Pros: We have been through many similar products and they were too complicated, while this product is somewhat limited (compared to others) it is exactly what we need.

Cons: All it needs is narrative abc data! I also would like to have archived programs better organized.

Pros: Super user friendly! I can take exactly the type of data my supervisor needs, because it's programed in It keeps track as I go The graphs are automatic & easy to access The graphs are so helpful for the clients/parents to follow

Cons: The sessions must be entered in chronological order

Pros: Inputting data into the session template note

Cons: The fact that you can't delete a session note once you submitted it.

Pros: Aba desk quality lacks in the data collection field. With lag on collection times you always wonder if your data will be kept and graphed.

Cons: The lag in collecting data time it doesn't look like your data is being graphed.

Pros: I think what I like most about ABA desk is that it was created by a BCBA for BCBA work. It is able to provide all of the varying types of data collection that are essential for my therapeutic services

Cons: At this time, there is nothing missing from the software.

Pros: It is intuitive and easy to use. I LOVE how easy it is to get to any target I need without changing the page I'm on. The customer service has been phenomenal--I daresay ABA Desk is the Chick Fil A of ABA software. The price point is reasonable. It is so easy to add new programs when genius strikes in the moment.

Cons: It is challenging that I cannot access an individual session note for printing, as my clients have MANY session notes and when we have documentation audits from insurance we only need one or two dates of service printed out. I wish I could have programs where the number of targets mastered was graphed cumulatively, rather than as % success for each individual target.

Pros: The ease of implementation of new tracking behaviors and the organized structure when recording data. Back up data in the case of a shutdown or accidental close is there meaning I don't have to start from scratch. Great ease of use and super easy to use with all data inputs being on one page.

Cons: Occasionally, the back-ups will duplicate meaning every time I log on I will see a log for a day I have already submitted meaning I have to go through a new prompt screening asking to resume existing session or create new, I used to delete but this has grown tiresome. Also, occasionally, if I type somethings a certain time frame of data will be 'reset' resulting in loss of all data (frequency) and some, if not all, word loss, this may not be the fault of ABA desk but rather internet connection but then it is also not saved so I have to retype everything, though this is not very frequent so that's good.

Pros: ABA desk is easy to use and definitely takes the “on the ground” needs into consideration. You can tell it was developed by a clinician for clinicians and techs in our field. The customer service is fantastic. Questions are answered really quickly and ongoing support and tutorials are just a click away.

Cons: I wish their was billing services attached to it.

Pros: I love that I am able to add data from my behaviour interventionist sessions at the ease of using my phone. It compiles the data into graphs so I can easily review data and print off graphs for families to see.

Cons: There are some parts that are not adjustable. For example, when I made a program only using 5 trials and wanted to increase to 10 trials it would not let me. Also, the dates don't let you enter data sometimes because they need to be in chronological order.

Pros: I own a very small ABA practice and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been so helpful getting my clients set up and quickly answering any questions I have.

Cons: There are some functions that you have to find work arounds but they should be fixed with version 2.0.

Pros: I love the ease of online data collection

Cons: I would like to be able to edit the program when it is already in the client's list. For example, If i find that the data collection should actually be prompt level instead of +/-

Pros: Easy to use easy to correct your mistakes as well as easy to navigate and read

Cons: Color prices are not preferred due to my car blindness but regardless it is not hard on the eyes

Pros: This software is easy to use and protects client information.

Cons: I wish that it was more mobile friendly. And quicker.

Pros: All of them. We are able to take so many different forms of data whether behavioral or task related and it has changed how we do things.

Cons: I would love to see ABC data or toileting data. I would also love for maintenance goals to be in their own section of maintenance so it is easier for the staff to point them out. Would also love for the goals to be grouped together by type (ie: achedemic, ta, etc)

Pros: Ease of use and the automated treatment plan function.

Cons: More customizing freedom when it comes to developing goals within the program would be great. Its already awesome though!

Pros: allows for variety of measurement options, drop downs are user friendly, programs explanations are visible to staff running session.

Cons: multiple steps necessary to ensure session info isn't lost if staff log out or time out on device, not a clear place for updates or supplemental documents

Pros: I do not like anything about ABA Desk. It's very basic. Your better off doing paper and pencil data at this point.

Cons: Too basic, you cannot customize graphs and barely customize the programs.

Pros: ABAdesk is very user friendly and does not require extensive training to get started. We are able to collect all data electronically and the data is graphed automatically. This saves a great deal of time!

Cons: I have not found anything that I would change about the software at this time. However, it is fairly new to us so we are still learning all of the capabilites.

Pros: I started working in the healthcare industry at the beginning of 2021 and was happy to learn the company I work for has this software so that we do not have to mess around with pencils and paper to collect our data!

Cons: Sometimes when I’m trying to launch a new day of data collecting for my clients, it needs to be refreshed or I have to cancel out of the screen in order to initially start their new page because their programs don’t populate. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it can be frustrating when it happens

Pros: It’s easy to use! The trials were great to learn

Cons: The time change setting would have errors pop up until finished putting session start time and end time

Pros: I like how easy it is to maneuver. It stores all my notes which can easily be accessed at any time.

Cons: I hope that when putting in the date perimeters, it can stop saying “invalid date/time” multiple times.

Pros: What I liked most was the accessibility

Cons: The fact that you had to click positive by positive & negative by negative instead of having it come out automatically
