Pros: The best part is definitely the native, agentless support for multiple hypervisors like Proxmox and XCP-ng all in one console. It saves me from the headache of managing agents across different platforms, and the Instant VM Recovery actually works as advertised, I can get a failed VM back online directly from the backup storage in under two minutes when things go sideways.

Cons: The Microsoft 365 integration feels a bit half-baked compared to its solid on-prem performance, and it's annoying that physical server backups still require OS-level agents. Also, the API documentation isn't quite there yet, which makes custom DevOps automation more of a chore than it should be.
