Very positive. While it’s true a lot of the info Opteo provides can be found within your google ads account, that information isn’t worth anything if you don’t use it. Opteo increases the likelihood of account monitoring and suggestion implementation.
Pros: Opteo takes suggestion for your google ads account and organizes and suggests them to you in a way that makes them easy and efficient to tackle.
Cons: A lot of the functionality is replicated inside of google ads. Opteo stands on its own because of its clean and easy interface, but you should know you’re paying for info that is free within your ads account in most cases.

Opteo helped me optimise campaigns in a fraction of the time, helping me free up time to focus on my business.
Pros: I’ll start by saying I am not currently using Opteo, but only because our new [sensitive content hidden] prefers to fly solo. My experience with Opteo was great. It’s a very easy to use system with some great features. It doesn’t do anything that can’t be done manually, but it can do it a lot faster, especially if you’re running multiple accounts. I’d like to add that the customer support is next to none. When Covid struck, we were actively using Opteo and they contacted us to offer their service free of charge as a way to support other businesses. I was flabbergasted. In addition, just a few weeks ago I mentioned we would be cancelling due to a new hire who wanted to manually manage the accounts, but I forgot to cancel. The owner reached out to inform me I forgot to cancel and refunded me without me even having to ask. I genuinely don’t see this level of customer service, but it’s amazing to see and experience.

Cost per click is down, Return on Ad Spend is up. Client spend is up. Manual labour time involved in managing clients campaigns is down.
Pros: It was vry easy, clean and quick to use. Very straight forward. A template for tools of the future.
Cons: The only con about this product was the fact that I didn't hear about it earlier. I wish I had this tool longer to use, the client we used it on to test is ecstatic about the return on ad spend now since we started using this.

I've had a seamless, perfect experience with Opteo. Wouldn't change provider, to be honest. I like the responsiveness of the team, and I hope there will be many new features and implementations in the future. I strongly suggest you to try it out!
Pros: I like a lot the software design, the cleanliness and overall quality of the experience. Everything is very functional and beautifully tailored, with no extra useless stuff. When you handle multiple accounts with dozens and dozens of campaigns in it, it's easy to forgot little optimizations that make all the difference. I loved also the slack notifications from Opteo Bot.
Cons: It's on the expensive side of overall pricing you can find online. if you're a small company just starting out, it'll be hard to afford it unless you have clients paying you well; per se, Opteo doesn't cost a fortune, but its likely you're running multiple memberships like Opteo for other services you need for your business. That's the only downside to it in my opinion.

Outstanding customer services, very insightful and friendly like having an experienced PPC team on my side. The platform is a delight to use and super intuitive, and satisfying. It's helped me sharpen up on a few skills as it really focuses on what matters most. Invaluable tool for optimising daily tasks and staying on track and scaling up ad management. Love the add writing tool and winning vs loosing ad comparisons. Have no reservations about recommending this service to anyone involved in google ad management.
Pros: The ease of use and amount of time it saves
Cons: There's been a few instances where the recommendation didn't necessarily weigh up the total conversions against cost effectively. However I still endorse the solution as it's like a VA presenting the right information intelligently for effective decision making.

I don't think Opteo is worth using unless you are managing 15+ accounts and I am skeptical how effective it really is.
Pros: One-click implementation of Google Ads account changes from one platform allowing you to make lots of adjustments easily. Good UI
Cons: I am not sure how effective the suggestions it gives for Google Ads--especially when Google already has their own bidding automation features. Some of the recommendations incorrect or redundant.

Opteo has allowed me to scale my weekly Google Ads management practices, saving me hours (literally) out of my week. I'm able to spend less time in accounts while providing the same -- or better -- optimization quality for my clients.
Pros: - The level of detail and granularity with recommended optimizations - The design/ux - Seamless integration with Google Ads accounts - Ad optimization features
Cons: - The CPI (conversion per impression) model is still something I need to be sold on - The negative keyword addition functionality is limited - I'd love to see deeper competitive insights

I've really been happy with option for helping manage google ads. Its a very easy to use.
Pros: I love the simplicity of the way gives you optimization improvement suggestions on a daily basis.
Cons: I wish there was a way to schedule each day when you'd get your suggested improvements vs it just being every 24 hours. Some days I'm not able to get to it first thing so then b/c its every 24 hours it will get pushed back it feels like.

Pros: Opteo is quick and easy to use; easily laid out and incredibly user friendly. The reporting function has saved 2 days of manual work out of my month and allows me to draw speedy conclusions from client account in order to take rapid action. Customer service is fab too
Cons: You definitely have to assess each improvement suggestion as you would without the tool - they're not always going to be beneficial (nature of PPC though, what works in one industry could be detrimental in another).

My experience has been top-notch. It's why I am still using this software.
Pros: This software streamlines, automates and makes more efficient your daily PPC workload, helping you autopilot tedious task while improving CPA and reducing spend. It's a must-have for any serious marketer and will save you hours upon hours of work each week. Case closed.
Cons: The only downside is that you have to upgrade to an enterprise account to get downloadable reporting. I think white label reporting should come standard with every account (you'd get more users).

Pros: Opteo helps to identify and fix issues within google ads accounts. It saves my team plenty of time, that we would've spent analysing performance of campaigns manually. On top of that, their support is very helpful and responsive.
Cons: The AI is a bit limited, which is a common issue for such software. It doesn't understand context, making some suggestions pointless.

It helps speed up Google Ads management.
Pros: Opteo is very graphical, it is easy to use. It comes up with suggestions, that I would not think of.
Cons: It is very easy to use, it is helpful so it is hard for me to come up with aspects that I don't like. I least like adding negative keywords, they can be added only to lists.

Pros: I use Opteo to handle a lot of the day-to-day, routine work that comes with managing ad accounts. Things like bid adjustments, adding keywords from search terms, etc. Being able to process those changes in bulk saves me hours per week.
Cons: I feel like the onboarding process for a new account could be improved. A simple 3-5 question setup survey when importing a new account could help get the optimization off to a faster start. Not a big deal at all, but could be helpful.

Its great, the alerts are not annoying (that's a big plus) really helps keep on top of my ads.
Pros: it really handles the small and tedious things that can hurt google ads or I can miss. just handling the annoying parts of google.
Cons: Well, i have a small complaint about the price, in the case that its not expensive, it's in my market area and working with small ma pa shops, i am going to have to use the more expensive price based on the number of accounts i have over the amount of ad spend i use. I feel that's a bit pricy for me. Since my market area is below the average cost for handling google ads.

Overall it's awesome, I've used much more expensive competitors like Wordstream and Opteo is more fun, easier to use and gives as good or better suggestions for a fraction of the cost.
Pros: The user interface is fantastic, really makes you want to actually use the software unlike a lot of other softwares out there, also has fantastic features that let you optimize an Adwords account very easily. Many of the recommendations it gives are spot on and you can implement them with 2 clicks.
Cons: Some of the recommended changes it gives to your clients Adwords account aren't actually improvements so you need to watch out and make sure what it's recommending is actually good.

Very happy - makes it easier to manage daily tasks and focus on larger projects and aspects of the campaign, focus on the strategy and less on the minutia of campaign optimisation.
Pros: Does a good job giving recommendations for optimizations and campaign changes and adjustments that we wouldn't have necessarily noticed on our own in our daily management of campaigns.
Cons: I wish there was a way to adjust certain thresholds they make for recommendations automatically. By default, if your bids are low, they recommend raising them up to 30% automatically to get closer to a first page bid. I love the campaign groupings, and I wish there was a way you could set adjustments so that in campaign groups like "Branded" you could give it a different maximum threshold, like 80 or 100% or whatever you choose.

This is a great product overall. We've had amazing responsiveness and readiness from the Opteo team to adapt to our needs which is huge for us as we grow. Overall, I would recommend Opteo for small teams like ours who need a hand focusing on what will actually move the needle on campaigns.
Pros: Easy to integrate into our daily routines - actually, it improved the daily routine significantly. Straightforward platform that also helps with prioritizing tasks when it can seem overwhelming. Helps to make easier and more mindful decisions.
Cons: No negative's come to mind at this point

I must mention their support, which is awesome - one of the best I've ever worked with. Also, the in-app documentation is great.
Pros: Opteo is very well coded, the user interface is simple and efficient, and the scripts and automation quickly teach the best practises you might have overlooked. For more advanced users, it's a great way to make sure your accounts are well managed. Every suggestion is backed up by extensive documentation and often by live screenshots of SERPs, for example.
Cons: I haven't discovered any problems so far, the experience has been very positive.

Pros: Opteo makes it exceptionally simple for advertisers with a lot on their plate to manage what would normally be arduous tasks in a fraction of the time. In addition, whether you're a relative newbie or an experienced PPC manager, you'll find something helpful or interesting among all the tips and advice Opteo will give you along the way.
Cons: The biggest knock against Opteo is that it doesn't integrate with Microsoft Advertising, and Opteo's team has confirmed that it's not currently on their roadmap. While this may be less important in the grand scheme of things, it does make things a little bit more tricky at times.

Pros: This software is very user-friendly. It is also fantastic at telling you what to improve in your campaign and helps find mistakes in your campaign.
