Spendwise is affordable easy-to-use purchasing software that helps you save time and money. Spendwise is trusted by top organizations around the world to manage billions in spending. Customers include Miracle-Ear, Embassy Suites, Worley, the YMCA, Gildan and more. Users can create purchase requests and submit them for approval. Spendwise has been great. The ease of use, the options for payment, and the customer service team have been easy to work with.
Pros: The software is easy to use but also has all the purchasing-related things that are needed in the software.
Cons: We have been using Spendwise for over 4 years and we haven't found anything in the software that hasn't benefitted us.

I use Spendwise specifically for the purchasing functionality. What works best of us is the cloud based application allows us to have our team in multiple remote locations yet get POs requested, approved, and sent to vendors quickly which helps us stay on schedule with every project we are managing. Our experience with Spendwise has been great and I can recommend it without hesitation.
Pros: Ease of use and the web based application. I was not responsible for selecting it but our team is all glad it works so well for our needs.
Cons: I do not have any dislikes although we do not use all parts of the software. The purchasing portion does every thing we need.

We used PAPER before Spendwise. Literally filled out paper P.O.s. Deploying Spendwise was like trading our horse drawn carriage for a Modern Hybrid Car. It's just so capable.
Pros: Spendwise is easy to learn and use and allows you to manage all aspects of your purchasing. From Bid request to Purchase order to Bill and Closeouts, it's a full featured tools that just works.
Cons: There isn't very much I don't like about Spendwise.

It helps me keep a spending diary outlining almost every interaction I have with merchants.
Pros: The ease with which I can find a supplier for a rare commodity, see how much the market rate is for different things, or what we spent on it in the past.
Cons: The only gripes I have are byproducts of the process of manually entering information, and when I can't find something in Spendwise because I didn't describe it very well in the program.

This has benefited us by keeping track of PO's in one place rather at each person desk, their emails and using our memory.
Pros: It is very easy to enter purchase orders, attach invoices, receive items and navigate. Knowing what we have purchased has been extremely helpful so we do not order the same item again. Plus, having a document letting us know what is still owed from companies.
Cons: When entering a new PO, the Item ID has to be very precise to locate the item.

Cons: When I started using the spend wise was hard for me to close the purchase order, basically when you received a lot of bills at the same time, but after I started using it more often it was smoother and faster

Spendwise does exactly what I need it to do, without any bloat. I don't have to maintain an on-prem PO solution and the database backend stuff that comes with it.
Pros: Easy to make PDFsnd email them.Going back to edit or copy previous purchase orders.
Cons: Being able to pre-define a department list would be nice, but not a dealbreaker. If it's there it hasn't jumped out at me.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate, very user friendly. Clean and simple structuring of the system makes it super easy to differentiate between POs.
Cons: Nothing really, it is very pleasant to use and I use it weekly to do my ordering, and I don't really have any negative thoughts about it

Pros: I use this to purchase materials without having to go through our purchasing department.It is very intuitive to use and fast to acquire the PO to purchase through the signoff functions.
Cons: Nothing really.... works perfectly for what I need it for.

I just basically approve items that were purchased. So like I said before Easy, Quick and no paper to deal with.
Pros: It's easy to navigate. Can look at bills for review before submitting approval. Keeps a running inventory of items spent per department.
Cons: Not sure there is anything on my end that I don't like about the system. Easy, Quick and less paper to deal with.

Overall, very happy with the service and forms. Professional and easy to use.
Pros: We primarily use this software for purchase orders and tracking. This was implemented with an older staff that had trouble integrating technology into some of their everyday tasks. This was easy to use and did not overcomplicate the process. Good customer service that actually responds to e-mails.
Cons: Some updates have changed the layout of the forms a bit, adding some options which probably works well for others but is not used by our staff.
