My overall experience with Workhub was excellent. The platform is well‑designed, user‑friendly, and efficient, and the support team provided clear and timely assistance whenever needed. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how easy they made the entire process.
Pros: Workhub made the entire process extremely smooth. The platform is clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate, and the customer support team was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond. Their guidance made everything simple, even as a first‑time user.
Cons: There was nothing significant to dislike. Some sections could use slightly more explanation for new users, but overall the experience was excellent.

Although transitioning our Town to Workhub has been a large job, the Workhub support has been incredible. From our dedicated account executives to trainers to customer support representatives, they offer quick response times and solutions. No question has been too simple or too complex. They listen to our needs and suggest workarounds when they can. Thank you for making a large job go so smoothly. I appreciate this team!

Cons: There is no built-in sign-off workflow feature that allows each level of leadership to sign off on an incident or form. There are options if you use an adjacent application, but not within Workhub itself. That being said, we were able to use the Action Items to create a workaround that is working well for us. Some feedback from our workers regarding Online Training: There is no option to speed up the narrator. You can't pause and step away. It doesn't remember where you were, and you have to start over. In some courses, the entire screen can't be seen, and there is no option to maximize; you have to scroll down to access the controls. You also can't rewind, so if you miss a point, you have to redo the whole chapter.

set up, maintenance and customer service are all highlights of my experience using and implementing this app into our safety program
Pros: I find that the app provides ease of use for our workforce which increases our overall use of safety documentation. Since we began using the WorkHub app our overall safety culture and awareness has improved year over year. Customer service has always been fantastic and any question, concern or problem I have encountered has been brought to a successful resolution in a timely manner. It has been a pleasure working with and using WorkHub.
Cons: The app limits the ability to include specific sections or tabs so you need to be creative when placing new custom or specific tabs or sections. There are ways to input the data you want however it would be more accessible if the dashboard could be modified

My overall experience with the Workhub platform has been great, I feel I am getting great value for the money, I appreciate the help section it contains, as well as the access to safety forms.
Pros: The customer support is fantastic, the team is knowledgeable and have a very quick response time. This is a great tool for audit management!
Cons: There is really nothing that I don't like about the Workhub platform. The platform is very easy to use.

Pros: It is great value for the money, it is simple to use and the customer support is amazing, always helpful and always friendly.
Cons: It would be great to have a little more flexibility in using the rewards program.(self directed) Something we could create and publish in house.

I would rate my experience 9/10 and customer service is amazing and very helpful. The videos are not “boring” and keeps the employees attention.
Pros: I like the simple use of Workhub and the quality of safety training videos it is hardly that employees can continue where they left off.
Cons: Additions Spanish safety videos would be beneficial. Training videos able to take with no wi-fi or cellular signal.

been using it for years and have seen so many improvements help is readily available via email and they are fast at solving problems.
Pros: Easy to use for both admin and employee, perfect place for keeping procedures, policies and SDS handy for all
Cons: I cant think of any problems off hand, if I am looking for help on something that is not apparent they have solved any issues I have come up against

Workhub is truly one of the best platforms I have ever used. It's super user friendly from a user and an admin standpoint! I would never look at another platform as this is truly the best one.
Pros: Workhub is truly the best platform I have worked on for ease of use, to users use to support. The Support is one of the best I have ever seen on a platform, not just a safety platform. They are so helpful and easy to work with.
Cons: Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Workhub. It is extremely easy to use and to be able to interface with DoForms so that all our documents are stored securely. I don't think anyone can beat them for how great the platform is.

I am using workhub everyday as part of my work. It is easy to use and pretty much straight forward. It helps our company raise the bar for Safety excellence through efficient tracking of the certificates / tickets of our employees / workers and subconctractors. There will be technical glitches at times but I appreciate how workhub customer support listens to our questions and solve the problems to the best of their abilities. Overall, we really get the value for money with this program.
Pros: What I like most about workhub is its efficient "Employee management" and excellent "customers support." It is easy to track active employees and inactive employees, as well as their current and past due tickets. Whenever we have questions or requests, the customer service team answers all our inquiries in a very professional and timely manner.
Cons: I believe the "Forms" can use a little more improvement. There were few forms like tracking the action items that needs improvement by adding more fields for us to efficiently identify or link those action items to an incident close-out.

My overall experience with Workhub has been very good. It is a solid, professional platform that effectively addresses the core challenges of managing safety compliance and training across our operations. It successfully manages to streamline processes that used to take us significantly more time when using manual systems or spreadsheets.
Pros: The support workers are so incredibly helpful! Every time I have a question or need to troubleshoot a new module, I just jump on the live chat, and a knowledgeable person is there instantly. They don't just answer the question; they walk me through the solution step-by-step. Their outstanding service has made implementing our safety system a breeze. They have a suggestion box for ideas to improve and for me that is invaluable. If they can help me with some of my suggestions it would also help others.
Cons: Sometimes I find ways where the system is lacking for my specific needs, but Workhub does have a 'suggestions box' which is helpful, in that they truly consider ideas from those that need different functionality to make the platform work better for their unique industry or processes.

Great overall experience, having multiple companies can make it hard to stay on top of training and compliance. Workhub is a great tool to make that happen.
Pros: Ease of communicating with many remote workers, helps keep up on compliance for workers and see where the gaps are.
Cons: When posting bulletins can be awkward getting it to view properly, doesn't accept a word document very easily

Works well, I wish it could do a little more, it is close to being Great. The editing is a little glitchy sometimes you have to open the page several times before it loads.
Pros: The ability to make changes to policy's and procedures easily. The online training is a neat bonus..
Cons: Needs a place for Formal Hazard assessments. In the Safety meetings section policy's and procedures should be able to be linked. After editing a procedure the system should make everyone reread it.

I use the program every day i work. I find it easy to use overall. It is an effective placer to keep our companies safety program.
Pros: The information is at my fingertips(easy to use). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the program.(customer support). The rewards program helps, as it is incentive for the workers to complete tasks.
Cons: The word editor in the policy tab is unfriendly and difficult to use. You can upload a word document, but that defeats the word editor. Why have it if it is unusable.

AS I learn more and more about all the things I can do with this program its amazing, and the chat box is a quick wat to get the help you need, that team of people are very good at what they do :)
Pros: Workhubs many different categories make this program very convenient for me to reach all the different areas of staff we have. As well I can set up training programs to meet all the different areas of staff we have. I love that I can upload policies and procedures into it and the staff just have to login for access to this stuff they need on job sites
Cons: Honestly I can not think of one thing I do not like in Workhub, I more I learn to do on it the happier I am with these tools at my finger tips

Our overall experience with Work Hub has been Stellar. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Encompasses all aspects of OHS Alberta
Pros: All in One Interface to document, and Download, all your OH&S Required Documentation, which is a great platform.
Cons: Some features can be improved such as Safety Meetings. Scheduling Multiple advance meetings max 3-5 would be helpful in case of daily safety huddles for example.

Workhub's customer support is second to none. They are very responsive through the online chat and are available for one-on-one calls as well.
Pros: We were able to concentrate all our employee training in one location. Our technicians know what training they need to complete to reach the next level of competency. All of our policies, procedures and certificates are accessible from the the software and mobile devices at a moment's notice. It is very user friendly. All this at a very affordable price.
Cons: Not a con but a suggestion: It'd be nice to be able to import Safety meeting minute as a PDF the same as procedures.

Cons: My only con is that the form they provide can't be changed to be a repair order, where you can add what parts need to be ordered, etc. It's set up like an inspection. If you use another site to make your forms, then you can't search for key word in the form that was written by a worker.

Overall, the experience has been excellent! Customer service is outstanding, and response times are always quick. If there’s ever anything you’re unsure about, the team takes the time to meet with you and go over every detail until you’re completely satisfied. The entire process is automated, which is a huge benefit for our busy schedules — and the pricing is very reasonable!
Pros: It’s incredibly easy to use — not only for administrators but also for our team members when completing their Health and Safety training!
Cons: At this point, and I have been using Workhub for months now - I have nothing negative to say about the platform!

Experience has been very positive overall. Not a lot of training is required as the platform is very easy to use.
Pros: Easy to use and good value for the cost. Staff are engaged with the platform and find it easy to navigate.
Cons: Not all of the required courses for our organization are included in the library, but we can easily add ours in.

Excellent product, very cost effective and not overly complex, perfect for a small to medium size company.
Pros: Workhub has been easy to use and easy to roll out to employees. Employees have picked up quickly how to use Workhub with excellent participation and feedback.
Cons: Analytics feature is very poor it does not quantify types of events accurately and is very basic. The analytics requires improvement in occurrence definition to be more effective.

Overall, a good value for money but lacking in some areas. If you're objective is LMS, Hazard Assessment, SOP acknowledgments, competency and tracking, it's very competitive.
Pros: Great value for the money for a learning management system. Customer Support is always available, and employees are easily able to acknowledge and participate in hazard assessments and standard operating procedures. Very user friendly.
Cons: While, primarily a learning management system, there is no feature for customizing reporting forms within the program other software must be used to import information. Site-specific hazard assessments, and workflows are lacking and only give supervisors (one person) notifications and viewing of incident reports without giving managers admin permissions to incident reports.

Works great for smaller size companies. Have used it a 4 different companies introducing Workhub to 3 different organizations. These small firms were happy With the product
Pros: Ease of use as an admin. Leo is an excellent support and willing to provide assistance whenever needed
Cons: Uploading data. This process take a long time with multiple employees. Trying to get employees to load info can be quite tedious

Overall, this has been a great platform for our company to use. I have not found any other platform that offers such an array of trainings in one place. Again, I most appreciate being able to add our own corporate trainings to the platform so everything is included in one place.
Pros: Workhub has made it very easy and seamless to enroll staff, monitor progress and stay compliant. I like that an organization can add their own trainings to the system and that it is not just what Workhub offer. This system is excellent for any ISO organization that gets audited.
Cons: The administrative role is a little difficult at times to setup. There are times, when it is hard to determine if you are operating in admin role or user role. Sometimes it is hard to tell what is "new" to the platform and necessary. I have found there to be duplicate trainings with different versions in the system, making it unclear as to which is the one to be compliant in. I would like to see some additional automations and push out notification settings for admins. Also, would like to see more reminders to employees when they have not met the target timeline for completion so that it does not become as manual for admins.
