I have been very pleased with our Theralytics experience. The staff are helpful and communicate frequently. We intend to remain with Theralytics long-term.
Pros: Website and data collection app are clean and easy to navigate. The support team is quick and efficient. The executives within the company are available and willing to hop in and help when issues do occur as needed. The billing team meets with us every other week to review outstanding claims, claims errors, etc.
Cons: Entering raw data is time consuming; however, I was told recently that they're working on a method to update this. The billing system has some limitations that we've had to work around but our team is diligent and we're always able to find a way through each barrier.

Pros: How practical the platform is and how easily it is to use. Also, how helpful they were during onboarding. The platform itself is also easy to navigate and is an all in one.
Cons: There are some glitches at times, but I feel that it happens with any software. We are also having difficulties with the duration component of the data collection but it is something they are working on

Pros: Great value, simple and easy to train. Parent portal is also helpful. I have used the product for more than 2 years.
Cons: Does not have QGlobal integration. The app can be down at times for maintenance. Otherwise no issues.

Pros: It is easy to see what appointments are scheduled as they are color coded. It is also easy to manipulate the schedule as an administrator to ensure all appointments are accurately inputted.
Cons: There are sometimes connectivity issues or notes say they are saved and then disappear, losing the signatures.

Always responsive with timely emails and phone calls. Even willing to set up a weekly meeting to go over any billing issues we have.
Pros: We have used Theralyics for over 3 years now and are pleased with the service and value we receive from them. We feel secure in their security measures and that our data is secure and never had any issues with breach.
Cons: Different time zone then us, but they always make it work for us to reach them throughout the day. Always available for a zoom call.

Theralytics offers great value for the money. Their data collection is smooth and the formatting for progress notes is uswr friendly. Thwy also offer billing services. Their billing department is extremely experienced and saves me and my agency a lot od time while keeping our cashflow consistent.
Pros: Theralytics has a great management team that makes you feel like you are their main focus and priority.
Cons: Like any other EMH/EHR, there are needs for updated or added features as you grow. They are quick to add utnto the schedule and listen to your needs to implement workarounds until thw uodates are developed in the software.

Overall, our experience with Theralytics has been very positive. It’s a dependable, scalable system backed by a strong support team, which has made it a good long-term fit for our organization. For agencies looking for a platform they can grow with, without unnecessary complexity, Theralytics has been a solid choice for us.
Pros: When we were searching for an EMR and data collection system, scalability was a major priority. We chose Theralytics because it was clearly built to grow with an agency, and that scalability was available right out of the gate. As we’ve expanded, the system has continued to support our needs without requiring major changes or workarounds. Another major strength is the support, responses are timely, helpful, and feel genuinely collaborative. It’s clear the team understands the realities of running and scaling an ABA organization.
Cons: This would be nitpicking but reporting could be more robust to help with KPI tracking such as units utilization auto-calculations.

The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and designed with the workflow of ABA providers in mind. New staff (RBTs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and admins) can typically learn the system quickly with minimal training. I highly recommend!
Pros: Theralytics brings scheduling, data collection, billing, reporting, and clinical documentation together in one unified system, reducing the need for multiple tools or third-party platforms.
Cons: Theralytics does not currently support importing or integrating pre-built goal banks from commonly used ABA assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or AFLS. This means clinicians must manually enter goals and targets into the system, which can be time-consuming.

Theralytics leadership team has been amazingly supportive since getting started. They do seem to understand what it's like to run a business and want to provide value for the money spent that makes smooth operations and clinical value easier to achieve!
Pros: Always being able to reach someone to help with any support issue or question. The application itself is easy to use and they maintain consistency in operational use even when making improvements.
Cons: Initially when issuing support tickets, the information provided is limited or lacks the depth required to understand or resolve the issue. (Of Note: Things are able to be quickly revisited and escalated as required until the problem is fully resolved.)

With a few hiccups, I have actually enjoyed this software's capabilities. There is no perfect program, but this is very close to it.
Pros: It checks a lot of boxes that an ABA company would need. There is ease and it's also easy to teach. The app is helpful for in home note taking.
Cons: There is no real payroll function. I can run a payroll report, but I am using another system to get employee acknowledgements and sending the payroll company a completely different report I am putting together.

Pros: The web browser has been very user friendly! Specifically the way we are able to easily access the client information.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Theralytics.They have been supportive every step of the way from assisting with credentialing to helping me get my business up and running. Their team ensured I was properly set up with their data collection and billing management system, and their ongoing support has made a big difference.
Pros: One thing that truly stood out to me as a customer of the practice management data system is their outstanding customer service. Whenever I’ve had an issue, their team has been quick to respond and provide support. The training team is especially helpful—they walk you through the system step by step and make sure you never feel overwhelmed. Their dedication to customer success makes a big difference.
Cons: One area I’d like to see improved in the future is better integration with other payroll management systems, as well as enhancements to the intake process such as the ability to create documents and email forms for e-signature. These features would streamline workflow and make the system even more efficient.

Pros: What I liked most about Theralytics is how intuitive and efficient it is. The data collection process is seamless, and I really appreciate how easy it is to set up programs. Generating reports is also very straightforward, which saves a lot of time and effort. Overall, the ease of use across all features has made the entire experience smooth and productive.
Cons: While my overall experience with Theralytics has been positive, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. One downside is the lack of customizable documents, which can limit flexibility. Additionally, the inability to bulk apply signatures on the staff side can be a bit time-consuming. Lastly, when an appointment is rendered, the symbol indicating this is somewhat hard to see, which could be improved for better visibility and clarity.

Great app and website that I prefer over other data collection systems
Pros: Very easy to use and learn. Taking data is very easy on the app. Any questions or issues are also promptly responded too.
Cons: some quality of life changes could be made. Saving behaviors could also be more intuitive because it is different from saving skill acquisition data

The team at theralytics have kind, skilled and accessible.
Pros: I have used Theralytics since they first came on the scene. Whenever I need help with the platform or have billing questions I know that I can reach out and I will receive a fast and accurate response. I have tried other platforms but have been the most pleased with Theralytics.
Cons: initially notes were not specific enough for some insurance providers but this has been addressed.

Pros: Practice Management Software is efficient and easy to use. Billing services are provided to ease some of the responsibilities of submitting claims, tracking claims, and entering payments. Customer services responds quickly.

I've been using Theralytics to complete the schedules for the company that I work for the past two months. I have found that adjusting the schedules is extremely user friendly.
Pros: I like the ease with which you are able to adjust client schedules.
Cons: I would like to be able to type out the date instead of using a drop down menu.

Overall, our experience with Theralytics has been wonderful. Everyone is always willing and able to help, and the response time is very quick.
Pros: Adding clients and their authorization information is very easy and seamless. Submitting billing is very quick and easy to make adjustments if needed.
Cons: Searching through a calendar to select a date of service or enter in a DOB is very time consuming. I would much rather free type a date in a space as that would be much faster and easier.
