Safety Culture shows a lot of capacity for different action items but the dashboard is lacking. Also limited number of log-ins requires us to share credentials = no bueno
Pros: Safety culture interface has a clear format with bold design that makes it easy to read. The ability to tag in multiple users on same inspection is nice.
Cons: no flags or color indicators show on dashboard when action items are needing generated. this could easily direct labor where attention is needed without 100 clicks first

Everyone has been amazing to deal with, from onboarding, training and even a couple of times i needed to use the chat feature to request help. its been simple easy and everyone is always just so happy to assit.
Pros: The fact that its simple to use, but has a huge range of features for so many different aspects of business.
Cons: I feel like we're only scratching the surface of what it can actually do, so it feels like we have an iphone, but we're only using it to make calls, when its capable of even more than we know.

Very positive as the support team and on boarding help was brilliant and made it easy to get the app up and running
Pros: Ease of use for editing templates makes any changes needing to be made super intuitive so we can edit as we go
Cons: The additional cost per user is tough for a business that users fluctuate within the month. We may have 40 guys on site and then the next month 31

Positive! It's a very dynamic tool that offers a lot of customisability in a way that's logical and easy to follow. It's been easy to roll out and it offers a lot of potential for it's scope of use.
Pros: It has a very intuitive user face, it's easy to navigate, the functionality is logical and easy to understand. The inspection tool especially has set the standard for us, it's logic and capabilities are awesome.
Cons: The back end set up can be a little bit messy, and there are some shortfalls in the assignment functions. There's no way to see someone's progress through a module, no notifications for when an assignment has been submitted, and no indicator when an assignment has been submitted but not yet marked.

My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. It is easy to use, saves time during inspections and audits, and helps improve visibility of safety issues across the team. The ability to capture information quickly, assign actions, and keep records organised makes it a practical tool for risk and safety management. It supports a more proactive approach to safety rather than just reacting after problems occur.
Pros: SafetyCulture saves time and makes safety management much easier to keep on top of. I like how inspections, audits, actions, and reporting can all be managed in one place instead of relying on paper forms or scattered documents. It helps create a stronger safety culture because issues are easier to record, track, and close out.
Cons: Some setup and template customisation can take a little time at the start, especially if you want the system to match existing site processes. Once it is set up properly, it becomes much easier to use.

Been using Safety Culture for many years and am happy with the app; I would suggest it to new safety personnel to help them learn to create inspections.
Pros: Easy to communicate with tech support and quick response, and when support is needed. Awesome app to use.
Cons: Finding new templates when in a rush to create an inspection, while using a phone app it doesn't offer the same as a computer.
Robert r. · EHS Manager · Environmental Services · April 26, 2026
My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. It has significantly improved how we manage workplace safety, conduct audits, and track compliance. The platform feels modern and reliable, and it has helped streamline processes that used to be time-consuming and paper-based.
Pros: The biggest advantage of SafetyCulture is its ease of digitizing inspections and audits. Creating checklists is simple, and the ability to customize them based on different operational needs is extremely useful. The mobile app works smoothly, allowing teams to perform inspections on the go. Real-time reporting and analytics provide clear visibility into safety performance, which helps in faster decision-making. Email notifications ensure that important updates and issues are never missed.
Cons: While the platform is powerful, there is a slight learning curve for new users, especially when setting up advanced workflows or custom templates. Some features could be more intuitive, and occasional lag in syncing data can disrupt workflow. Pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams.

Most of the experiences are excellent, and I will recommend them. very easy and great app to work with it.
Pros: Most about this application, friendly, used, not that difficult to work with, and allowed to download your own templates Amaizing
Cons: Removing unlike templates: I want to remove one, but if I archived it, does it still count as one? please send me how to removed instaed archived

Overall it has been a positive experience for me. I find it fun to discover ways to get the software to do what my teammates need.
Pros: Customer Support is awesome! Whenever my team has a question that I can't find an answer to in the Help section, I get quality answers from chatting with Customer Support.
Cons: Sometimes my team asks for features that will work well for our company's needs, but isn't a priority for SafetyCulture. I understand that this is just a problem for us because we are in a niche industry.
Alexis W. · LMS and Marketing Development Support Specialist · Recreational Facilities and Services · April 24, 2026
My overall experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and well suited for fast-paced operational environments
Pros: What I like most about SafetyCulture is how intuitive and practical it is for real-world operations. The platform makes it incredibly easy to create, customize, and deploy inspections and audits without needing any technical expertise. The mobile app is especially strong—operators can complete checks on the floor in real time, even offline, which significantly improves compliance and data accuracy. I also appreciate how seamlessly it turns inspections into actions; issues can be flagged instantly, tasks assigned, and accountability tracked through to closure. The reporting and analytics are another big plus, as they provide clear visibility into trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities, making it easier to support data-driven decisions. Overall, SafetyCulture strikes a good balance between simplicity and capability, helping teams standardize processes while still driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operations.
Cons: While SafetyCulture is very strong overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Advanced customization and reporting can feel somewhat limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans, which may be a drawback for teams looking for deeper analytics or highly tailored dashboards.

Great, easy to use tool that will help and aid in any part of a corporation. We can deliver training easily to those in the field. We can gather information and follow trends what are employees are seeing in the field. Its helping meet our safety requirements and tracking items of interest.
Pros: SafetyCulture is a great program that is very user friendly. It allows for our infield techs to provide relevant information to those who work in the office. The inspections are a great feature that can be used in a variety of ways to meet the company needs. Being able to link emails to designate the way it distributes to correct people is great and efficient. Definitely meets the requirements for our companies ROI.
Cons: The training templates are simple to use, but they lack creative freedom and allowing for a more personable delivery. They do have interactive elements, but not being able to freely edit and customize can make it a challenge.

Satisfactory, would like to continue. More customization in sharing access to completed reports will make the product more valuable.
Pros: Value for Money Ease of Use Email Notifications Audit and Inspection Risk and Safety Management Safety Management Better evidence collection for increasing compliance.
Cons: Customer Support Need more features like providing selective view access to reports to team members.
Gundeep P. · Engineering Manager · Machinery · April 24, 2026
Pros: Ability to report issues from anywhere makes up keep of vehicles and accommodation much easier than before and the paper trail makes audits much easier.
Cons: There are often issues with downtime of various elements and would be nice to trial some of the sensors.
Kallum B. · Account Manager · Farming · April 24, 2026
The support staff are knowledgeable and there when you need them. The round table meeting in KS was very eye opening to the platform and all the different tools you can utilize. The team there allows for real users to come in and collaborate, and share the experiences using the system. This also opened the door for the leadership team in KS to see what situations we are using the application for and how we can work together to make the industries we work in and the application better.
Pros: I like the ease of use, the built in analytical data, and the ability to integrate with power automate, power BI Etc. The applications ease of use across multiple mobile platforms and the web allows for us to increase our inspections in the field where we didnt have that option before. The value we get from the application allows for us to increase our inspections and make meaningful changes in the field.
Cons: There should be a seat option that is free and allows users to view only analytical data. This would eliminate the need for me to make my own custom reporting using power automate and SharePoint. or give us the ability to take the analytical dashboard and allow it to be mirrored into PowerBI so we dont have to recreate all of the charts and metrics that are being displayed inside SC.

The software is easy to use, but there is lack of customer support. As an administrator for our business i have to watch training videos that don't answer your questions.
Pros: Auditing element is very quick and easy use to build audits, which in turn supports our safety management.
Cons: Lack of customer support, when you try contacting via ticket or phone no response to enquires. this in turn makes the user look for other solutions.
Paul O. · Head of Safety EMEA · Construction · April 24, 2026
Pros: Ease of use of the web and app have been key for my team. The customization of editing of audit and inspection templates is phenomenal. Narrowing down how we do safety management tasks to exactly our goals is perfect. The email notifications for incidents, certain answers, etc. really gives us the value for money spent. I have only had to use customer support once and they were quick and assistance with exactly what I needed within the first question.
Cons: My only con is the time period between edits to template access to when the changes are live. Some times i want to give access to a certain team member to make edits immediately but it can take up to 24 hours for the changes I've made to the access to be current.

Excellent! I have never worked with a system provider so customer focused. All the feedback shared is always taken on board and improvements made to the system; this often done very quickly too! Big shout out to [sensitive content hidden], our Account Executive, [sensitive content hidden], our Success Manager and Will Worsley, Solution Specialist, who have all been instrumental in supporting us get our system up and running and always on hand to help whenever needed!
Pros: The system brings many 'CAFM' like system items all into one place, with the added extra of Health and Safety. The Audit and Inspection function allows us to carry out audits all in one place, whilst also addressing follow up actions in the system. All in all the combined items within the system offer great value for money given the multitude of things the system can provide. The Team at safety culture are always on hand to support with questions and improvements we want to make to the system. We use the system across c. 80+ sites, and all our teams utlize the platform as it's so easy to use, which is great when operating across such a large estate.
Cons: I feel there are still improvements to be made across various parts of the system. However, the Safety Culture team are always developing new things that the system can do. I feel the analytics feature could be better and incorporate more reporting options but believe this is already been worked on.
George G. · Head of Facilities, Health and Safety · Health, Wellness and Fitness · April 24, 2026
Easy to use. Uniformed consistent output with data available for analysis. Support services are excellent.
Pros: Ability to create forms in a uniformed manner is essential to maintaining a standard company look and feel of the output.
Cons: Not being able to export the templates and inspections for documentation in an editable format to a QMS system is a bit limiting for ISO compliance.
Neale B. · Technical Manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · April 24, 2026
Overall, my experience with SafetyCulture has been very positive. I use it regularly for marine survey work such as cargo inspections, draft surveys, and stock inspections. It helps me organise reports efficiently, attach photos, and send updates quickly to clients. It has significantly improved my reporting workflow and reduced paperwork.
Pros: Very easy to use on site and highly practical for daily inspection and survey reports. Creating custom checklists is simple and saves a lot of time. Photo attachments and instant report sharing are very useful, especially when working in ports or warehouses.
Cons: Sometimes syncing can be slow when the internet connection is weak, especially in port areas. Also, some templates could be more flexible for detailed reporting.
furkan o. · Marine Survey · Maritime · April 24, 2026
Pros: Really easy to set up. Email notofactions help me stay on top of actions. Audits & inspections can be carried out with ease.
Cons: The only down side would be the number of users, avable per subscription. This is not a game changer though.

IAUDITOR IS A GREAT PRODUCT WE USE IT EVERY DAY, ITS VERY USEFUL AND EASY TO USE, I CAN RECOMMEND IT
Pros: EASY TO USE, EASY TO CONSTRUCT AUDITS AND SEARCH FOR COMPLETED AUDITS, OUR TEAM ALL FIND IT EASY TO OPERATE
Cons: I'D LIKE TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ON MORE DEVICES, WE HAVE SEVERAL DEVICES AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE IAUDTIOR ON ALL OF THEN WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE MORE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Overall, my experience with this data collecting app has been extremely positive. It is easy to use, saves a significant amount of time, and offers a high level of functionality that supports day-to-day operations effectively. What truly stands out is the excellent support team, who consistently provide reliable assistance and quick solutions when needed. This strong combination of usability, efficiency, and dependable support makes the app a trustworthy and valuable tool.
Pros: alue for money by combining multiple features—data collection, safety management, audits, and reporting—into a single platform and helps reduce administrative overhead and operational costs while improving data accuracy. Through various enquiries I experienced professional, support and troubleshooting assistance. A well designed and functional interface assist in working with Safety Culture a pleasure. Proactive identification of hazards, incident reporting, and tracking of corrective actions forms an integral part of this management tool. The emailing notifications and identification of hazards is a very strong feature of this system. The audit and inspection functionality is robust and flexible, supporting customizable checklists and real-time data capture. Inspections can be completed efficiently in the field, with results instantly available for review and follow-up. This significantly improves audit transparency and reduces the time spent on composing and post-inspection reporting.
Cons: No availability of the submitted data in a data base format i.e. data not available to export to excel to manage.
Jacques V. · Operations Manager · Facilities Services · April 24, 2026
Overall, SafetyCulture has been good to use. It helps with inspections, audits and keeping records organised. The main things I think could improve are the scoring system, corrective actions, and having better control over internal versus external reports. Being able to create two versions of a report would be very helpful, because it would reduce the risk of internal peer review notes being shown externally by mistake.
Pros: SafetyCulture is good overall. It helps keep inspections and audits organised, and it is useful having the reports, notes and actions in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of what has been checked and what still needs to be followed up.
Cons: The scoring could be improved. It works, but it could be more flexible and easier to adjust depending on the type of inspection. Also, there is a high chance of peer review comments showing on a report if a tag or setting is missed. It would be better if we could generate two report versions: one internal version with all the peer review notes, and one external version that is clean and ready to send out. Corrective actions could also be improved. They are useful, but the process for assigning, tracking and closing them could be smoother.
Kulbinder S. · Senior Evaluator · Government Administration · April 24, 2026
Overall, the app is a solid tool for inspections and report generation. It streamlines the workflow from site visit to final report and improves efficiency, especially for photo-based documentation. With some improvements to photo management (particularly reordering within the app), it would be even more effective.
Pros: The app allows you to tweak and control the photo layout that will ultimately be shown in the Word report, which is very helpful for presenting findings clearly.
Cons: While using the app, photos cannot be easily sorted, reordered, or swapped once they’ve been inserted. This makes it a bit difficult to control the sequence of images during the inspection process, and adjustments often need to be done later.
