Pros: I like how the site lets you set up different category's to assign to applicants.

Cons: I dislike that you can not have many category's on my home page.

Cons: I would like to remove some of the standard categories

Pros: I love the candidate management and activity dashboard. These allow me to efficiently manage the pipeline for open roles.

Cons: I find the resume parsing and keyword search features less intuitive compared to other platforms like taleo.

Pros: The coaches are the best part of WizeHire. They have our back to make sure job posts are visible on all of the job boards and answer any questions about the platform.

Cons: Market Limitations. Ex. We had to purchase 2 separate markets for neighboring cities. When I posted similar looking positions in the two cities, we were told it wasn’t allowed. We eventually resolved the issue and were able to hire for the 2 positions, but it was a week long headache trying to post the jobs.

Pros: ease of use and it gets me post out to so many

Cons: I haven't had a bad experience as of yet

Pros: Ease of use in posting, managing and acquiring the right talent.

Cons: Calendar integration was a bit challenging, but not a big deal

Pros: Just easy to use and found the employee because of DiSC

Cons: it convenient to reach a wider pool of potential candidates. Overall, WizeHire's comprehensive approach to recruitment and its focus on simplifying the hiring journey made it a standout tool for businesses looking to find the right talent efficiently.

Pros: They have their own coaches and a mini DISC assessment. Plus our client have used Wizehire successfully and love it!

Cons: You must take time to fully understand the system to fully use. A lot of this is chat driven.... I am a phopne call guy

Pros: WizeHire allows our HR department and hiring managers to work more efficiently and consistently with our hiring process. The organizational structure of placing job ads, reviewing resumes, tracking applicants, and ordering background checks has elevated our hiring process.

Cons: Integration with our payroll/HRIS system.

Pros: WizeHire was recommended to me and it ended up being so helpful. I've only used it once but it was the perfect solution for someone who has no idea where to begin. It made everything nearly effortless. I received a number of quality resumes and found just the right person for the job.

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

Pros: WizeHire is easy to use and if or when you have a question, they have great customer support. You can grade, leave notes, and sort applicants. There are pre-made customizable templates.

Cons: One con, is sometimes the messages does not seem to work well, in addition to ensuring you get your minimums met of potential applicants.

Pros: The crm feature is my favorite! I love how you can work quickly to build automation, and sorting people into categories was an unexpected feature that allows me to present to other team members and get them up to speed quickly.

Cons: Nothing, I really do like everything about it.

Pros: It's ease and efficiency. Very smooth process and client-centric. Easy to track candidates.

Cons: Nothing really. We don't use all the functions but those that we do use are great!

Pros: The support team at Wizehire to get us set up and ensure we are using it successfully. They take feedback so sincerely and respond so completely. Using the platform has replaced antiquated/clunky systems I tried to use on my own. They created a great platform, and we have supercharged our ability to hire as a result.

Cons: Any items we need, I feel that Wizehire is working to resolve for us. They are all minor.

Pros: I like that the job postings are posted across a;; the big hiring sites. This allows our jobs to be visible by as many people as possible.I like that you can sync your calendar to the platform to allow candidates to schedule their own appointments. This is very efficient, especially after hours.

Cons: I would like to be able to proactively source applicants and invite candidates to apply

Pros: I loved the ease of use with Wizehire. I made a job posting and they made it look professional across the board. I posted a paralegal job and got over 700 applicants in the first few days after posting - an impossible number if you're just using one job board.

Cons: I didn't have any major issues! It was easy to use and understand - I especially liked the DISC assessment.

Pros: It is very easy to use and has great sorting categories.

Cons: We get a LOT of spam applicants. So many that it is hard to believe the real ones are actual people.

Pros: Cost effective, fast job posting options.

Cons: When we message no thank you’s to candidates, you can’t easily see who has received the no thank you notes.

Pros: This software is easy to use and keeps all of your applicants well organized!

Cons: The only feature I dislike is when the same applicant applies twice, it separates the submissions. I would like for it to show a history of times the same candidate has applied rather than separating the two, so I know if the same person has applied in the past rather than going off memory. That way all my notes and timestamps are there for me to see and I don't have to go looking for that candidate's application.

Pros: I love that they do a personality fit with each potential hire on how well they would fit the position

Cons: nothing! We love everything about this software
