Pros: This assessment tool has been incredibly valuable in our hiring process. It provides meaningful insights that truly help us make confident, informed decisions about candidates. We genuinely feel that this software delivers great value for the investment. Highly recommended!
Cons: The web navigation still need improvement and the reporting needs some improvement. More reporting options would be great.

We love prevye assessments and use it for all of our management and team lead positions. It's a really great assessment program that is very accurate!
Pros: There are so many features to use, to make your job easier! The home layout is great but my favorite thing about Prevue is the customer service.
Cons: It used to be very easy to send someone a link to their assessment, but recently they updated everything and now you have to navigate through a few more steps in order to get that link.

I work in human resources. Prevue provides me with the right tools to send a test, created by Prevue, to a candidate and see the status of their test submission, which is quite accurate.
Pros: It is a very intuitive, quite comprehensive and useful tool for filtering people in a hiring process.
Cons: I don´t have any problem with this platform. It makes my life easy and I can see the results of each candidate.

I have been using Prevue for over two years and it has been valuable on our recruitment process and after the candidate is hired we used the assessment for personal development
Pros: Setting up the benchmark and sending out the assessments were very easy and smooth. Customer service is also incredible
Cons: Sometimes the results are extensive but I always get help from my account manager where they are able to get on a call with the hiring manager to explain the results

We have had an amazing experience with Prevue. Our experience has been especially positive in some of our executive level roles, as we can see exactly what a candidate may be weaker/stronger at and gauge that from their interview.
Pros: The prevue assessments give value to our company by listing whether a candidate can be a potential fit for the role. Specifically, I like the questions that can be asked in interviews about potential dealbreakers that Prevue generously gives!
Cons: We have had no real negatives. Our company does believe a potential candidate could be in a bad headspace when doing the assessment, therefore skewing candidates, but this is true of any assessment.

I really enjoy using the prevue system and the support has been fantastic, reports are easy to read and they provide information and questions to assist in an interview
Pros: Easy, understandable way to see how a potential staff member would fit in and how they best work. Excellent tool for appraisals and working out what type of positive reinforcement works best for each person
Cons: There is nothing I don't like. The reports are great and the support is excellent. There are so many tools available to suit any aspect of your business you want to work on with your staff.

Overall, I am pleased. It serves as a great tool to determine personality fit with potential department co-workers and overall fit for each position. Even simpler, it is a great way to see if candidates will invest the time/energy past a simple job application, thus a way to weed out those who are not truly interested in your company.
Pros: Very thorough information that helps we prepare interview questions. 9 times out of 10, when I share (segments) of their results, candidates comment that the assessment is "spot on." Also - Prevue assigns a representative who is happy to assist with questions/needs. So many vendors these days expect you to email their Customer Support so I appreciate the personal touch, even though I am often too busy to meet with him! But he offers!
Cons: Occasionally, one segment will contradict another; however the suggested questions help to dig further.

As a recruitment coordinator, I regularly send the motivation and personality test to candidates in our processes, and I generally find the platform very easy to use, both for us as administrators and for our candidates. It offers a good user experience, and the test results are quite comprehensive and visual, making them easy to read. It also offers the option to download reports in Spanish, English, and French, which is a huge plus for us as an international organization.
Pros: I really like that it's easy to use, with an ideal testing time for candidates (at least for the motivation and personality tests), and that it facilitates visual interpretation of the assessment results. It also offers the option to download results in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. The results are always constructive and avoid negative judgments toward candidates.
Cons: Perhaps due to limited customization, there is a lack of flexibility to adapt assessments to specific needs, such as changing fields in forms or adjusting the duration of access links.

Prevue has been a valuable tool for our Talen Acquisition efforts. Since implementing this tool, we have seen a reduction in turnover. [sensitive content hidden], our CSM is always responsive and ensures our needs are met.
Pros: Great value for money compared to the competitors in the space. The assessments are very customizable to ensure that the benchmarks set for roles are aligned to the needs of the organization. Prevue assessments provide valuable insight during the candidate interview process which can then be utilized to best support the candidate as an employee within the organization.
Cons: I would be great for the platform to integrate with our HRIS system to further streamline our process.

Love! Will is great, he has helped me and Olivia a lot with benchmarking and just gaining a better understand of the results.
Pros: I love how it breaks down candidate results, especially for hiring purposes. I share candidate results with hiring managers and they utilize the questions and insights that Prevue shares with them based on how the candidate responded.
Cons: Only thing I have run into a few times is interruptions. More than a handful of candidates have sent me screenshots of their computer screen showing that the assessment crashed midway through and I have to go in and reset it. Unsure why this has been happening, but it is very easy to reset.

Pros: Ease of use. Fast reports and flexible assessments. The information in the reports is valuable to us.
Cons: PPAYG pricing is quite premium for a smaller business.

Pros: Taking a deeper dive into peoples' abilities.
Cons: Assessments giving error messages, or stopping on people while they are trying to complete. They then have to contact us and we have to reboot or reset the assessment.

Positive, learnt valuable information about myself. The information/training sessions were great. They went at a good steady pace, processes were explained well, and if we had any questions they were addresses immediately. [sensitive content hidden] has a good sense of humour and kept things light but informative.
Pros: Assessments were easy to follow and complete. Assessments provide rounded information related to both internal staff and for external hiring. Provides confidence to our clients, that we're seeking the 'right fit' for roles.
Cons: Time restrictions, they're not a quick assessment (if you're to do them properly and not be rushed).

The customer service has been exceptional. The dashboard and site are very user friendly.
Pros: They are very customizable, and the benchmarks are created to fit our organization's needs.
Cons: The cost. While it is cheaper than some assessments, there is still a cost commitment to using Prevue.

So far its been good although I have not had a great deal of opportunity to use it. One deterrent are the costs associated to using them is quite high.
Pros: Having the option to use assessment and include them in the recruitment process is amazing. I love having that option and allowing the Hiring Manager the opportunity to use it.
Cons: I don't know how accurate they are. With these types of test, some candidates can outsmart the test and you still don't get a true picture of the candidate. There is no solution as this is the issue with all testing tools.

Overall our company has loved using Prevue. It's become a huge asset in the hiring process, saving us time and helping us find candidates who will be a good fit within our company. I recommend Prevue to friends in hiring roles all the time.
Pros: I love that Prevue Assessments not only test a candidate's ability/personality, but also helps us weed out candidates that may not be serious about the position. We've sent the assessment to countless candidates who then never complete the assessment, weeding out those who may not be serious about the position. It's given us a benchmark for hiring and has helped us save time by not interviewing applicants who might not be a good fit.
Cons: I don't feel like Prevue is easy to navigate from the admin side, until you've had someone walk you through how to use it. It's not intuitive without further explanation.

They are great to gauge if their personality and different matrix to see if the person would fit in the role. And once in a team can provide their team the different personalities of the team and how to engage them.
Pros: Wide range of reporting capabilities from hire to team dynamic reporting.
Cons: The wide range of reporting can also lead to confusion as to which report you want.

Overall love it and love that it has grown with us and added more and more features along the way. Customer service is phenomenal as well!
Pros: Customizability, and the various types of reports you can pull. We also love that it uses the Big 5 which is the only psychometric testing that is reliable over time.
Cons: Sometimes the interface has a longer learning curve for new team members, but they get there

I've really enjoyed working with Prevue. From the intake sales calls to implementation and execution, they are top-tier professionals who dive into the weeds to ensure you are confident in the system your providing.
Pros: We selected Prevue because of the level of customization and the individualized support. You can really cater the assessments to what your organization is looking for at the role level and we sincerely appreciate how they walk you through that.
Cons: Our contract does not include Skills Assessments, which would have been nice to be thrown in but not a deal breaker!

Pros: Sending out assessments to potential candidates has been a huge help when it comes to evaluating a candidate. The benchmark feature easily allows us to determine if a candidate has the correct skill set for a specific position before making a hiring decision.
Cons: There not much to say here. Prevue is super simple to use and has proven to be very beneficial for our team.

Love it! The prevue team is always kind, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. The system is user friendly and very provides very accurate reporting.
Pros: The ease of use, straight forward programming, and fitting, detailed reports.
Cons: Mainly the cost, plan options are limited. Since we are such a small group it would be cost effective for us to limit certain features available on Prevue in order to reduce annual cost.

Prevue is very proactive and spends the time to follow up with you to ensure you are satisfied.
Pros: Prevue makes vetting candidates very simple. Their software drills into the candidates in ways regular interview questions cannot. The assessments also provide excellent questions for subsequent interviews.
Cons: I have not used the employee features to gain insight into employee wellbeing and fit, but I would like to.
