I am generally satisfied. Also with the support team that can be reached easily and usually responds pretty quickly.
Pros: The platform is quick and easy way to create daily audits of my client account portfolio, and detect relevant actions that need to be done with a high or low priority.
Cons: That there are no AI based recommendations on what can be done to improve the results we are seeing in the account. Optmyzr has those features for example and that really makes reporting and insight sharing easier for us as advisors. Another thing is that we cannot make changes directly in Trueclicks that would be reflected in Bing.

Pros: They have improved the tool since its launch, adding amazing new features all the time. Try it for free to experience its value for yourself. If you audit Google Ads, this tool will be your best friend.
Cons: At the moment, I can't think of any disadvantages. The first time, you need to go through all the options and do a few test runs, but there's nothing negative I can tell you about it.

Cons: Nothing major really, except the bugs that disapprove working URLs, which has happened a couple of times.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and look forward to their future innovations, especially in agentic ads management.
Pros: It has allowed us to automate tedious tasks and monitoring of our campaign management. Their customized email alerts and integrations helped us to become way more efficient with our time. And if you need them, their customer support is excellent.
Cons: There's a few settings and legacy alerts here and there that could be updated over time, but they're far from dealbreakers.

Pros: the tool is easy to navigate and quite forward. The alerts are helpful, it makes it easy to find mistakes and errors.
Cons: So far I have not found anything that is bothering me while working with trueclicks. The only thing was that it had an alert that the tracking was down, but the tracking was correct

The account auditing feature quickly surfaces issues that would otherwise take hours to find manually, saving an enormous amount of time. If you're serious about Google Ads optimization, TrueClicks is an essential tool in your workflow.
Cons: While the tool covers the essentials well, there could be more customization options - for example, the ability to prioritize certain audit checks, customize reporting layouts, or adjust recommendation thresholds based on your account goals.

Its great for daily monitoring of multiple accounts. Gives you great suggestions and auto-apply function which 10x better than Google has.
Pros: easy interface, insightful. Very great tool for daily monitoring. Would recommend to every Google expert out there
Cons: No option to filter specific conversions, no option to connect Meta and other PPC platforms. Rest is great

Very pleased with TrueClicks on an overall basis. Use it everyday and makes my start of the day much easier than manually checking my accounts, one by one.
Pros: The budget-tracker is an absolute must. Every morning I can track all my accounts under 'My accounts'-section, which are a lot, very easily on how they are spending. Also the quality checks provide substantial insights on how my accounts are performing and direct actions are taken easily either within TrueClicks itself or a suggestion is made, which can be used to make the proper changes in the account.
Cons: When you set up a budget tracker, so a tracker based on cost, I have had numerous times where my monthly budgets didn't line up correctly with what I have provided. When setting up a cost-tracker for an account, I would advice a more clear text-box where you can fill out the budget per month. Now it's a budget per line, is a budget per month, where mistakes are easily made. A more clearer textbox with months + budget would help.

Very good and satisfied with the application so far. Happy that development of the application is well underway and new functions seem to rise really frequent, which is very nice. I am pretty sure that both a junior and a medior SEA specialist can extract enough useful data from it to improve overall account hygiene.
Pros: 1. Clear breakdown of key hygiene optimisations within the account. 2. Alerting on specific metrics within accounts as well as bulk alerting 3. Ability to fix broken links within the application 4. Clear category overview of your account and which actions expect the most result in optimization. Not all can be copied 1:1, but it gives a very good idea
Cons: 1. That ROAS pacing doesnt account (yet) for conversion delay.

Our team is very, very pleased with TrueClicks, we are all using it for budget pacing monitoring.
Pros: Most of all, I like the budget pacing feature the most, it helps me keep track of individual campaign spends, especially when the client has a set budget for a campaign or a set of campaigns.
Cons: When using the budget pacing feature and setting the budget start date to today, sometimes target daily spend doesn't show, and I have to manually calculate it. I also do not like that the target daily spend is rounded up to a whole number, which makes it hard to manage smaller budgets for clients, where even .50$ daily matter.

Have used a variety of PPC management systems and found Trueclicks to be the most consistent and stable. Offering a wide range of optimisation prompts.
Pros: User interface is well designed and intuitive.
Cons: Some new features were slow to deploy, but the speed of development has improved.

Pros: It gives an overview of the most important subjects of your account, such as disapprovals, optimizations and outliers. I like the fact that it gives you a clear overview and you know how your account is doing in a couple of minutes.
Cons: To benefit from all the features you need to make time to implement all necessary information such as budgets and targets. Since these budgets and targets could change often or are not completely set and stone this requires some time.

My team uses it daily to monitor campaigns and never miss an issue. Also very useful to put projects on the roadmap thanks to deeper analysis on quality score, impression share or match types.
Pros: Plug and play, simple to use and good tips. The tool goes beyond simple analysis and gives you best practices reminders. You can see it was built by real PPC experts; and a beginner could step up really fast just by using it.
Cons: Not much I dislike except seeing a low Trueclicks score for a client when the reasons are out of my control

Pros: The quick overview of the status of your accounts, the score initially raises a flag when somethings wrong. Hygien tasks which normally takes a lot of time are now a piece of cake. With this we can garantuee a overall quality of our clients accounts
Cons: The only thing we missed was the ability to download reports and visuals of campaign results to share directly with our clients.

It has been great for the management of all our accounts and keeping track of budgeting, also the addition of the CPA tracking has been an awesome tool t help us prio4etize which accounts need optimizing
Pros: -I love having once place to see and manage all the account that I oversee versus having to sift through accounts managed by others -The recommendations are great when I am stumped and not seeing what other optimizations I could be making -The CPA and budget pacing tools are great for keeping track of spend and seeing an overall idea of how camping is looking for CPA performance
Cons: Could share or push more of the training and updates, as I am not sure what AB testing and data import options they have available

Pros: I appreciate the clarity with which major discrepancies in our accounts are identified, and the convenience of rectifying them through API integration
Cons: Sometimes the load times are quite annoying. Also, the Language support for CZ is not done yet and we get quite funny recommendations when it comes to headlines, descriptions etc.

Pros: I like to use this tool couple times per week to check all accounts I manage for any problems or optimisations. Information about accounts also includes non-bidding changes' amount which helps to prioritize focus between all accounts. Most invaluable feature to me would be indication about errors in the account and function which allows you to fix errors through Trueclicks platform, without the need of opening any of the accounts on Google Ads platform.
Cons: Performance indication emails can get a bit too spammy. Also query mining doesn't always makes sense, but it still is nice-to-have functionality. Under performing landing pages is also often dismissed by me since most of the times the landing pages are either specific for the ad or limited in number which kind of ties my hands when it comes to changing them.
