Pros: ClearPath GPS is easy to install and use. All-In-One product! Our Maintenance Supservisor can install them with ease and we can track current and past travels for all our vehicles. We also use ClearPath GPS for our pre & post inspections and also maintenance requests.
Cons: ClearPath GPS has been very helpful and easy to use. The system works as expected, provides clear information, and has been reliable throughout my experience. I don’t have any negative feedback and feel confident using this service.

Pros: The thing I like most about ClearPath is how easy it is to use, we never have any issues knowing where someone is so we can keep customers updated.
Cons: There isn't anything I have found yet that I don't like about ClearPath. the only issue I've had was a dead battery in a vehicle that sat for a while

One thing I do really like about Clearpath is their responsiveness when a problem occurs. Their Chat feature is super nice.
Pros: I really like that the cameras are fixed and can't be manipulated by our drivers. The older cameras our guys could point them to the sky when they didn't want to be seen. These can't be adjusted after you install them. I mean you can but you need tools.
Cons: The install was a little clunky. The sticky that comes to mount the camera didn't work great in the Las Vegas heat so we used our own.

Pros: The up to date tracking of the vehicles. Also Easy to edit the information on as to whom is driving the vehicles.
Cons: Occasionally, the gadget may disconnect—either when changing the battery or due to movement while driving. In such cases, you’ll need to readjust it manually.

At Whitaker Garage Doors, ClearPathGPS has made a huge difference in how we manage our fleet. Pros: Easy-to-use system with real-time GPS tracking Improves communication between office and field teams Helps with dispatching, scheduling, and accountability Minimal setup and quick learning process The system feels secure and reliable. Only authorized staff can access the dashboard
Cons: We’ve had a few minor issues, such as occasional GPS delays in weak signal areas and limited customization options in the reports. The mobile app could refresh a bit faster, but overall these are small inconveniences that don’t affect daily operations or the overall value of the system.

Great. No real problems. We appreciate the excellent customer service and additional follow up and support where necessary.
Pros: Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Pricing is reasonable. For the most part installation of the units into the trucks is straightforward.
Cons: Sometimes the pings are not exactly accurate regarding location. Our crews do alot of highway travel and work in some remote areas and so the location references are not 100% accurate.

We are very happy choosing Clear Path for our GPS needs. The support team is awesome and when you leave a message, they return your phone call right away very impressive.
Pros: All the services that it offers and very user-friendly. The icing on the cake is a mobile app there is offered as well
Cons: I cannot think of any con on using Clear Path. They have really focused on customer service and satisfaction.

A great experience from start to finish! They are easy to work with. Clear, concise and fast! They are the best choice for fleet management.

Great - low pressure on sales, easy to setup and use, and costs are very reasonable. We needed something to track maintenance and also getter a better idea of where our fleet is at during the day. Basic use but having done it now, I wish we had done this years ago.
Pros: It was very easy to setup and install. Just plugged in the units to the trucks and was up and running shortly. I was able to setup maintenance tracking and reports super easily. The proactive alerts on speeding and other events has been super helpful.
Cons: I'd like more templates or predefined/recommended maintenance intervals so I didn't need to create them from scratch.

I have been working with ClearPath for over 4 years, personally. I have never had a bad experience and always received the help I needed, when I needed it.
Pros: Excellent customer service. Decent portal for maintaining devices and vehicles. Map is clear and easy to navigate.
Cons: I wish ClearPath GPS had billing functions available on portal to manage locations and charge accounts.

Our overall experience has been wonderful. It is so easy to order the trackers and even easier to install them. The customer service is also always incredible.
Pros: We love the accurate tracking on vehicles so we know our customers are being taken care. We also love the peace of mind knowing that our employees and employee vehicles are safe.
Cons: From our experience so far there have been no cons. We looked into multiple GPS companies before deciding on ClearPathGPS and it has been a great decision.

GREAT overall , quick reply to problems and orders . Delivery of replacements or new trackers are usually right on time . Ordering process is always quick and easy.
Pros: Easy to use , easy install , the reports . Mapping is also detailed to a tee. Access from phone or computer.
Cons: Trackers that just quite working and replacement process but don’t happen a lot. I never actually talk to anyone.

We have been with Clear Patch for a few years now, and over it we have a great experience. We are looking for some software improvements that were listed above
Pros: Tracking features that can be customized such as maintenance intervals, speed limits, and other alert we have set to fit our company needs.
Cons: Could improve on: A) Camera features and retrieving recordings, installations; it would be nice to have a video tutorial, obd port lock system should be devised as not allow techs to remove the pug so easily.

The customer service from the company is great and will reply in a timely manner.

It is an exceptional outfit from customer service to our representative [sensitive content hidden]. Always a quick timely response and resolution from customer service for any issues that arise. [sensitive content hidden] is always available to answer any questions and provides excellent training sessions.
Pros: Along with tracking it has many detailed reports and reminders that are helpful for maintenance, driving habits, etc.
Cons: Have not found anything that I do not like.

Customer service and representatives are awesome and easy to deal with.
Pros: The dashboard is easy to use and it is easy to see the entire fleet of vehicles on the website.
Cons: Capturing dashcam videos is cumbersome and difficult to download and save

Pros: The order process is easy and convenient. [sensitive content hidden] is extremely responsive and helpful. ClearPath offers different shipping options which put the priority in your hands. The installation is seamless. It's extremely easy to install and the component is able to be hidden. The app is user friendly and can be installed on multiple devices. I can't speak enough great things about our experiences. We now have 3 trackers and they all work wonderfully.
Cons: So far, we haven't had any experience that has been unfavorable.

Cons: I don't like how often the gps location refreshes. Sometimes its up to date and sometimes it does update for a whole day.
