Cons: Learning how everything works….initially finding your way around a different system is never fun but it was easier than other systems

Pros: I love how slick it is, both from an end user point of view but also for my clients, I've had nearly all clients say how much easier it is to use than my previous booking system. Classes are easy to add in and navigate and when I asked a question from support, they were super quick at getting back to me. The main draw for me for OfferingTree was that it also offered memberships and an on-demand video library as well as the booking system, automations, website itself and mailing system. For the cost per month, it's brilliant value and just what I was after.

Cons: All classes and events come under "Offerings", for me I like classes and events to be separate but it's not that massive a deal. I don't like there being a filter option when you embed the offerings into your website - it could lead clients to getting confused.

Pros: I love it! It streamlines easy website creation, booking, and payments! It keeps business secure and organized! I love that you can require forms and agreements when clients check out. The site templates are diverse and sooo easy to use, too! I appreciate all the how-to videos they include as well. AND, OfferingTree offers free webinars on business. Oh, and I love that they added text reminders for clients to the plan, too. It's just all-around awesome.

Cons: It glitches out once in a while when you're changing the schedule, like adding time off. It's also a little hard to figure out how to make packages work. I'm not sure if that's just me not getting it, though.

Pros: I am so happy I've finally found a studio program that is not only catered to the wellness space but that it does everything I need it to. No hidden fees or extra costs. It ends up saving me a lot of money in the log run because everything I need is here under one platform.

Cons: Would like an area that can do contracts and intake forms. Right now, I am using the waiver space for the contracts and using a google doc link in automation for the intake form.

Pros: Client Support superb, learning curve, everything that I need. I'm a complete beginner and have managed to set up my website.

Cons: Dashboard freezes when working on Offering Tree for a while so has to be refreshed. But this is no Biggie.

Pros: I appreciated the 14-day free trial. This gave me the time to set up the site properly and to learn the navigation. The office hours were extremely helpful with the on screen one-on-one help.

Cons: No cons actually. I have set up several websites for business and I found Offering Tree to be intuitive.

Pros: The platform is well-designed, simple to set up, and user-friendly. It has a lot of great features bundled together, which at first made it seem like an excellent all-in-one solution. Excels on customization to present beautiful designs to the end-user.

Cons: The biggest drawback is that clients who do not pay at then time of registration right away receive no payment due information on their receipt confirmation stating the outstanding balance. This means every confirmation receipt has to be manually edited with payment details. On top of that, in Canada the system records payments without tax, so you have to calculate tax separately outside the software to know the full amount paid.

Pros: Offering Tree is an all-in-one website and a very affordable and easy-to-learn online appointment and payment software. Their support services are very responsive and helpful, and they are constantly improving.

Cons: Their email automation capabilities are somewhat limited on their most basic plan. I use another service for email campaigns.

Pros: That all systems for my small business are in one space! My website, scheduling, emails, and automations are all in one!

Cons: Less support on beginning plans. Would be helpful in the beginning to be able to talk with someone rather than just email or live chat. Office hours never line up with my teaching schedule.

Pros: All in one platform - easy to navigate and reasonably priced! The best customer service - my most favorite part! If I get stuck or have a question, I get answers and help!

Cons: Text formatting between phone and desktop! Course creation is not as robust as I would like in terms of appearance but easy to create

Pros: Everything honestly. The training videos are great, Easy to follow and understand. The website looks great and you can talk to a live person. Also, there are so many options for your business.

Cons: I really haven't had anything negative to say so far. I am almost done setting up my site and offerings.

Pros: The customer service is top-notch. The tutorials are easy to follow and visually a great help. I checked out four different platforms, but I kept coming back to OfferingTree! The price and the options included in it can't be beat! Plus, my clients are using the app! I switched from Square as none of my clients liked it and felt comfortable using it. They are impressed with OfferingTree.

Cons: Haven't found any! I honestly doubt I'll find any with what I've experienced so far. This company understands it's customers.

Pros: I love that everything is in one place for me to run and grow my business! They make things so easy and have so many tutorials and help videos available. The email support has been excellent throughout my experience and even when they couldn’t solve a problem, they went away, corrected my issue and emailed me back to let me know about the changes - amazing customer service!!

Cons: I haven’t got anything that I am unhappy about. So far so good!

Pros: I love how user-friendly OfferingTree is. The tutorials are so helpful in setting up my website, and customer support is amazing. If I have a question or run into an obstacle, I get a response immediately, and within 24 hours, the problem is fixed or I get the answers I need. And I love how the OfferingTree team strives to improve the platform and the user experience.

Cons: I have to admit that it’s hard to come up with a con. When I first started with OfferingTree, there were certain functions that were perhaps not yet available, for example: having to manually block out time on my appointment schedule for an event. OfferingTree has now added that feature to automatically block event times they continue to add features and streamline services in order to make OfferingTree more efficient.

Pros: The platform is simple to use, making it perfect for people just starting out. I was able to use the templates, and once i had more time, go back and refine and personalise my website a little more! It is very affordable compared to other systems and doesn't have hidden extra charges that can quickly pile up. I was able to have website, payment system, scheduling system and email marketing all in one which negated the need to purchase all of these separately and try to integrate.

Cons: Probably just that the currency is in USD, so have to convert to make it relevant.

Pros: I love how responsive the OT crew is - they are always quick to respond to my service requests, and they take my feedback seriously, whether I'm struggling with a component of the software or suggesting a new feature that would be useful!

Cons: I found the web and newsletter building interface to be less customizable than other platforms I've used - it takes a little ingenuity to get exactly the layouts and experience that I want for my clients.

Pros: The customer service is great and website design is easy.

Cons: I can’t think of anything I don’t like about OfferingTree.

Pros: The value for money. Getting everything I need as a yoga teacher in one package for such a great price is so valuable.

Cons: Some dated and easy to update design options that almost had me choosing another service. Website templates are fine but have not been update in many years, some formatting issues with boxes and alignment. If looks mean a lot to you this might be an issue.

Pros: I like that it is all in one and easy to set up and use. It connects to my calendar and Zoom which is very helpful. I like that I can add code for tracking and marketing.

Cons: The limited number of automations is a bummer. I was trying to make it work to have different email sequences for different products using conditions but could not get it to work. I’ve never had a limited number of automations with any other service I’ve used before. Also, just found out last night, unless you’re on the $99/month plan, emails are not sent from your domain address. I’m actually very concerned about this due to deliverability with Gmail. Honestly, I would have kept what I had at GHL for that price and it comes with a ton more features and design elements.

Pros: I love that it does everything I need - web hosting, bookings, email marketing - all in one platform.

Cons: Some small glitches and it doesn't offer all the booking options I'd like, but the developers are updating it all the time.

Pros: The Offering Tree team offers exceptional customer service—always responsive, friendly, and ready to help.

Cons: One area that could be improved is the ability to highlight upcoming events more effectively on the main page. For example, incorporating a feature like a video or a more prominent display could enhance the website’s ability to showcase and draw attention to important events.

Pros: The great support. As a digibeet I've managed to create my website. Everything works automatically and smooth.

Cons: Working with credits. I just want to give my price and that's it. Keep it simple. Also the course creator needs upgrading.
