Cons: Honestly, we haven’t encountered any major issues so far. There aren't any cons to report or complain about.

Pros: The integration of all essential ABA functions: billing, scheduling, data collection, and reporting, in one platform. Everything works together smoothly, and it has greatly improved our management and control processes. Customer support has been exceptional, always responsive, friendly, and willing to help. We’ve had a great experience with their team.

Cons: Honestly, nothing negative to say. The platform keeps improving its interface, evolving constantly, and staying fully updated with CASP, FABA, and all insurance requirements that help our practice stay compliant and efficient.

Pros: how easy it is to write sessions notes, it make everything super simple and i think it was worth my money and in data collection helped a lot

Cons: took a while to learn how to use but after i learned it was very helpful in creating my session notes

Pros: It is a user-friendly platform with timely and efficient customer support. Additionally, the price is reasonable

Cons: Some limited features when collecting data or designing the graphs. However, the engineering team is always willing to improve o include new features

Pros: I like the ease of use as an administrator and the great customer support; I love the way I am able to add and deactivate clients and the process is easy for both.

Cons: Sometimes the session notes with different insurance carriers appear differently and sometimes its confusing for the RBTs

Pros: how easy the program is for documentation Easy in collecting session data which is very important. It is not a program that takes a long time to learn.

Cons: Sometimes the program, when generating my note, has words that the program itself doesn't accept. Spend time searching for the word that you shouldn't waste and go into the note.

Pros: Nos hace el trabajo mas fácil y es muy facil de usar. Como RBT y depsues de varios años usando la app, puedo decir que es lo mejor que nos ha pasado.

Cons: Realmente no tengo quejas, creo q tener ABA Matrix nos facilita el trabajo y el dia dia con nuestras notas y data.

Pros: ABA Matrix offers outstanding customer service and provides a comprehensive system that truly has everything in one place. It is user-friendly and streamlines essential functions such as billing, scheduling, and HR, making daily operations much easier. The platform is efficient, reliable, and an excellent value for the cost.

Cons: The only drawback is that it currently does not have a mobile app, other than that everything is amazing.

Pros: I really like that ABA Matrix is very organized and that everything appears in the same place. It helps keep all the information structured and easy to access, which saves time and reduces mistakes. The system makes daily work more efficient and keeps everything clear for the team.

Cons: Although it is a very professional tool, I don’t like the Oversight. The recent changes made to this part of the system feel less intuitive and not very user-friendly. I would prefer if Oversight remained the way it was before, since it worked better and was easier to use.

Pros: The most thing I like the implemntation of the data collection,and how have control of that. Simple the best.

Cons: I love everything, I dont have nothing to criticize, I feel comfortable with the details.Im super happy.

Pros: How easy it is to collect data and how easy it is, especially when I was a beginner! it is so simple!

Cons: I truly enjoy everything. there is nothing negative that sticks out to me! it is very easy to use for all sorts of professionals.

Pros: Ease of use. Once you get used to it, it all goes smoothly and sessions can be saved and finished well.

Cons: Scheduling . I found it easier to schedule the sessions in another plataform like for example the Office Puzzle.

Pros: I like how easy the site is to use overall. I’ve seen other providers use different sites that look way more complicated. I also really appreciate how nice and readily available everyone in the customer service team is.

Cons: I don’t like how we have to hit save every so often. If I fill out a whole page I have to make sure I save my progress 5 times doing so if not I’m always worried. An auto save feature would come in clutch.

Cons: The only thing I would like to see is the implementation of AI in Parent training, and supervision notes.

Pros: I appreciated that ABA Matrix is straightforward to use, the system is reliable for daily session notes, and the platform keeps everything well-organized. It also makes compliance easier by structuring notes in a way that matches treatment plan requirements and supervision needs.

Cons: At times the platform feels rigid, with limited flexibility when trying to add more individualized details. It can be time-consuming to enter data because of the amount of required fields, and the interface could be smoother and more modern.

Pros: It's a super friendly tool to help us as ABA agency owners manage our operations knowing that everything is covered.

Cons: Nothing, as of right now I'm very happy with the service they provide and how helpful they are whenever we are in need of changes, updates or just regular questions.

Pros: Customer support is great as well as features. I would recommend this software for al behavioral Practices as make our work easier and keep us on track with our ethical guidelines.

Cons: Not having a training system embedded for preparing/ training our team. I would suggest having formal CEUs that align with our current board certifications
