I am using this software from last 9 months , overall very good and good price also , overall as per price this is very good
Pros: Easy to operate and learn for my business , additional features also available, customised as per work , very good feature that I can send job card to get sign online or via email, if customer not available on site
Cons: customer service response time is long, some time set up of software are miss aline, job card have some extra gaps so can not set job card on 1 page if report is long

Eye on task has made such an improvement on the efficiency of the office. Before EyeOnTask we thought we were at full capacity with regards to our engineers but this how shown us that with the correct tools there is always ways to improve.
Pros: It makes it very easy to manage hundreds of contracts and thousands of jobs. It has all we needed which includes job management tracking, engineer scheduling, inventory/stock, quotations and invoicing.
Cons: It takes a little while to get used to how everything links, but once you do it all makes so much sense.

My overall experience with EyeOnTask has been very positive. The software is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and makes managing field service operations much more efficient. Scheduling jobs, tracking technicians, and sending invoices have become much faster and more organized. The mobile app is especially helpful for field staff and has made communication smoother
Pros: The system makes scheduling jobs, tracking work progress, and communicating with field staff very simple. The mobile app is especially helpful because it allows technicians to access job details, update tasks, and collect signatures while onsite — even without internet access. This has helped save time, reduce paperwork, and keep everyone on the same page. The support team is also responsive and willing to customize features when needed, which makes the experience even better.
Cons: One improvement I would like to see is in the receipt and payment tracking process. Currently, when a payment is received, the system does not generate a proper receipt with a unique reference or accessible receipt number. This makes it difficult for our accounting team to track and reconcile payments efficiently. Adding an automatic, numbered receipt feature would greatly enhance the accounting workflow and make the system even more complete.

It has been a positive experience and we would recommend this product to anyone needing a simple quick solution.
Pros: It's a great value for the price we pay and whenever there is an issue with the system, our contact at EyeOnTask is quick to respond and either try to fix the issue or fix it.
Cons: There are times when the system is being updated and it goes down but we are not notified beforehand to be prepared for it.

Amazing, overall it is one of the best platforms I have used so far through tm career. Overall it allows me to stay organized.
Pros: It is easy to use, easy to train on, and allows users to feel comfortable when using it. I find it easy to teach when I am training others.
Cons: Customer service takes longer than usually. Some features can be improved on. Other users have expressed that it can freeze.

The onboarding and support have been excellent. We use the platform to track service calls and contracts for our electrical company.
Pros: Easy to set up. Eliminated the need for paper systems. Has good workflow tools from call to billing. Integrated time keeping.
Cons: It's a good thing. It has too many features. I don't use many of the apps' features. The interface appears dated.

EyeOnTask has allowed us to keep good records of all our contract and services to clients. The subscription price is definitely returned with great value! However, speed of site has been rather slow lately, and the failure of old functions with every update is frustrating. Hope to see improvements in that moving forward.
Pros: Responsiveness of the software team that listens to our suggestions and requests. Love the constant development of new functions to enhance our productivity.
Cons: Updates without notification, changing functions without notice. Whenever there's an update, some old functions will fail to work. Developers should be more thorough in their testing before going live. Inability to attach videos to jobs has been a hassle.

Overall experience was good. Was able to get the job done efficiently with the tools provided. The convenience of the app was a strong point.
Pros: The dynamic reporting. Being abke to generate reports that are easy to understand and effective. As well as being able to share them with the client or just have thwm on record.
Cons: Some of the frustration dealing with third parties. Somw of the process when integrating certain companies such as steipe or zapier, it could get annoying at times.

Overall, I would recommend this service. They are easy to work with and typically push updates to fix issues .
Pros: The ability to control your e invoices and edit as needed and not be limited by pay per invoice options.
Cons: The mobile application needs more updates as it mostly works but because android and apple can use it, it can become buggy.

Pros: I’ve tried other software companies and I prefer EyeOnTask because it’s user friendly, easy to set up and inexpensive compared to others.
Cons: Initially, it was hard to get through to customer service but once I spoke with someone my issue was resolved.

Pros: EyeOnTask has made it easy for us to transition from presenting quotations to creating invoices to our clients. Having the features for template customization and receiving the client approvals within the interface has helped reduce the time it takes to bill.
Cons: Some hitches have been observed in the process of converting approved quotations to jobs, and this has always led to adjustments manually. This interrupts the otherwise consecutive processes and requires extra verification.

Pros: Inventory management has been effective in terms of giving real-time availability of stock and their whereabouts by using the EyeOnTask. Features like the low stock alerts and that gives the interconnectivity with the purchase orders have helped us in minimizing the times we run out of stock.
Cons: Some of these areas include the inability to update several records belonging to the inventory items at once. This has been particularly the case during the inventory audit time or when changes in the price have had to be made.

I have had a very positive impression employing EyeOnTask at my company. The possibility to work with quotations of services, authorized workers and viewing the client’s stock was a great addition to the way we work.
Pros: With the help ofEyeOnTask, I was able to see my field teams traveling between sites and prevent time loss. It was effective to use the job creation-to-completion pipeline daily; I was delighted by how fast we could assign and track tasks.
Cons: One thing I could not see was the absence of notifications to help when a worker deviated from a route or failed to check-in. Often, I had to follow up with my responses which was time-consuming when many customers are requesting my attention.

During the set up phase, the support team were always on hand. I've had the odd "how to" interactions with support and they have responded promptly with definitive answers or come back quickly when they have had to check with develops.
Pros: Fresh, clean look, strong reporting, attentive support team and willing to listen to suggestions, which have been implemented. Clean clinet reports and good automation. Great for managing teams
