Track daily observations, identify emotional triggers, and use collaborative shared data insights to effectively manage behavior over time. The methodology and app were informed by two decades of work with children, parents, and teachers, and refined through experiences in behavior consultation.

We have been having a positive experience with the app so far.
Pros: I like that the app is portable and I can have multiple people on the app taking data on different students.
Cons: As of the present, I do not personally see anything that needs to improved

I'm using Behca to help track a students behavior.
Pros: Super easy to use, very organized, and mobile!
Cons: I haven't noticed any Cons yet, overall super satisfied.

Pros: There are few competitor apps. It's helpful to be able to track behaviors in real time and have all the data in one place.
Cons: The app is so difficult to use and get started. It is extremely confusing. The barriers to entry are too high.

This system allows us to share real data with our team that allows better communication and goal setting.
Pros: The ease of use for this product is amazing. The option to customize just what you need makes data entry faster. This gives you more time working with the individual, not sitting behind a keyboard. The customizability also let's the product grow with your needs.
Cons: The only issues we had were bug related in the very early stages. These were taken care of quickly with excellent customer service.

So far it has been great! with the exception of not being able to track community/ISP goals, and errors around med management.
Pros: I love being able to see all the ups and downs of our residents' behavior, as well as the strategies used by staff around those behaviors. It is truly person-centered, showing their entire day. Not JUST the negative behaviors like many other behavior-tracking programs.
Cons: I wish there was an option to capture their community outings, goal achievements, etc. not just their behaviors. There were a lot of hiccups/room for errors around the medication tracking.

Pros: Helpful for every moment. I prefer this over therap. Tracking both positive and negative behavior support.

I believe that is a good tool for taking a students pattern and behaviors.
Pros: I like the ease of use. I has straight forward tools to take note and comments.
Cons: It is kinda confusing if you don't use it everyday.

This program has helped us show students and their parents the behavior trends that the student demonstrates throughout the day.
Pros: This program makes is very easy to see trends in how students behave and work within out system.
Cons: We are evaluating the cost vs other systems. What we do like is we can add in the students we want to work with and not our whole student population.

In the couple of months we have been using BEHCA it has helped us to better track patterns of behavior
Pros: It is easy to jump in and use and provides overview to track behaviors
Cons: The cost is one of the barriers to us purchasing the full program

BEHCA has been a very easy took to use.
Pros: I really enjoy see the the full analysis of the data. It is nice to see both prosocial behavior and behavior where students are struggling.
Cons: No issues with this software. I just think it is something that should be more consistently used in order to start showing patterns in behavior.

It was easy to use, and made tracking a breeze cause I could do it from my mobile device.
Pros: I found BEHCA to be a straightforward solution towards behavior tracking, it’s color coded dashboard makes it easy to navigate even for new users. It has fully customizable tracking which is great because each individual has unique needs and this application provides users with a tool to cater towards those needs. I also enjoyed the way it displays the data collected over time in simple easy to understand charts and graphs. It even has a section for self reporting which I think is phenomenal.
Cons: I wish it had incident reporting capabilities.

For me BEHCA leaves the guess work out of behavior tracking and provides a top down view of the WHY behind the behavior allowing support staff to create better support plans or the individuals we serve.
Pros: I find the product easy to use, the dash board is color coded and intuitive. The fact that you one can go in and fully customize behavior tracking for each individual makes this app incredibly powerful in my opinion.
Cons: I wish it had the option to export to dashboard as a PDF.
