Cons: Spendwise works as described and we've not found or experienced any significant issues

Pros: Ease of use and the web based application. I was not responsible for selecting it but our team is all glad it works so well for our needs.

Cons: I do not have any dislikes although we do not use all parts of the software. The purchasing portion does every thing we need.

Pros: Spendwise is easy to learn and use and allows you to manage all aspects of your purchasing. From Bid request to Purchase order to Bill and Closeouts, it's a full featured tools that just works.

Cons: There isn't very much I don't like about Spendwise.

Pros: The ease with which I can find a supplier for a rare commodity, see how much the market rate is for different things, or what we spent on it in the past.

Cons: The only gripes I have are byproducts of the process of manually entering information, and when I can't find something in Spendwise because I didn't describe it very well in the program.

Pros: Easy to learn and use. It is so helpful.

Pros: The Efficiency i like the fact the it calculates everything.

Cons: There is nothing i would change about my Spendwise.

Pros: It is very easy to enter purchase orders, attach invoices, receive items and navigate. Knowing what we have purchased has been extremely helpful so we do not order the same item again. Plus, having a document letting us know what is still owed from companies.

Cons: When entering a new PO, the Item ID has to be very precise to locate the item.

Pros: I enjoy how user friendly Spendwise is to navigate and process

Cons: The difficulty to access it on cell phones and other devices.

Pros: This program was easy to get started, easy to teach staff, and keeps us organized.

Cons: The font size cannot be changed. Could use larger font for some employees and customers.

Pros: The product is easy to use, and you can organize your spendwide with different companies with their different vendors

Cons: When I started using the spend wise was hard for me to close the purchase order, basically when you received a lot of bills at the same time, but after I started using it more often it was smoother and faster

Pros: Easy to make PDFsnd email them.Going back to edit or copy previous purchase orders.

Cons: Being able to pre-define a department list would be nice, but not a dealbreaker. If it's there it hasn't jumped out at me.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate, very user friendly. Clean and simple structuring of the system makes it super easy to differentiate between POs.

Cons: Nothing really, it is very pleasant to use and I use it weekly to do my ordering, and I don't really have any negative thoughts about it

Pros: What I like most about Spendwise is it is simple to use with a friendly interface. The reporting is easily customizable, organized, and easy to navigate.

Cons: Spendwise works great for us with no major issues.

Pros: I use this to purchase materials without having to go through our purchasing department.It is very intuitive to use and fast to acquire the PO to purchase through the signoff functions.

Cons: Nothing really.... works perfectly for what I need it for.

Pros: Easy to use, its pretty much point and click on how to use it.

Cons: No cons that I can think of. It runs good.

Pros: It's easy to navigate. Can look at bills for review before submitting approval. Keeps a running inventory of items spent per department.

Cons: Not sure there is anything on my end that I don't like about the system. Easy, Quick and less paper to deal with.

Pros: Easy to set up and use, saves our company thousands a year by controlling cost and waste.

Cons: Searching for specific details you need to pull a report, it would be nice if the search bar were more specific.

Pros: Spendwise has made tracking our purchasing so much easier. We can now create reports that give us real time data.

Cons: We haven't fully implemented it to the field, not sure if we will but that is an internal issue.

Pros: Easy to use.it allows you to copy orders to avoid having to re-write if it's the same or similar to new order.

Pros: Easy to use for making Purchase Orders, also easy to navigate to find past PO's.

Cons: N/A No cons with using this program, everything works good.

Pros: We primarily use this software for purchase orders and tracking. This was implemented with an older staff that had trouble integrating technology into some of their everyday tasks. This was easy to use and did not overcomplicate the process. Good customer service that actually responds to e-mails.

Cons: Some updates have changed the layout of the forms a bit, adding some options which probably works well for others but is not used by our staff.
