S Cubed has been a solid and reliable tool for our physical therapy practice. It keeps documentation organized, supports consistent care, and cuts down on unnecessary administrative work. I spend less time managing paperwork and more time focused on patient treatment, which is exactly what I want from a clinical platform.
Pros: S Cubed has made it much easier to stay on top of documentation without it taking over my day. The evaluation and daily note workflows are straightforward, and I can move from one patient to the next without feeling slowed down by the system. I especially like how treatment plans and progress notes stay connected, so it’s easy to track changes over time and make adjustments when needed. Having scheduling, notes, and reporting in one place has also helped reduce small errors that used to happen when switching between systems.
Cons: There are moments when navigating between different sections of a patient’s chart takes an extra click or two. It’s not a major issue, but smoother transitions would help during busy clinic hours when time really matters.

In a secure, organized system, we keep everything from session notes to progress tracking and that has made our communication both internally and with patients much more efficient. The platform is a perfect fit for a physical therapy environment and it eliminates a lot of the administrative workload that used to slow down our clinical practice. It has become one of the tools that we can’t do without because it simply makes our workflow smoother and helps us stay concentrated on what matters getting patients better.
Pros: The support of S Cubed to our clinical workflow is the most appreciated aspect. The documentation templates blend seamlessly with the way we evaluate and treat patients and the real-time updating of notes has greatly reduced the volume of end-of-day admin. The scheduling process is also much easier scheduling patient sessions, progress checks, and follow-ups in one location not only facilitates the team’s coordination but also helps the whole team stay in sync. The reporting tools enable one to easily monitor outcomes and present the patients their progress over time, thus creating trust and keeping them involved in their rehab plan.
Cons: My only concern is that the system needs improvement in dealing with high-resolution videos and images. PT clinics usually upload movement assessments, and the uploading of larger files can be a little longer than expected. However, it does not prevent us from using the platform but a quicker upload would be a real advantage on busy days.

It’s a very reliable tool to keep me organized and assures that student progress is well-documented.
Pros: S Cubed makes school-based ABA work much easier by keeping session notes, IEP-aligned goals, and behavior data organized in one place. I really like how quickly I can record trial-by-trial data during sessions without losing instructional time. The real-time progress visuals also help when sharing updates with teachers and parents, especially during team meetings. Scheduling is simple, and the system keeps all my documentation compliant and easy to reference.
Cons: Sometimes, when you are putting in a number of entries in quick succession, the page hangs for a moment before refreshing. It does not disrupt the session, but smoother speed for heavy data entry would be nice.

S Cubed has noticeably improved how our team operates. Documentation is consistent and accurate, which reduces errors and makes auditing or reporting much easier. Being able to track everything in one place notes, programs, progress data, scheduling has streamlined our internal communication and eliminated back-and-forth messages or misplaced information. It’s easier for our whole team to stay aligned, stay compliant, and stay focused on delivering quality care to our clients rather than drowning in paperwork.
Pros: Treatment plans are fully customizable, and progress graphs update automatically as data is collected. Scheduling and billing features being in one platform is a big advantage.
Cons: Because S Cubed offers so many features; data collection, scheduling, reporting, treatment planning, billing it can feel like a lot for new staff to take in during the onboarding phase. The platform is powerful, and with that level of capability comes a learning curve. New team members may need a little time to understand where everything is located and how to use each feature efficiently. However, once they become familiar with the system, the workflows become intuitive and save time in the long run.

Pros: S Cubed makes session data collection fast and accurate. I can easily record behaviors, add notes, and attach documentation without juggling paper forms. Everything syncs securely and auto-updates in reports.
Cons: While I appreciate how easy it is to record and save session data in real time, the mobile layout can sometimes feel a little crowded when I’m actively collecting data during sessions. When I’m switching back and forth between tabs, or trying to scroll through multiple program targets quickly, I occasionally have to tap multiple times to get to what I need. It isn’t a deal-breaker, but in a high-activity session where every second counts, having quicker access buttons or a more simplified mobile view would make the process even smoother.
