Limble is a maintenance management tool used mainly by small businesses in food production, machinery, and construction. It stands out for its QR code-enabled work order creation and customizable preventive maintenance schedules, with many users praising its ease of use and responsive support. However, some cite planning limitations, recurring bugs, and pricing concerns for teams needing broader access.

Pros: Customer Support - Our CSR, [sensitive content hidden] is the best thing about utilizing Limble. Taking on a new CMMS after not having one at all can be daunting and the success of that role out comes with how comfortable we are setting it up and asking questions. Alex jumps on every inquiry, happy to get on a call or send a personalized video showing us how to do anything we need.
Cons: It's something to get used to, get buy in on, have consistency in checking this daily, weekly, monthly to ensure everyone is using it the way it is meant to be used. Still working through it so not ready to call out Cons yet...

It has been great! The software is intuitive and they also offer zoom training and there are youtube videos to do anything.
Pros: Setting up PMs digitally and parts tracking are the best parts of the software. This will take our department away from keeping papers for tracking.
Cons: The set up but I knew it would be intensive when I signed up. Once set up it will make running the maintenance department easier.

Our experience has been super positive. Any issues are directly addressed by the Limble team. The Limble team reaches out proactively as well as reviewing our stats and giving us direction and feedback.
Pros: The program on IPAD and PC have very intuitive functions. Presentation and customization of Real time data. The online and personal account support.
Cons: Lack of interface with Adobe or fillable forms. I think this has been addressed. We have some state permit forms we tried to cover with Limble WOs. This did not work out and we have not attempted to see if the updates have addressed this.

I am always learning new things. They have so many resources available to guide you through every process.
Pros: I like how it helps our department with communication and organization. It helps us to take care of our building without having to be everywhere at once.
Cons: Honestly, it is that there is SO MUCH that the platform can do it is a little overwhelming sometimes.
Andrea W. · Front Desk Coordinator · Warehousing · April 29, 2026
Limble has been a great experience so far and has helped plant communication and issue solving - keeping the team on track and in tune.
Pros: I love the Limble support team and constant new ideas both driven internally from Limble and from requests from customers. The support team of Limble is extremely knowledgeable and committed to solving customer issues and plans.
Cons: I don't really have much to say about not liking it - you get out of it what you put into it.. I suppose if I had to say anything it is simply the amount of time and dedication it takes to get a full running CMMS up and operable... but you would find this with any CMMS program because they simply aren't mind readers for the work and nuances of your plant.
John M. · Process Supervisor · Food Production · April 29, 2026
It has been great, Hila is always quick to respond to any questions and has been there for us every step of the way.
Pros: I like how easy Limble CMMS is to use on a day-to-day basis. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get comfortable with it. Creating and tracking work orders is straightforward, and the mobile app makes it really convenient to update tasks in real time. I also appreciate the preventive maintenance features, they help keep everything organized and reduce downtime. Overall, it saves time and keeps our maintenance operations running smoothly.
Cons: I would like a way to organize work requests manually, like a folder system so that our PMs, Work Orders and projects aren't lumped together.
Jarek S. · Maintenance Technician · Utilities · April 29, 2026
Great. The Limble software covers everything I need from work orders, assets, inventory and preventative maintenance. It also has reports.
Pros: Very robust product. Customer service is best in class. Limble has a large learning community that includes video tutorials and real time chat that is always available.
Cons: When an associate leaves the company from another site they must be manually taken out or we become full of users that are not active.
Ben H. · Maintenance Manager · Food Production · April 29, 2026
I enjoy limble. Its user friendly, service is always available. It helps keep our maintenance team on track and helps with PM and part organization
Pros: Easy to navigate and very versatile. Part inventory and PMs have been a lot easier to keep track of and manage
Cons: That work orders go back to the top of the page in open work orders after clicking out of one or hitting the back button
Brittney S. · Maintenance parts and service cordinator · Machinery · April 28, 2026
It’s great how easy their online support is to use, and even better that they actively take feedback and use it to make improvements.
Pros: Great response time with the online help. It’s easy for most techs to use, and it has enough options to handle almost everything we need. Honestly, I can’t think of much that it can’t do.
Cons: The system has crashed a lot for me personally, even after my IT team has sworn they’ve done everything they can on their end.
Edwin R. · Maintenance Supervisor · Facilities Services · April 27, 2026
It has been a very positive experience and really transformed our preventative maintenance program from an outdated paper system to a modern CMMS system with cloud backup.
Pros: This CMMS is easy to set up and the mobile app makes it very easy to use for the artisans working in the plant.
Cons: Slight improvements could be made to the stability of the app. Every now and again issues and errors show up on the app
Viv V. · Plant Engineer · Civil Engineering · April 22, 2026
Overall, I'm pretty happy with limble. I think it's going to take a few years to see the full potential because it also relies on technicians to populate data, but this is what we're looking for.
Pros: Limble has allowed me to bring more data centered decision making into the work I do for my organization. We've moved away from emails and spreadsheets as our primary method of keeping track of work and now manage and assign tasks in Limble.
Cons: Limble has almost too many features. Thier UX makes it difficult to navigate and remember where to go for certain features. The reporting tools include many templates, but when you want to get into custom dashboards it gets a bit confusing.

Limble has really helped us streamline our workflow and asset tracking. While we have learned that implementation has some upfront hurdles such as time inputting all of our assets and staff training, the long-term benefits are worth it.
Pros: Lets teams track work orders, equipment status, & inventory all in one place. Preventive maintenance schedules reduce downtime & extend asset life. Techs can update work orders from the field, keeping data accurate and current. Sends reminders, escalations, & alerts for overdue tasks or equipment issues.
Cons: Staff have needed more time to adjust to the new processes than originally thought, especially coming from paper and spreadsheets.
Lisa G. · Budget and Operations Manager · Government Administration · April 13, 2026
So far it has been a good experience, quick/easy to learn and implement. Just takes time to learn and use it to its full potential!
Pros: My favorite thing about Limbe is the quick help from customer support, and almost always a real person! Everything is so user friendly and simple.
Cons: I haven't had any major concerns or issues yet; my main hassle so far has been trying to agree on the layout structure within my own team.
Dylan C. · Process Engineer · Renewables & Environment · April 10, 2026
Love it, definitely would recommend it to anyone in need of these services, even for technology illiterate folks this is super easy to navigate.
Pros: Easy to navigate. Work orders are very helpful. Just all around love the set up. QR codes to enter work orders are definitely a bonus as well.
Cons: Off the top of my head, I can't say I have found a reason not to like it. Could use a Spanish version if it's not available already.
Samantha S. · Intake supervisor · Food Production · April 10, 2026
From tech to supervisor its been smooth. Looking forward to continuous improvement. Will be interesting when its time to implement our 3rd party parts integration.
Pros: Ease of use. Finding all the informative how-to's and webinars. Also customer support with limble associates direct help.
Cons: The duplication process start to finish instead of duping, prompt to complete for a new piece of equipment.
Cory H. · Maintenance Supervisor · Machinery · April 10, 2026
From the beginning the experience has been great. Jon in our training has been very helpful throughout the process.
Pros: Very user friendly for maintenance management! The trainers are amazing and very helpful. Online live trainings are available for the user to schedule.
Cons: So far there is nothing that I haven't liked. I would like to upload manufacturer pm checklist to create pm's in Limble.

We started using Limble CMMS for our global maintenance operations, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. The software is intuitive and easy to use, which made onboarding our team quick and smooth. The 24/7 online support also works very well and is always helpful when needed. One of the biggest advantages is how well it organizes work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. The mobile access is another huge plus, allowing technicians to update tasks directly from the field. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient solution that I would recommend to other teams looking to improve their maintenance management.
Pros: Easy to use and intuitive interface Quick and smooth team onboarding Excellent 24/7 online customer support Efficient work order management Strong preventive maintenance scheduling Mobile app allows real-time updates from the field Helps track maintenance history
Cons: Some advanced features take a little time to get used to Certain customization options could be expanded Reporting features could offer a bit more flexibility

It is a good way to track user requests and make sure important things get done. I am able to see how other mechanics resolved problems.
Pros: It is a great way to assign work to employees. As a mechanic I like the ease of looking through the PMs that need to be done each day.
Cons: I am unable to effectively label a job without assigning a machine. I am unable to delete an erroneous record
Greg H. · Maintenance Technician · Food & Beverages · March 10, 2026
My maintenance team has been using limble for about 3 years. It has streamlined our workflow process, records work history, allows PM scheduling, tracks inventory & parts usage. We've even expanded to using it to build a Training program. It's very easy to use & very versatile.
Pros: Limble is easy to use. Vastly captures metrics for reporting and audit purposes. It makes managing inventory easy.
Cons: There's not much to dislike. The new app doesn't have dark mode.. that's about it. Occasionally it will get a bug, but it gets resolved quick.
Torin L. · Maintenance Technician · Semiconductors · March 6, 2026
Very good. They have a robust, knowledgeable support team that responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
Pros: Limble is user friendly. It is easy for service technicians to navigate and use the app. Limble also supports many bulk import, export, and update features that help set up or add new assets, parts, or PM tasks. Limble makes it easy to generate reports and dashboards on their website and via excel exports or API connections.
Cons: Attaching PDF documents (like manuals) to assets can be time consuming. With that, they have a solid support team that will actively help find the best solution possible to help make the process as efficient as possible.
Jasmine M. · Sr Material Handling and Process Analyst · Apparel & Fashion · March 3, 2026
It's great understandable and very simple to use. It describes it's self very easily to get what you want to say and put down. Doesn't make correction because it follows your demands what you put down.
Pros: Very important in the way it's put together from a working job perspective. It breaks down all the sections and divides in categories. Easy to read and laid out. Very understandable for a beginner like me.
Cons: The only con about this is that when you complete a job you can't reopen it up to change things or close the job by accident to reopen. Can't do a correction. The app is fine over all.
Timothy Z. · Facility Maintenance tech · Import and Export · February 27, 2026
Davide F. · Tecnico informatico · Government Administration · February 26, 2026
Pros: The ease of being able to send work to team members. The ability to track progress and completion is also a huge plus
Cons: The scheduling aspect of limble can be confusing at times. The way we like to implement preventative maintenance requires a few extra steps to satisfy our needs
Brian C. · Lead Engineer · Performing Arts · January 22, 2026
Overall, I have had a great experience with Limble. I look forward to continuing learning more about the software and to utilize more advanced reporting functions.
Pros: The UX is intuitive and makes it easy for technicians and requestors to easily and quickly learn how to use the software. Customer support and onboarding was also very good.
Cons: The search function is currently limited to exact searches. I would like to see this function be developed into smart searches.
Justin R. · Site Facilities and Maintenance Manager · Aviation & Aerospace · January 6, 2026
Overall experience has been very good. Staff has been super friendly and helpful. I would recommend.
Pros: The software was very easy to setup and implement. The asset tracking and preventative maintenance functions have been very helpful.
Cons: We have only been using a couple of months, but I have not found any major issues with the software at this time.
