Overall, my experience with FacilityOS was mostly positive. Once I got past the initial learning curve, it became a really useful tool for staying organized and keeping track of daily tasks. Having everything in one system made work easier and helped cut down on confusion and missed details. There were moments where the system felt a little slow or had more steps than necessary, which could be frustrating, but it didn’t take away from the overall value. I liked being able to see updates in real time and knowing everyone was working from the same information. Over time, it became something I relied on regularly, and it definitely helped make managing work more efficient and less chaotic
Pros: What I liked most about FacilityOS was how easy it was to use and how everything was in one place. I didn’t have to jump between a bunch of different systems to get things done, which made daily tasks a lot smoother and less frustrating. The layout was simple and pretty straightforward, so it didn’t take long to figure things out, even when dealing with more detailed tasks. I also liked that you could customize it to fit what your team actually needed instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all setup. The real-time updates were helpful too, especially for keeping track of issues and staying on top of work. Overall, it just made managing things feel more organized and less stressful.
Cons: What I liked least about FacilityOS was that it could feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when you were first learning how to use it. There were a lot of features and options, which was great in the long run, but at the beginning it sometimes felt like too much all at once. Some tasks took a few extra steps to complete, which could slow things down when things were busy. I also noticed that certain parts of the system didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as others, so you had to click around a bit to find what you needed. Once you got used to it, it was manageable, but the learning curve could be frustrating at first.

It worked for a couple months, but no longer works.
Pros: Good notification when appointments arrive.
Cons: It does not stay regularly connected. I have been going back and forth with technicians for a month to try to get the device reconnected.

We currently have the system set up to prescreen our visitors. We have a safety video that will auto play along with additional safety information. This option has proven to be very successful and allows for quick introductions and ensures that all visitors are receiving the same information.
Pros: As a large facility it is helpful that the iLobby system will send out text and email notifications when a visitor signs in to the system. It has been beneficial to our facility also with the COVID-19 pandemic that we are facing. We were able to quickly add a set of prescreening questions to the sign in process. There was some work that had to be done with the IT department to get them set up correctly. And they were very helpful.
Cons: The software itself has been easy to navigate. No real issues have presented themselves other than what we have experienced from a platform based problems.

I have not been happy with the overall performance of the iLobby Visitor Management system. As we use thermal cameras to take temperatures, if the camera can't read a visitor's face due to hats, glasses, masks, etc. it will report an error of a camera malfunction and not report an error reading the face. I did suggest a feature for them to still send the picture to the supervisor even on failed reading. This would in turn let the supervisor know that the camera worked but wasn't able to take the temperature due to some other reason.
Pros: When the software works it's ok. It still takes too long to process a visitor. But that has more to do with how our program added COVID screening questionnaires that slowed the process down.
Cons: The thermal camera integration does not work well at all. We have 6 iLobby units with thermal cameras. On average we have at least one or two system crash every single week. Tech support does help get them online, however we shouldn't have to completely reinstall the system and get a code from iLobby every time it updates (whether through iLobby or through the App Store). Tech support's basic troubleshooting steps include resetting the wireless interface/network settings. This is unnecessary and I've had to instruct my IT Teams to refuse this request. The issues of needing a code to re-install the software do not require the system to be reset. This removes our configuration settings which in return make it harder for the end-users to use the devices.

We use the iLobby visitor management system at our QDOBA Mexican Eats corporate offices. Since the first day we implemented the iLobby system, we’ve received rave reviews from our employees, guests, and vendors on how easy it is to use. We are very pleased with the iLobby system and highly recommend it as a visitor management solution.
Pros: The best feature is the ease of use. All visitors and vendors have complemented the system and how efficient it is.
Cons: The ease of uploading group names for a meeting. the process its a bit complex and requiters to many steps.

Pros: The product is easy to use and has many features built into it. Really like the fact that I can find the extension numbers of the people that visitors are visiting and notify them if they are running late.
Cons: Sometimes the tablet does not get charged, without a possible explanation.

We used to print badges, cut them out and insert them into a plastic sleeve for our visitors. They also had to sign in on a registry book. This is a great way to keep track of who visits, print the badges with pictures and saves us time!
Pros: The iLobby system is very easy to use, customizable to our organization and have saved us time with our frequent visitors. The system stays online and connects with the badge printer easily. Their customer service is great! We never have a problem getting a response and help with any problems we've encountered. We are constantly receiving good comments from our visitors abut the iLobby system.
Cons: Once in awhile we have to reboot, just like any other software system. It usually only takes one time though and we're back online.

Pros: 1. I Lobby is a great system. It is simple and very easy to use. 2. When I did have issues with pictures being cut off I reached out to the I Lobby team and everyone was quick to act and fix the issue. Very appreciative. 3. Employees/Visitors are always amazed with the system and I have only heard positive feedback. Most popular is “That was easy, We need this at our company”
Cons: 1. The battery life is not the greatest. If the tablets are not plugged in they only stay charged for a short period. 2. There has been instances where employee names were deleted from the system not allowing the visitor to indicate who they were here to see. I had to log into I Lobby and manually input their names back into the system a couple times.

Pros: The software is pretty much user friendly and everything is readily available to access both for the Admins and non admins. Helps keep a track of all the visitors in a accurate manner and makes it easier to retrieve their information when necessary.
Cons: Couldn't think of any. Had a few issues but the concerned person answered all my questions and/or provided an alternative.
