I found the platform to be easy and intuitive to navigate, which made it simple to get started and stay focused. It brings together note-taking and data exploration in one piece, creating a seamless work flow.
Pros: I appreciated how seamlessly it combined my note-taking with data exploration in one place, as well as how smooth and practical it was for sharing insights.
Cons: The one con I would note about this was how some features felt a bit limited compared to other established tools, more so for advanced workflows.

Overall, Noteable has been a solid tool for organizing data work and improving collaboration. It’s not the simplest platform at first, but once you get used to it, it becomes very useful for managing and sharing data-driven projects.
Pros: Noteable is great for working with data in a more organized and collaborative way. It combines notebooks, queries, and documentation all in one place, which makes it easier to keep everything together. It’s especially useful for teams that need to share insights, run analyses, and keep workflows transparent. The ability to connect to data sources and run live queries is a big plus.
Cons: There can be a bit of a learning curve if you’re not used to notebook-style tools. Performance can slow down with larger datasets or more complex queries. Some features feel a little limited unless you’re on a higher-tier plan.

Its a good all in one platform, secure, ease of use can be improved. But overall satisfied with the program
Pros: The combination scheduling, documentation, billing, and data collection—into one centralized platform. It provides strong data tracking capabilities, allowing teams to monitor progress and access information in real time. Easy to use and helps streamline workflows. Fair value for money spent on the platform
Cons: Learning to configure workflows, reporting, and data tracking. Experience occassional technical issued, customer support is generally helpful

Pros: Clean interface, intuitive notebooks, smooth collaboration, and powerful data workflows in Noteable.
Cons: Limited offline support, can be pricey, learning curve for advanced features, and occasional lag issues

Overall experience with notable it's a game changer for clinics that It's a game changer for clinics that actually want to stop drowning in admin crap once Once it's running it feels like the front desk finally got super Superpowers intake forms auto fill patients check in from their phone before they even arrive, no shows drop hard, staff breathe again and clients actually say this was easy the 1st few weeks are bumpy takes effort and you gotta train people right.
Pros: Let's make it shine What I like most about notable is how it straight up automates the boring admin stuff like My client intake check-ins and reminders so staff actually get to focus on clients instead of paperwork it's fast client friendly most people finish intake before even showing up and cuts wait times like crazy 90% plus reduction in check-in time no shows drop satisfaction scores through the roof feels like magic for clinics that are drowning and chaos .
Cons: Notable the setup and onboarding can be a pain Powerful but getting it customized to your clinic's exact workflows takes time training and sometimes back and forth with With their team if your staff isn't tech Staff is in tech savvy the learning curve feels steep at 1st and you might hit small glitches during roll-out like integrations not playing nice right away it's not perfect out of the box need some elbow grease to shine still 45 stars over all but that's the real Downside.

It helps me be more data-driven with my consulting. Instead of guessing, I can show clients their progress on a graph over time. It’s a powerful tool, perhaps a bit complex for a solo practitioner like me, but I love the insights it gives.
Pros: The data collection features are amazing. I can track specific metrics for my clients' progress (like stress levels, anxiety, or sleep habits) over time. It gives me a clear picture of what is working in their aromatherapy plan.
Cons: It is a bit pricey for a solo practitioner. It’s definitely built for teams, so I feel like I am paying for features I don't need. But besides this, it’s a powerful tool with many useful features.

For quick and simple use, it is great. I love being able to jot things down and make it work for when I need to organize some thoughts quickly.
Pros: I love how this app has a clear and easy to use structure. It is able to read my handwriting well, which is a major plus. I also like the way it organizes my notes.
Cons: There isn't a strong feature for collaborating with others. Going back and forth between Apple and non-apple machines can also have some challenges. I wish this was better.

Noteable is a solid tool for data exploration, collaboration, and presentation. It’s especially useful in educational or team settings where sharing and feedback are key. It’s not perfect, but for most use cases, it gets the job done smoothly and saves a lot of setup time compared to local environments.
Pros: Noteable has a clean, user-friendly interface that makes it really easy to get started, especially if you’re working with Jupyter notebooks. It is pretty easy to jump in for your own use if you are adept at data collecting. There are collab features that really standout that other apps simply don't have or lack in the UI. Supports multiple languages as well!
Cons: The platform can feel a bit slow at times, especially with larger datasets or notebooks. A few features (like custom environments or package installs) feel a little limited unless you're on a higher-tier plan. Learning curve can be there for some, but it isn't overwhelming.

Been with noteable for over 5 years. Have had positive experiences. They are constantly updating the database.
Pros: I like the customer services and how easy noteable is to navigate. It is a really good value for what we pay monthly.
Cons: I would love for noteable to incorporate AI into its database. There are sometimes learning curves when updates are made but we are able to navigate them.

Pros: Great value for money and great for organizing teams. Very easy to use, exceptionally pleased with Noteable
Cons: Only used it for the trial but great for scheduling calendar, data collection and easy management, user friendly

I do not like noteable, I wish our company utilized another program. I only use it because I have to.
Pros: An all inclusive platform that allows for billing and data collection. Techs are able to take data on a tablet on a variety of devices.
Cons: Techs can not finalize their notes on the app, leading to additional unnecessary steps. Can not pre schedule appointments on calendar. Multiple unnecessary steps for adding programs. The bug issues lead to additional work, costing our company additional money to fix issues.

i USE NOTABLE A LOT!! I have used it at prior jobs and it has been great. I think the more you use it the better you become.
Pros: IT IS CLEAR TO FOLLOW AND IT WAS EASY TO LEARN! The tabs are visible and it has everything that's needed to create a good note.
Cons: SOMETIMES i HAVE A HARD TIME GOING BACK TO CERTAIN SCREENS. BUT ONCE YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THE CORRECT WAY TO DOING IT< IT BECAME EASY TO WORK WITH!

I really enjoy the practice management, especially since behavioral health professionals already have a stressful job. Noteable provides the best value in helping me with my billing, and most importantly, my customers, all while being reasonably priced.
Pros: Noteable really helped me identify all the areas I lacked in when it came to data collection and progress. What you accomplish in a day is only shown by how much you have learned and who you have talked to.
Cons: I think the 1-10 staff pricing is a bit too high, but sensibly manageable when resources are allocated appropriately.

Pros: The interface makes it easy to collect data while in the field. The buttons for data collection are easy to push and the ability to combine case notes with my hours makes it easy to keep track of how much I’ve been working.
Cons: The frequent refreshing and logins can make it difficult to pull up items while in a hurry. If I’ve put my phone in my pocket even for just a moment, there’s a good chance I’ve been logged out.

Overall my experience with Noteable has been good. The simplicity of it is the number one feature I love when using Noteable.
Pros: What i like most about Noteable is the simplicity. When needing to quickly get some notes down, this is my go-to. I can edit or combine notes and it has this awesome little "cheat sheet" for my notes.
Cons: What I like least about Noteable is that there is no built in synchronization. I have to manually combine or sync my notes.

My overall experience with notable has been Pretty good. We have enjoyed having a EHR system in place especially for staff in other areas of the state
Pros: What I enjoyed about Noteable is The smooth process once files were created. Once we got everything in the system we were good.
Cons: I didn’t like Other staff being able to view other staff reports and notes that’s assigned to the same client

Overall, our experience with Noteable has been very positive. It’s a user-friendly, intuitive platform that has simplified many of our day-to-day tasks and made coordination across our team much smoother. The features are practical and easy to navigate, and the support team is responsive and genuinely helpful. While there are areas where we see room for growth, we’re excited to see Noteable continue to evolve and add new features that will make it even more powerful for ABA clinics like ours. It’s already a strong tool—and with future updates, we believe it has the potential to become truly outstanding.
Pros: Noteable has been an absolute game-changer for our team. It’s incredibly easy to use—even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. Every feature does exactly what it says it will do, and there are often multiple ways to complete a task, which makes the system flexible and user-friendly. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering how many functions are built in. We love that we can handle billing directly within the platform instead of juggling multiple systems. Their client support is fast, helpful, and genuinely supportive, and the built-in Help section is fantastic—the step-by-step video guides are clear, concise, and free from the extra filler that can make tutorials confusing. One of our favorite features is the ability to send documents for signatures through the parent portal or sign them directly in Noteable. It’s streamlined our workflow and saved us so much time.
Cons: $87

Noteable is great, and pleasingly straightforward. I like that I know exactly where to find everything because they are clearly marked and labeled, and there isn’t any frustrating pop ups or hoops I have to jump through.
Pros: I love the fact that I can reach my account from different devices and still be reassured that information is secure!
Cons: I wish that I could access things like my schedule and hours through the app. It would definitely help with convenience. I also think that the layout of the schedule when accessed through an iPhone’s web browser is difficult to navigate and and see in its entirety.

We have been using Notable for the past 5 years and I wouldn't even consider a different EHR. Notable is reliable and affordable.
Pros: Prompt response from Customer support and even faster solutions. Notable is also very user friendly in general.
Cons: Inability to port client demographics and standard forms into newly created charts for different programs. For instance, if a client comes in for Community stabilization and an intake packet, goals, freedom of choice ( all of the initial information is obtained) if I go to add a Mental Health Skill building or IOP chart most of the information does not port over and needs to be entered a second time.

8 years and I could not be more satisfied! They have never let me down and they have always responded quickly to any of my needs!
Pros: Ease of use! I have had users completely catch on with absolutely no training! Can be accessed from anywhere! I have utilized Noteable for 8 yrs and I am within my first year of allowing them to handle my billing. The process has been seamless and has saved me a lot of time and effort.
Cons: The more complex we have become as company, our only issue is that we see there may be lagging issues with what an entity such as CARF Accreditation requires versus what Noteable can do.
Phillip F. · CEO · Mental Health Care · September 14, 2025
Noteable has made documentation and scheduling more efficient overall. With minor refinements to speed and syncing, it could easily become a five-star solution.
Pros: The platform is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy to navigate between case notes, scheduling, and reports. I appreciate the strong security features and HIPAA-compliant setup, which gives me confidence when storing sensitive information. The learning curve was gentle. I was productive within the first few sessions.
Cons: Occasional glitches with syncing across devices can slow workflow. A few advanced features take extra steps to locate, and the mobile view (website and app) isn't as smooth as the desktop version.

Love it! Noteable is easy to use and navigate. Going through Noteable for quality assurance is effective way to manage my work.
Pros: I have been using Noteable for a while (and at different agencies). Noteable is very easy to use and navigate.
Cons: Not being able to open 2 or more tabs in the client's chart, at the same time. Sometimes there are errors in the clinical documentation, (dates) and we cannot correct.
Jacqueline M. · Quality Assurance Manager · Mental Health Care · September 9, 2025
Since day one, Noteable has supported our company 100%. Easy payment system. Our client files are safe and accessible.
Pros: Customer service is superb! Quick and easy support system. Tutorials are very helpful. Worth every penny.
Cons: Volume on some of the video tutorials are low. Wish the red dots came in different colors based on what's needed.
Shalym B. · Program Manager · Mental Health Care · September 9, 2025
Experience has been great as I have utilized Noteable with past employers for several years and able to use it for my own business.
Pros: Customizable Templates, Layout of Program, Accessibility as a Director, Price of Services, Support with Bug and Issues, Patient Chart Organization, Secure Log ins, providing support to learn as an administrator, Billing Features for my Biller/Claims Staff
Cons: Payroll and Timesheet is something I need to get used to as I will need to explore billing & payments to match the payroll sheet but its my least favorite of tasks, nothing to do with Noteable.
Candice S. · Clinical Director, Owner · Mental Health Care · September 9, 2025
My overall experience so far with Noteable has been absolutely amazing! And its affordable. I'm glad that I was open to try it and go paperless. Definitely gives me and my employees a better way to communicate and keep up with client records, even on the go!
Pros: The thing I love about Noteable is that it is a system setup designed to maneuver with your company as it grows! Updates can be made by the admin Or if you feel you're not quite sure what to do you can always reach out to your partner advocate. They reply and assist you in a reasonable timeframe and they are open to scheduling a time to meet/discuss. Major perk as an owner, if an employee is terminated you are able to de-activate the account and client information is secured. This program really helped me go paperless.
Cons: I don't believe there was anything that I least like about Noteable. However, the navigation of the options for each document if you have to add a section or remove an area it can be tedious making sure its correct before choosing to slide yes/no or vice versa. It gave me some issues, so I definitely reached out to my partner advocate to make the updates for me because the graphing is not quite simple.
