Pros: The customisability of the templates. I loved how easy it was to customise the template to fit my vision. When done, it was also very easy to export and use.

Cons: Honestly, so far, nothing. Although, it would be nice to have more asthetics. The design sometimes feels bland.

Pros: The variety and quality of the templates ready to use, the availability of sharing work on real time.

Cons: the color palettes in some templates and some edition tools that are hard to grasp for a new user.

Pros: Easy to create professional, customizable business documents without needing design skills. The templates are polished, collaborative features are intuitive, and the platform adapts well to different business needs, from proposals to reports.

Cons: The platform can feel slightly rigid if you want very deep design customization beyond the template structure. Also, occasional formatting glitches when exporting to PDF can be frustrating.

Pros: Perfect template for creating a persona based on a structured framework, a detailed description, and pre-selected logos/images

Cons: Lacks more fun features and categories (e.g., social media icon bank)

Pros: I liked how easy it is to collaborate and work with people from all over

Cons: The interface is a bit confusing but that could be improved with a little bit more work

Pros: It is very seamless when it comes to drawing User Persona.

Cons: For that I would have to explore more and work with other templates

Pros: I liked the sheer volume of templates available allowing many different kinds of tasks to be accomplished. I used it most for product target audience personas and it has worked great.

Cons: I don't like how sometimes it was hard to use when first getting into the platform. Sometimes it was hard to manipulate images or text boxes but I can still work with it well.

Pros: The customization part is easy. Very versatile.

Cons: When you save download it water marks, but I get it.

Pros: Great to use for a capability statement for both of my businesses.

Cons: A little confusing but not hard to figure out.

Pros: The ability to track analytics on the engagement of a prospect so I could see what was appealing to them the most.

Cons: The information architecture of the platform is puzzling. Templates and Folios are not delineated in a way that is helpful to users. The app struggled with some browsers and I had a lot of issues with loading. Lastly, there need to be more editing tools. A hugely cool app that needs more development and cleanup.

Pros: The accessibility and the user friendliness

Cons: Sometimes it’s hard to move widgets on my laptop. Therefore, you have to consider the device you’re using it on

Pros: I really liked how clear Xtensio is with their format. If I am looking for a consumer profile I have no hesitation to use Xtensio's product.

Cons: I was struggling with sharing my work to others but overall it is still easy to function with.

Pros: Good to use. It was easy to understand and function.

Cons: Hard to arrange - this was hard to arrange and edit if needed

Pros: Xtensio provided a very useful platform for me to generate customer personas and journey maps for project work. The designs were colourful and engaging but also easy to use.

Cons: Minimal use for free version but plenty of scope for paid version.

Pros: I liked that Xtensio's website was very user-friendly. I used it to create a persona for a class assignment, and I found it much easier to find templates compared to other websites. Editing was simple, and I loved the color options available. Plus, it was great that I could track the history of my edits, which helped me manage my work more effectively.

Cons: The only downside was that I purchased the trial version since I only needed it once. However, even with the trial, it still downloaded with a watermark. I understand that companies want to make a profit, but from a user’s perspective, it was a bit frustrating, especially since I couldn't even take a screenshot without the watermark appearing. This felt a little restrictive.
