Our experience has been below expectations. While the software is decent for basic use, poor support, lack of transparency, and unresolved refund commitments have negatively impacted our trust. Strong improvement is needed in customer handling, communication, and accountability.
Pros: The software interface is user-friendly and works well for basic HR functions like attendance and payroll.
Cons: Customer support is not timely and lacks proper coordination. Customer requests are not seriously considered or resolved. During the demo, key software limitations were not clearly communicated, which created a mismatch between expectations and actual functionality. There are major communication gaps—calls are often not answered, and even after raising tickets, there is no proper follow-up. In some cases, calls get disconnected without any callback. If we miss a call due to being busy, the team simply sends an email instead of reconnecting or scheduling a convenient time. Also, no suitable time is provided when tickets are raised. Additionally, during phone discussions, the team confirmed that a refund would be processed for the discontinued/unused module, but till date, no refund has been received and there is no clear update on the same.

Overall, I’d say Keka is worth the money for the purpose it is used for. I’d say it’s a great investment if you’re looking to automate salaries and need a tool to track performance.

My overall experience with Keka has been very positive. Overall, it offers a smooth user experience and strong automation that makes our HR operations more efficient and transparent.
Cons: What I liked least about Keka is that some advanced features are not very flexible and require multiple steps to configure, which can feel complex for new users. At times, the system can also feel slightly slow when handling large data, reports, and customization options for workflows and reports are somewhat limited compared to more enterprise-grade tools.

Cons: We have sent multiple request to their project implementation team and support team and no response. When ever they are free they will call us and request to attend the meeting in short notice, the project team will never adjust and come to meeting based on the customer request.“

I will say features, detailing and reports are awesome functionality but the issue is with their customer service.
Pros: Keka gives you broader approach and customized options for an end user to be accustomed with and get more exposure on HRMS tool.
Cons: Customer support! Too slow and not very proactive. Hard to reach them on real time basis and get solution for real life problems.

Overall fantastic HR app, with a cleaner UI and super fast performance without lagging with top-notch data visualization.
Pros: Clean and easy-to-use UI, easy to find all the features including holidays, tax, and other features. Analytics for performance growth and leaves are well-placed and top-notch visualization.
Cons: Apart from their cleaner UI, in between they introduced an AI feature to write text on auto mode in descriptive text boxes, will be helpful if they bring it back again will reduce a lot of time.

I had a pretty much decent experience with Keka
Pros: Its interface was really good. Easy to use.

I have been using this from last 1 year. Its Very good software. Timely updation of attendance. Easy to export reports. Easily track expenses. Good in expense management.
Pros: Easy to use, Simple Dashboard, easily you can pull employee reports. This is good application for employees payroll record, tax calculation, benefits details, payslip etc. Along with this, it is used for employees reimbursement expenses details. This is useful for employees as well as employer.

My overall experience using Keka has been quite positive. It is very easy for managing HR tasks like payroll and leave requests simple. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, which helps keep everything organized. It saves time and processes for both employees and managers.

The product is good, but with wrong set of people. We have purchase the product in the monthly of july and paid the product cost in full. The product is implementation is not completed even after 2 and half months and our staffs are not able to use the mobile app. We have sent multiple request to their project implementation team and support team and no response. When ever they are free they will call us and request to attend the meeting in short notice, the project team will never adjust and come to meeting based on the customer request.
Pros: The product is having good features and mobile app is also good. If they enable the face recognition the application will have add advantage features.
Cons: The Product is having lot of options but no user manual provided for the customer.

It becomes extremely difficult for anyone to keep track of their log in and log out and land up getting pay cut due to half day. Keka has helped me know the time of punch in and out and I don't get salary cuts
Pros: Keka has a unique feature of tracking your attendance ,your log in and log out time with benefits of applying leave and checking balance of your leave. It is so simple that without even training any person would be able to understand the usage. Not only that in keka I can know about birthday,years of completion, finance related summary and our pay slip. U like other tool downloading pay slip is easier with no complication of multiple times password protection
Cons: I think keka should have multiple months download for payslip.
