Pros: My experience with ProcurementExpress.com has been very positive. The platform reduces the risk of late payments or missed invoices and simplifies the approval process, cutting down on time spent on back-and-forth emails. It allows for quick order placement and tracking, minimizing delays, while automating repetitive tasks to free up time for strategic purchasing decisions. The responsive support team is always ready to assist with setup or troubleshooting. By centralizing purchase requests, approvals, and tracking across all departments, the platform enables multiple team members to access, review, and approve purchases efficiently, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.

Cons: I wish the punch-out option were available across more platforms. Similar to what is available for amazon.

Pros: simple to use, staff is attentive when help is needed. easy to navigate. user friendly. Not sure what else to write.

Cons: some simple tasks should be easy to compete, like changing the requester of a po, or the budget. Reports sometimes take long to generate. At time the system is very slow but overall a great system

Pros: The ease of creating a Purchase Order and how easy the application was to learn. Our organization needed specific information set up for us to use, and that was done quickly.

Cons: Scan in the Purchase Request is great, except when you specifically click on the Purchase Request tab, and fill in the information, it gets scanned in as an invoice. The inability for us to make changes, we have to reach tech support.

Pros: It's a much easier and faster process. The way you upload your documents makes the process smoother.

Cons: Initially, when I didn't understand it, the supplier list was for me. I didn't understand what to put in the box.

Cons: Reasoning for information on the dashboard seems a bit odd

Cons: The staff needed training for them to be able to use the system comfortably.

Pros: I love the chat function and how employees are available and extremely knowledgeable about fixing my problem.

Cons: It did take some time to learn how the program operates but as with anything it takes time to learn something new.

Pros: Being able to customize the software to capture the information that is important to us, has been a gamechanger. Everything about this software has been easy, customer service is great and friendly and the price point is well worth it for the value. Highly recommend for any business looking to track and streamline spending.

Pros: The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It has quick purchase approval process and helps users track of budgets in real time providing alerts when thresholds are reached . The mobile app is an added value to the overall user experience offering the flexibility to manage purchase approvals and procurement processes from anywhere.

Cons: Although it offers basic reporting features, they may not be as comprehensive and not very user friendly as some users would prefer. Another drawback is that the system does not allow saving a PO when no budget is available. This forces users to create or adjust a budget first. This process is time consuming and can disrupt workflows.

Pros: Procurement Express is excellent , it can be built to your needs which is a bonus and the extras that is added really helps like the scanning of documents for saving time when processing PO'S and adding Invoices , I purchased PE for my company who never had a Purchasing tool ,all staff love it and it is so easy to use .Excellent Customer Service which is truly second to none . Integrate with your Invoicing system this will save time in your accounts department too.

Cons: I truly do not have any dis likes regarding this Purchasing tool none that i can remember anyway !
