and we've got all of our customers and staff into it. Whereas there's often pushback to change, I can honestly say that the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive on both sides.
Pros: It's very customisable - we trialled a lot of options and found so many that were limited - for example could only do walking and not boarding, couldn't do invoicing, couldn't do timesheeting, could do boarding, but couldn't do a csv export. As we offer so many different services and have quite a lot of customisation, we really needed something that could do it all. With the ongoing cost of living crisis, when reviewing options, cost was also critical. Pet Sitter Plus was one of the most, if not the most economical option, and because it did absolutely everything it meant although we started out looking for just a scheduling system, we could actually streamline several of our platforms into Pet Sitter Plus and save hugely on subscription fees overall.
Cons: Because it's so customisable, I can see there being quite a steep learning curve for complex businesses or for people with limited experience of software or computers etc. Having said that, I think we must fall into the category of one of the more complicated set ups in terms of all of the services we offer and the fact we ended up merging four separate platforms into one, and it was absolutely fine. Their customer service is amazing, our coach was brilliant, breaking the set up process down into chunks and always being on hand to answer questions and recommendations.

Overall, I couldn't be happier. I've loved it since we've started using it many years ago after struggling with another service. During our onboarding, I would ask about a feature I needed and my coach would take me right there. It was an amazing feeling!
Pros: The ability to customize the fields and the thoroughness I can be with details because of the customization. Allowing us to see when people are checking in and out and adding an approximate GPS is fantastic.
Cons: If PSP could figure out how to calculate drive time and mileage, that would be amazing! We spend a great deal of time dealing with our mileage. I wish there was a way to mark an employee unavailable/available for certain times on specific days. Not just the whole day, if that makes sense.

Pros: It is easy to schedule, and invoice clients. The customizable client database is really great as well.
Cons: You can not shut down future dates to client requests. For example, if on November 1st I am already booked solid for Christmas I can not turn off requests for the Christmas date, I have to shut down all visits from November 1st through December 25th. Over the many years this has caused me to loose a ton of revenue in missed visits and admin work when I receive emails for visits on the dates I do have availability. This has been the hardest obstacle to work around and will be the main reason why I decide to leave. I am giving till the end of 2024 and then I have to make the change if this is not a feature that is added.

Pros: It's easy to use for scheduling and client retention. I also like how easy I can customize it.
Cons: Emailing clients. I can't jazz it up with images and graphics. It seems so plain plus I don't think all my clients get their emails when I do a mass email even though the log said it went.

Very grateful PSP exists! Their software best fits our needs and their support helps with anything complex I encounter using the platform.
Pros: Somehow very few pet care software platforms offer the option for tipping?? That was essential to me. Pet Sitter Plus handles the scheduling logistics in a very clean way and it's built with attention to pet needs specifically, and doesn't require a ton of tailoring to get a build you like. I went through soooo many softwares trying to find one that was a good fit for my biz and PSP was by far the best I found.
Cons: The learning curve for building some of the systems (like recurring invoicing) wasn't hyper intuitive, but their customer care team is very helpful and thorough via email and on video calls so it's been a non issue.

Pros: The ease of use and thoughtful features make this the best choice for our Dog Walking business. There are so many hepful features and it is 100 percent clear that someone who understands the ins and out of the pet walking/ sitting industry created the software.
Cons: The only thing that can require timing on our end is training our walkers on the system. This is not exactly a con. There are great built in tutorials for them.

Pros: LOVE the customer Service and support especially the zoom sections that are scheduled to get me familiar with the product and to customize for my needs. I get really quick responses to my emails asking for help. Keeps me super organized and getting the information I need for taxes is super easy. I really suck at paperwork. This software is a lifesaver! Best decision I’ve ever made
Cons: Cons? Wow that’s a tough one. I guess that it doesn’t auto invoice after last visit. I know it has a bulk invoicing feature.

Pros: It's very easy to use and gives professional results! The Help tool gives you all the answers. But [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is my favorite part. I get her professional help anytime I need it!
Cons: Little hard when they did the update, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was awesome in training and is available to help me any time I need it!
