Excellent overall experience. The people who represent Aloha in all the various Departments we have exchange with are very friendly and very helpful.
Pros: With respect to Customer Support, [sensitive content hidden] has been super helpful and has quickly responded to an guided us With respect to billing, we greatly appreciate the hard work Lisa and her team have put out to help our billing be processed and paid quickly. Data Collection is easy to navigate and understand. Compared to other billing and data collection platforms the prices are fair and we feel that Aloha has good value for the money charged.
Cons: There is nothing we do not like about Aloha. Overall Aloha has delivered on what they promised to provide.

The customer service was absolutely incredible. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing with teaching us everything. It was relatively easy to set up and user friendly
Pros: The pros of Aloha has been the customer support, value of money, all in one place, and the ease of use
Cons: I don't like that it does not notify people of their schedule changes, it has to stop and load each time, the authorization section is not user friendly

So far so good, very easy to use and has all of the features we wanted and even more. I look forward to continuing to explore the product.
Pros: The scheduling, billing and all admin functions have been very easy to use so far. I had no prior AlohaABA experience but have been able to pick up on it quickly. The team and especially [sensitive content hidden] have been great to collaborate with.
Cons: No cons so far. The only thing I have noticed is it would be easier if we had the all in one instead of integrating with Hi Rasmus. Two platforms can be a lot to manage at times.

Pros: Excellent value for the product. Extremely responsive customer support. The website and application are user friendly and easy to train staff on. While data collection is new and not entirely robust, Welina has great features and is easy to get staff up and running. Billing has been seamless so far!
Cons: Aloha has been overall a great product, and we are glad to have made the switch. We do wish that there were templates for treatment plans and assessments directly within the system and that the scheduling calendar was able to be synced to google calendar.

It integrates well with other platforms I use. There are additional features that could be added to make for an easier work flow for integrating platforms.
Pros: Entering appointments is easy. Tracking RBT supervision is also relatively easy. Adding client profiles and finding information is easy once you figure out the navigation
Cons: Billing reports can look slightly skewed when looking at calendars, as it reports based on actual time rather than billable units

Have tried a few other platforms and we feel most supported with with Aloha has to offer. It’s clear they care about the providers they support and services we offer.
Pros: Customer support and genuine care. They are always improving to make things more efficient for providers. Minor issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. Suggestions for features offered are taken seriously!
Cons: Few features could use updates/improvements to increase productivity but this is made up for in client care. Aloha listens!

I am very pleased with Aloha ABA. The support that I receive is what I need to be successful. No question is to small. They are there to help you.
Pros: I enjoy the customer support at Aloha ABA. The team is always ready to help you be successful. I appreciate that any time I need to schedule a meeting they are always available for me.
Cons: Not sure I think I would say that they try hard to make their platform accessible and affordable for consumers.

Cons: The reporting dashboard could be improved by making it customizable, so that we can focus on KPIs of our choosing.

It’s been great so far and I’m really excited to use it more. I’m hoping that Aloha makes my life easier with billing.
Pros: Billing features and scheduling multiple people and being able to see everyone’s schedules at the same time.
Cons: It’s a learning curve but that’s to be expected with any new system that you’re setting up. It seems like it’s a lot but I’m sure becoming familiar will help with the work flow.

Pros: The simplicity of scheduling, billing, and tracking claims. Also love the integration with Hi Rasmus.
Cons: I wish there was a better integration with Availity so tracking ERAs and for submitting secondary billing.

Our experience was great. We had help at every stage, and the way the onboarding was laid out helped us understand the system in a manner that made sense and was easy to train the rest of our staff.
Pros: Ease of setup and use. Very user-friendly and its integration with HiRasmus greatly reduces our billing process activities.
Cons: There is no unique client identifier available in the client view which makes it more difficult when processing credit card payments.

It was fine. We had a free trial to see how it would work for us and it didn't work out. It was lacking too much for the cost at the time.
Pros: The mental health facility I had worked at, was potentially looking at adding on ABA therapy and we look into this software specifically for that purpose. It was an easy to use interface, pretty to look at, okay reporting, and had billing/payroll integrated.
Cons: No app for patients/users, some of the reporting features was lacking, and the scheduling calendar at the time needed improvement.

Having just completed our training and onboarding process, we can say with confidence that we feel we selected the best EMR product for our program. Throughout this experience, our customer success manager remained highly engaged, sharing her vast knowledgebase of Aloha ABA while also remaining responsive to questions posed both during live sessions and via email. We are pleased with the automatic syncing between Aloha ABA and the data collection system we chose to integrate. Additionally, we have found the array of reports that can be generated extremely helpful, and they have already increased our efficiency. We look forward to becoming more proficient in all that the system offers.
Pros: The system is highly intuitive, and the icons are incredibly helpful! Aloha has streamlined its system to make finding needed information easy without requiring significant training or experience in EMR navigation.
Cons: We are using the forms manager to create notes for related services sessions. Our Speech and OT staff often need to save their notes before finishing them at a later time, and the process to go back to these notes is a bit cumbersome.

Our experience was so so good! [sensitive content hidden] really got us up and running quickly. She made it so easy for us to set up. She was always on time to every meeting and emailed us back to answer any questions we had, even on holidays. I am a very ADHD human being and I cannot believe I got as far as I did with onboarding with Aloha. I could not have done it without [sensitive content hidden] support.
Pros: Easy to use Provides everything a BCBA/ABA company could possibly need
Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like besides I wish there was an app maybe just to view the schedule, but I also understand with everything Aloha provides, how that could be impossible

As a startup, AlohaABA has been fantastic. They were upfront with me about the best time to start with AlohaABA and the customized onboarding experience was wonderful. As someone who was terrified of billing, the support and ease of use through the system was seamless and I now have a confidence that I did not expect to have this early on in the game. The report features are also very helpful for viewing things I didn’t even realize I would want to reference. I wished I learned about this years ago but am so glad I checked them out when starting my own company.
Pros: The billing and integration features as well as the customized support for onboarding.
Cons: It’s a small thing, but when a new tab opens up each time to look at the scheduling page.

My experience with AlohaABA has been nothing short of phenomenal! The customer support truly sets it apart from all other billing platforms I've used, including WebABA, CentralReach, Kareo, Medisoft, and ClinicSource. None of them come close to the level of respect, attentiveness, and dedication that the AlohaABA team provides. The value of their support alone makes a huge difference in the overall experience, elevating the software far beyond its competitors.
Pros: The outstanding customer support! The people behind the product truly make all the difference. The fact that the team who built the product is still actively involved and deeply understands customer needs is impressive. Their responsiveness is exceptional—I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a reply from their support team. It shows their commitment to both the product and their customers.
Cons: While there have been a few minor glitches and occasional unexplained errors, the exceptional customer support more than makes up for it. The team is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any issues and even jumping on a call to fully understand the impact on your organization. Their dedication to resolving problems is truly unmatched.

Pros: Aloha is very thorough and offers a lot of features. The team offers video support to help with billing and scheduling questions, which is very beneficial when starting to use any technology that is unfamiliar to the user. We love that you can see both client and staff schedules while overlapping the view if needed. This is great for planning out schedules and even scheduling supervision. Also, the claims process has run smoothly and we can see everything in one place!
Cons: The view for scheduling isn't as user-friendly and you cannot see a monthly view for the schedule. However, Aloha has been quick to respond to this and work with their development team to make this view more user friendly. No software is going to be perfect and all you can ask for is that you have a team like Aloha that is willing to take user feedback and apply it.

Overall I have had a great experience and Meg was amazing!
Pros: Easy to use and navigate. Like how simple it is to add in authorizations and sessions.
Cons: Be able to make a session for a client without assigning a technician. Maybe have an area for 'open shifts' or 'floating sessions'. This way if a technician is out we can simply remove them while looking for coverage. Would love an app to get onto Aloha, like a shortcut.

Pros: Ease of use and incredible customer service.
Cons: Many bugs worked out as we go. We have not been impacted but many have. I do think that many of the reported problems are due to users misunderstanding procedures. LOVE that customer service responds quickly to facebook group.
