Pros: The price was very reasonable compared to the competitors. It's feature Rich and very customizable. You can customize the notifications, email or text message templates, And they'll customize the look and feel of the application for you and your customers PDFs like invoices and work orders, etc. the website has a lot of great features and works really well most of the time. You get a lot of value for your money.

Cons: It's very buggy. Almost every new release includes new bugs that they did not know about. As a previous software developer, it is obvious that there is not any quality control in their software development process. I report a few bugs every month and I've been using it for a year and a half. The quality of the software is a low priority or just not even considered at all. It seems as though they're software development process is completely outsourced and poorly managed. I thought just submitting all the bugs to them would be enough to get them to improve the quality of the software but new bugs still come out with most software release. The problem isn't the backlog of bugs that are marked low priority and not fixed for quite a while. The problem is that quality assurance is not part of their software development process so there are always going to be new bugs.

MobiWork has been an excellent business partner, providing topnotch support anytime we've needed it. Their support ticketing is easy to use and they are responsive, even if it's just a ticket for a question the team has about a feature. The software is easy to navigate and even our less tech-savvy field employees don't have problems figuring it out.
Pros: I like MobiWork's versatility and customization options. It fits our business needs because it not only provides great routing optimization and visibility, but it also allows the team to manage truck inventory and invoice.
Cons: When you have a large number of customers it can take a little bit to load screens, especially on the Composite routing view.

Recently the business determined they needed to track customers using MobiWorks “Category” field. This also required new QucikBooks Online reporting. We requested assistance from MobiWorks Support, and they provided a solution to synchronize the MobiWorks “Category” to the QBO “Customer Type.” This solution is performing as promise, they did an excellent job.
Pros: We have been using MobiWorks for over a year. One of the most important capabilities (a real differentiator) this product provides, is off-line work order functionality. Even when technicians have no network or cell coverage, technicians still have the work order information on their mobile devices and can continue with their work.
Cons: Documentation could be better, they have been adding and updating over the past year.

Mobiwork has solved our centralized quoting, scheduling, and dispatching problem by providing an easy to use and learn system that has enough customization and flexibility to perform the tasks that would normally require a far more expensive platform.
Pros: Mobiwork has allowed us to process requests from quote through dispatch and completion to invoice without the need for more expensive platforms that cost many multiples compared to this program. Ability for a small staff to perform all needed functions for quoting, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing in one package
Cons: Existing process to add parts, services, customers, etc can be improved to allow for new assets or parts to be added directly from the workorder page.

Great to work with
Pros: MobiWork has customizable forms that you can track almost anything. It is one of the easiest for those on the field to navigate. Tracks almost all aspects of dispatching and maintenance business.
Cons: There are no real cons. There is a learning curve, but once you get set up it is a breeze.

It works well for the overall jobs that are performed.
Pros: It helps speed the process to ensure every one gets to see real time of deliveries of product.
Cons: I would like the in route feature to be able to start and stop all in one operational feature. Example for traveling to a site one day and start right up the following day for delivery.

Pros: The ease and diverse use of the platform. It allows me to submit completed work orders, receive my daily task list from my project manager, all from my mobile device.
Cons: I had initial issues getting and keeping my login/password functional. Seems like I must've reset it 3 or 4 times.

Pros: I really like being able to see the previous users filled forms. This allows me to see exactly what was done with pictures so I know where to pick up and keep going from. This is huge especially the time I save making phone calls trying to figure out what work was completed.
Cons: I wish I could download documents in the offline mode.

Pros: This product is so easy to use it’s become second nature for my company. Its important to track every job that i do so we can go back and see all the things i do on every job i’ve been on.
Cons: The IOS version could use a little bit of work that’s the only thing i can think of.
