Pros: Great job as my credentials were trapped in spam, I was told how to trace them back in the spam folder.

Cons: Nothing. There was very little time to deliver my vote, and the spam folder reacts only days later. So I asked to have my credentials sent to my provate address and was able too vote from there.

Pros: The platform demonstrated several outstanding features, including the provision of cloud access prior to the event, real-time vote delivery without delays, and exceptional flexibility in managing and modifying voter lists. Additional advantages included the “Make it a Motion” option, the ability to duplicate votes with identical settings, and an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Cons: Honestly, I can not remember that I have things I did not like about the experience, nemovote is our first choice for the elections during the NGA either nationally or internationally and that says alot.

Pros: The administrator function allows for a clear overview of all votings, which is very convenient when organizing a large amount of votes. Voters also do not need to worry about anonimity or secure voting, as this is covered by NemoVote.

Cons: When there's a large amount of votes, it is not always convenient to use the roll call feature, as you have to click the arrow many times to get to the vote you're looking for.

Pros: Our experience with NemoVote was outstanding. It provided invaluable support in conducting our election, making the process structured and efficient. The handling was easy as setup and use were straightforward, allowing us to focus on what mattered most. We highly recommend this product to anyone organizing similar elections, and as a cost-effective solution it truly made a positive difference. Cons: There is absolutely nothing that comes to my mind. Maybe that we didn´t meet [sensitive content hidden] in person until this day!

Pros: Nemovote is super easy to use, is secure, instant results, results are also with graphics, a lot of option to select before send the voting to live, view live the progress of the voting.

Cons: At the end of the voting, you will see the results. If there are more than 3 candidates, you will need to scroll to see the other results.

Pros: Once set up, the system is easy to use, and even with a group of representatives who speak different languages I had no difficulty in getting everyone to understand how to log in and vote. The system managed weighted voting easily. It's also possible, for a limited period, to download the vote results, including (if it's an open vote) who voted for what. It's also possible to hold a secret vote - for example for elections.

Cons: Access to the system before and after the event is very time-limited and it's necessary to pay extra to extend the time.

Pros: Nemovote is a simple solution for creating an election voting. No need for in person intervention from the nemovote team. The price is reasonable compared to other election voting solutions. The voters had in general no difficulty to learn how to use Nemovote.

Cons: The access to the voting platform via a link received by email with a limited time to connect was somehow confusing. You have to organize yourself in advance. The tables and graphs generated for the results are sometimes not straightforward to understand and present.

Pros: easy to use. We always use it when a formal decision need to be taken by our General Assembly. Seeing the result life is very useful too

Cons: Sometimes the email with log in information are blocked by antispam measures. perhaps something can be done on the DMARC side

Pros: NemoVote is a good choice. The UX is quite easy to navigate and powerful. And the price is affordable.

Cons: Hard to say. But may be I will suggest some improvements in the graphic design of UI would be a cherry on the cake.

Cons: Hierzu können wir keine Angabe machen, es hat alles bei der Wahl gut geklappt und auch die Betreuung war gut.

Pros: There was very good communication with company and support. No technic problems, everything is working. Good user experience.

Cons: There are possibility to work with proxy and use more weight for users during the voting.

Pros: Interface and options for navigating in various languages. The overall options for secret and not secret voting.

Cons: The projection of results could be presented without the navigations bar, where public can see the results and not the tools.

Pros: Very userfriendly online voting platform. As administrator, you can easily add several voters at once and manage votings. All possible actions related to voting are included, such as weighted votings, proxies, ... Once the vote is closed, you can download a full report of the voting results.

Cons: It would be great if a voter can also be administor, without using two different logins.

Pros: The support was very quick and very helpful, one problem came up and was solved in no time. Userfriendly and easy to navigate and setup. Very smooth process overall!

Cons: Please include a more precise description in how the vote counts in the end - I had to ask this, as I didnt fully understand it from the instructions.

Pros: Ease of use, and great support, easy to add in proxy votes which was supper important for something like an AGM. Great granular options for a transparent or private vote.

Cons: Can’t export all results into one PDF, would be nice to have a report function, and the ability to give an outcome that removes abstaining ‘votes’ from the tally

Cons: For our company it is quite expensive, nevertheless the quality is so good that we still use it.

Pros: NemoVote is a useful tool for student representation, as it allow the different delegations (one per university) vote in an online, without app needed, intuitive platform. It also gives the chance to have some votes value more than others (for example, depending on the size of the university) on the overall result. We´ve been using NemoVote since the pandemic and we are never going back in our technologies!!!Would 100% recommend.

Cons: Honestly, nothing!! The overall experience has been completely superb.

Pros: This was the first time we used NemoVote to support a Business meeting. We are making plans for this to be our standard application going forward. We had a short window to test, setup and support the meeting. NemoVote support was complete and gave us plenty of time to test and have the confidence to be ready.

Cons: The information on proxy vote took some time to research and understand. Once we understood, it was straightforward. We are in the US, so live tech support was not an option for our meeting. Didn’t need it, but this first time would have been nice to have.
