Good! The initial setup was fantastic. Loved Kelly! We've had some good candidates come through as well.
Pros: All candidates in one spot. Post, sponsor, track, schedule, etc.
Cons: Candidate tracking could be more user friendly

Cons: the scheduling interview option is not available anymore. it is all video interview based. i wish we can go back to schedule interviews

I like the portal and the whole process. Love my rep Kelly Wilmott.
Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate the site. Being able to see where each of the candidate's stage in the employment application is great.

Love Ideal traits. Easy to work with 1 stop shop and reasonably priced.
Pros: Ideal traits are a one stop easy to use stop that helps me find the best qualified candidates for my agency. They make it easy and do it all from posting the job ads, managing candidates and profile testing. within a day of my ideal traits job postings, I had over 125 candidates and resumes in my in box. from there I was easily able to assess for the best candidates to interview based on their personality assessments.
Cons: Not really a negative but I got so many resumes the first day I had to turn them off, so I had time to assess.

Pros: 1.) Easy to set up and use and get my job posting out to multiple job sites all at once 2.) By far a more cost effective hiring tool than paying a headhunter a % of a candidates first year salary 3.) The personal assessment information provided gives great insight into a candidate's potential "fit" within our business
Cons: Not much to be honest, maybe it would be a slight improvement to not have to keep re-verifying a job posting as often but that requirement probably comes from the job sites themselves.

I have been using IdealTraits for 10+ years. My go-to platform whenever a hiring need has come up. Easy to use and provides useful information. Been nice watching them grow and expand their offerings to include things like job-posting and video interview!
Pros: Insight into the applicant's personality and how to set them up for success
Cons: ease of understanding the "Performance Index" matrix / grid and how that truly applies

Overall experience was great. Highly recommend!
Pros: I loved the response from the Idealtraits team when I had a question or problem. I also like the pretesting options for a job posting. I feel I can vet the candidates easily when they complete the prescreening process.
Cons: I felt I had to keep refreshing the job posting to keep people interested in applying.

Great company to work with for your hiring needs and employee assessment. they help you understand their website and are willing to help in any way they can to get your hiring needs accomplished. They check in periodically to see how things are going.
Pros: the help with the set up of job reviews and help with Links to have this posted on our Linkedin, Facebook, social media.
Cons: not sure of anything that I dislike. Ideal Traits has been continuously helpful and there when we need them.

Cons: Cannot search resumes. Cannot easily sort by knock out questions "show me only candidates that clicked yes on both knock out questions." Currently you need to click into each candidates file and sort accordingly.

I have used this system for years and years and will continue to use it. I like the formating of the program and being able to score an applicant, email them, review their assesments which is vital for my employment processes
Pros: I love the assessment tool which has never failed me to be accurate.
Cons: I Need more assistance with Job Postings and verbage used in my postings to attract more applications

Pros: The IdealTraits team is top notch. They are interested in fixing the main pain point for many businesses right now: staffing. We have successfully hired many new team members with the help of IdealTraits over the last 18+ months!
Cons: Software is a little overwhelming and not as quick as I would like for it to be. Should be a bit more like Indeed on the platform end.

Cons: It sometime is a bit glitchy/slow to respond. There are many times where every other software program is running completely fine on my computer but the loading time for Ideal Traits can sometimes be excessive. Other than that it is perfect!

Pros: Super easy, fast, efficient to use. The AI feature is amazing.
Cons: They try to upsell with Add Ons but it’s not overbearing…and the add ons are actually beneficial.
